Need to book at 11:00 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
was an excellent date night with hubby, took advantage of the Taste of Burlington Menu, soup option was found to be too salty, but other than that the rest of the two meals were wonderful. Thanks for the great service and food knowledge, food and atmosphere.
As always a very enjoyable dining experience. We had the Portabella Mushroom Chicken and it was outstanding.
A reliable restaurant with enthusiastic but polite servers.
The coconut calamari and root vegetable fries are both a must try!!
Only comment was that the server did not know off the top which foods were egg and dairy free and did not smile when she introduced herself. She did ask and was able to get the info. Otherwise the food and service was excellent.
It was Valentines. No effort was made to say Happy valentines from the two hosts at the front.
Sat for a while before we got served.
Server was not friendly did explain the set menu,
We both had the fixed menu appetizer were good. There was no wait time from clearing our plates until our entree arrived.
I had to ask a server who was walking by if we could get water, our server came by and stated “Got everything you need” and left before we had a chance to answer.
Both my husband and I would have had another drink but weren’t given the opportunity to ask.
Also my vegetables were cold. The steak was very good.
We have gone to Milestones every Valentines for the past 5 years alway had great experience. I will not go there again.
This location on Brant left me very disappointed.
The location on Burloak I was a two weeks ago was a completely different experience.
Very disappointed with their menu. Was looking forward to their famous Prime Rib dinner but it is no longer on the menu. Many other favourites have been removed as well. Menu change seems to be towards more casual handheld choices at the expense of finer dining
Service was terrible, food was overcooked, we were seated at a table that had a freezing draft, our kids had to eat with their coats on. Overall very poor experience
I had the beet salad with chicken. Very fresh, no soggy lettuce. The chicken was done perfectly. Food quality has improved over the last few years. Glad to see. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. All and all a good experience.
Our server was dazed. I had to ask her for water and coffee over and over and then find another server. She was so inattentive and I got frustrated. She clapped back with an excuse every time I asked again for something. Not the best service
The waiter was my least favourite part of the meal. Made me feel uncomfortable about my dietary restriction. I had to tell him three times I couldn’t have cheese. Food portion was small for $23 but it tasted great. Chicken wasn’t over cooked and really tender. It was a good time... just didn’t like how the server handled the ordering. His demeanour wasn’t the best.
Dinner was fantastic. One small complaint the slider buns were stale. The lobster inside tasted great but we did have to tear the bun apart and eat the insides.
Best sea bass we've had outside of California and they were able to adjust the meal to make it gluten free! Hats off to the chief. Service was excellent as well. Overall an amazing meal.
Overall, great experience! It's nice to have both brunch and lunch options on the weekend.
We were in for lunch and received excellent service, provided by Jaiden. Food was terrific. Dip was hot and fresh, salads were tasty with great presentation and ample portions. White chocolate cheesecake was amazing!
Everything was perfect. We had six different entre and all six were totally satisfied.
The only negative was we went for Prime rib and it was no longer on the menu
Was disappointed with the food this time. Main dish wasn't good but starter was great. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish. It has been addressed by me and Milestone has responded. I will come back and try different main course next time
4 of us were there for brunch to celebrate my son in law’s birthday. We did the same thing last year. The food was delicious, although my husband said the coffee wasn’t the greatest. We all enjoyed our meal thoroughly.
We came as family of 5 and love coming back again and again . Staff extremely friendly and food amazing . Definitely come back again .
