    When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to meet us. After waiting a few minutes, we were seated at a table of our choosing. There were not many people dining but our service was very slow. Food was good.

    Service was atrocious. Server kept forgetting to bring one drink. Also, specifically asked for no onions and salad came with onions. Salmon was dry. Altogether a poor dining experience.

    It was Saturday night. Christmas parties…not enough staff to accommodate regular customers. Too pricey for quality of food. Requests regarding food spices not addressed. Won’t return for quite a while.

    The food and service always good . The lighting is so so dark bar side , which happens to be where we prefer to sit . We just avoid the dark corner booths ! Lol

    Love the food, but feel that when you go to a place like Milestones you want the dining experience to last . We felt rushed, appetizer and drinks and main course within 40 minutes and the bill. The art of fine dinning has been lost.

    We had a wonderful dinner. The waitress was amazing and no complaints that way at all. She was perfect from start to finish. We were able to take advantage of happy hour too which was great. Definitely will go back again!

    We’ve always loved Milestones in Barrie. Apparently they are under new ownership since we last visited, and that is not a good thing. The quality of the food was awful, as though it was from the back of the frozen food section at Walmart, and the portion sizes were small. My husband literally had 12 fries on his plate. The waitress was pleasant enough, and the manager was lovely, offering what she could to make our visit better. Sad to say, but we will not be making another trip. I have no desire to pay overinflated prices for subpar food.

    Order was delayed twice with no clear explanation provided. Surf and Turf scallops were size of baby fingernail and shrimp not much bigger. Not worth the $200 spent.

    This was a last minute sort of dinner. Our son and his wife in from Calgary so we decided on a meal out. Good choice on our part. Milestones is a great place and very accommodating. The young man who greeted us put us in a less noisy area which we appreciated. He didn’t ask but rather made a choice based on our age group I think. That was a good start. Taylor was our server and very attentive and made some suggestions which help us decide on our meals. Two chicken style and two steak dinners. All were very delicious. Taylor couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional! Highly recommend this place

    Great service, lovely staff very friendly. The hostess who greeted us when we first got there was amazing thank you Kennedy for being very courteous and professional. Our server Lisa was amazing as well, truly accommodated my food and was very professional as well. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to the chef who accommodated what I ordered for food. Thank you SJD

    The steak sandwich was tough and had small pieces of meat which contained lots o gristle - not an entire steak as I was expecting - the sauce was very strong and totally hid what flavour might have been in the steak. My wife assumed garlic bread would accompany the pasta - but none was provided. We should of asked more questions.

    So, I tipped the waiter well, because it really wasn’t his fault, but my crab cakes came with a yellow sticker in them that read Sat (Saturday) and my rare steak was pretty well done. The waiter was great, but it was a long wait on food. For the price of the meal, I was really disappointed.

    Our experience would have been great if we weren’t constantly swatting flies and fruit flies away from us and our meals. It was hard to enjoy our meal and conversation due to this.
