Great service, lovely staff very friendly. The hostess who greeted us when we first got there was amazing thank you Kennedy for being very courteous and professional. Our server Lisa was amazing as well, truly accommodated my food and was very professional as well. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to the chef who accommodated what I ordered for food. Thank you SJD

The steak sandwich was tough and had small pieces of meat which contained lots o gristle - not an entire steak as I was expecting - the sauce was very strong and totally hid what flavour might have been in the steak. My wife assumed garlic bread would accompany the pasta - but none was provided. We should of asked more questions.

So, I tipped the waiter well, because it really wasn’t his fault, but my crab cakes came with a yellow sticker in them that read Sat (Saturday) and my rare steak was pretty well done. The waiter was great, but it was a long wait on food. For the price of the meal, I was really disappointed.

Our experience would have been great if we weren’t constantly swatting flies and fruit flies away from us and our meals. It was hard to enjoy our meal and conversation due to this.

We requested patio and although there were open tables there was no effort made to accommodate. Service was disappointing. We had to find a different waitress to get drunk refills (ours never came around) we had to ask for utensils and side plates when apps arrived. My son wanted the steak from the kids menu and we were told "they were all out" and we could get the $40 steak from the adult menu instead. That whole exchange was very disappointing. My husband steak was mediocre. Dry and flavourless. The calamari was great and the restaurant accommodated our request for garlic bread even though it wasn't offered on the menu. However we got cheese bread instead. It was fine but not what we asked for. When it came to pay the default tip STARTED at 18% to 22% —when did that happen? The staff was generally disengaged and not happy to be there. Made for a disappointing experience.

Our waitress was poor in service. She took a long time to come see us, never brought our drinks at the same time, and also did not come in to check on us often to see if there was anything else we needed. Overall, it felt like we weren't not taken care of in terms of service. Food was great though and we both enjoyed it a lot. Also upsetting that it was a birthday dinner and Milestones didn't offer anything for it, not even wishing the person "Happy Birthday". Next time I think we will order out instead of eating in as the service was poor.

The Cajun shrimp salad was nicely seasoned and tasty. Our server was friendly and prompt. We sat on the patio, which has an eye-catching garden around it. My only complaint is that the patio DJ''s music was far too loud and invasive. It was early evening on a Thursday and there were only a few people on the patio, so it wasn't needed. Aside from the music, it was a great dinner out.

Food and ambiance was good. We did not like the fact that our server brought us two huge bottles of sparkling water and when we asked her to take one back because we would share one between the two of us, she simply refused to do that. She asked us if we wanted the cap for the second bottle and we said we’d prefer her to take one back. She left us no option and later we had to ask for the cap again before she brought it. Very strange and unpleasant service.