My husband and I were looking forward to a nice dinner out. We used to like Milestones but hadn’t been in a while because it wasn’t that great the last time. We thought we’d try again. 5:30 - lots of empty tables but were shown to a table between the noisy kitchen and the bathrooms. We moved to a quieter table. Had to leave our coats on because it was on the cold side. We noticed a few other tables where people were eating with their coats on (not just us). No appies just a burger that my husband used to enjoy and I tried something different - Korean steak sandwich. My husband said his burger was okay but he’d go to another place that was a bit better and a little less expensive. I asked how much steak was in my sandwich and was told it was probably about 6oz. Reality it was about 3oz.... quite tasty but had to keep asking for more sauce cuz it was really dry. I asked our server if it was supposed to be cold because it was stone cold. She offered to reheat it or remake it but I’ve learned that if I do that, I eat alone. I ate it despite being cold and ate the medium cold fries as well. The server compel my dish. $22 for the Korean steak sandwich is a joke. I could understand paying $10 for it at a coffee shop but there’s not a lot of food. Sitting with your winter coat on, eating a cold tiny steak sandwich - unfortunately, I’m sad to say we will not be returning. The ambiance is beautiful but fix the heat! Food is overpriced.
Our server was an older man who was not very happy, actually grumpy but food was good.
Husband had the meatloaf and loved it. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly and delicious.
Our waiter was very nice, helpful and attentive .
Our server Andrea was excellent. She treated us very well. Told us about the specials which we took advantage of. Great food. The goat cheese appetizer is amazing. I had the delicious steak and my husband had the Asian chicken bowl (which he would recommend). A nice slice of delicious cheesecake for dessert! Thanks for a great night.
Maybe. Normally go to Milestone's Burloak and find the food superior. Our server was excellent.
Service was very slow. Food was tasty but came out cold. Not as generous portion as past visits and more expensive. Menu had changed and less options available. Disappointed to find out prime rib was no longer on the menu. Not sure if I would return and wouldn’t recommend to others anymore. Overall experience was disappointing.
We had a great New Years dinner. Our waitress was wonderful and we had a great time. Pat Ramirez. 7:30 reservation in Burlington.
Milestones has changed the Steak Frites. It used to come with Parmesan fries and garlic aoli. Now it comes with shoestring fries and a cup of ketchup. And I may be mistaken, but the steak seems smaller too. There’s absolutely nothing interesting about this meal. You can get steak and fries anywhere. This would be last on my list if I wanted a steak.
They’ve also gotten rid of the sweet potato fries and the mini dessert selection.
A couple of our favourites have been removed from the menu. Disappointing!
We enjoyed our lunch! Great service! The food tasted amazing.
Host knew who I was at the front and knew my party had already arrived. Very quick in bringing me to my table.
Staff didn’t rush us to order and allowed for some talk to happen before hand. Drink orders were prompt and wine selection was good especially with nice Niagara selections.
Only improvements I can think of is maybe emphasize more the Niagara and Okanagan wines and less the South American and Australian ones. Offer some drink specials for business meals.
I would return for sure.
it was very busy. Waitress was very busy. had a bit of a wait for main dish after appetizer and when it arrived cold. waitress took it back and we had it in about 13 min. unfortunately it kind of ruins the whole thing but waitress took dessert and appetizer off bill. Also you took my favourite dish off the menu which was the curry bowl, tried the new chicken bowl but too sweet and chicken deep fried. Wasn't my best experience at Milestones.
We had a good experience. The food was good and service was excellent.
Harsh lighting, very slow service
Food was great. Server was very nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be that our entrees were brought out right after our appetizers. We were stuck with no room on our table and cold entrees by the time we finished our appetizers.
Great night. I would come back!
Good food and service as usual.
Way too bright the lighting.. Felt i was sitting under a spotlight.
Food was amazing. Service...no more than average, but good.
This used to be one of our go-to places. But the menu seems to have been reduced. Bartender couldn't make a standard cocktail that we requested. Our wine was delivered 10 minutes after our appetizers (despite specific instructions that we wanted it with the apps). Food quality has also gone down since I was last there. Squashed French fries on floor outside our booth when we were seated, that I had to point out the server and ask that he clean up. Sorry to say this restaurant is now off my list.
Greeting was friendly, seating was cozy, service was great, food and wine recommendation was outstanding...worth the drive from Port Dover!
Very enjoyable evening! We eat at Milestonés for every family event. Consistently good!
