Server needed more training. Simple things like taking menus away, table checking. Some of our food was undercooked. Late bringing us some wine. Manager was able to help and it wasn't a total loss. However improvements are definitely needed.

Our server was lovely and accommodating . One thing we noticed was that the place was overall in need of some cleaning. The floors were dirty inside and when we were moved outside the seats were all stained and dirty which was not very appetizing. Otherwise the food and staff were wonderful .

We had brunch, the menu was fine, npt healthy and nothing special and not very impressive. Shakshuka sounded good on paper but ended up looking like and tasting like chili with eggs and high fat content. Avo toast was smothered in hollandaise sauce - why?!

Food was good. Our service provider was pleasant and efficient. Wondered if all girls should have their hair tied back - doesn't seem appropriate when serving food. Some servers did not look very happy.

Great Birthday dinner with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. Food was delicious! Ava, our server, was amazing. Kind, helpful and respectful. She was just great! She knew when to come and when to stay away. Never rushed us...was just perfect. She was real and funny. What a nice girl 😁

There were three of us enjoying an Easter. Dinner at milestones Burloak location. My husband enjoyed the surf and turf. He chose the beef tenderloin to go with his dish. He did wish they had baked potatoes. However, that was not an option. Hopefully they will bring it back one day. I had the shrimp and scallop pasta dish. It was very good and too much for me to eat all of it. So of course it came home. Our friend enjoyed the stuffed portobello mushroom caps. And she completely enjoyed this dish. This is one of my favourite milestone locations to go to. It is large and roomy inside and has the most beautiful outdoor patio.

Menu stated that there was a happy hour before 6 PM, but when we were seated in the dining area, the waitress told us that it was only available at the bar. I even sent an email to milestones and they were going to pass it on to their general manager but that’s as far as we got. The sign outside doesn’t even specify it’s only for the bar, so there was no information to state that this could not be for anybody. Very false advertising and not likely to go back soon.

Dave served us and was so great and down-to-earth! Food is always reliable and tasty…love the gf bun, even more gf options would be welcome! Only issue is this location needs to redo the bench seats…soooooo low I needed to use my coat as a booster seat!

Not the best experience. Chose the Baja Fish Tacos. Have had better elsewhere. The French fries were absolutely smothered in salt. There was a salt-shaker at the table, so I don’t know why the chef decided it was up to them to salt the fries. They were inedible! Also, in my reservation I had mentioned it was my friend’s birthday and suggested that she might like dessert with a candle in it. They brought out a big chocolate cookie for dessert with a sparkler in it, which we thought was a lovely touch. We thought it was a kind gesture ‘on the house’ which is what many restaurants do, but then they charged $9 for it! It’s not that I minded paying for it, but then why did my friend and I not get to choose our dessert? (We were looking forward to the Key Lime Pie) Coffee was ordered but then we had to ask for sugar and a spoon. Overall not that great and really not inexpensive. We regretted our decision about going to Milestones and wished we had gone to The Keg instead, since we would have spent about the same amount of money and would have had a far nicer experience. Disappointing. Will not be going back for a while.

Unfortunately this was the worst Milestones I have been to. It was very crowded and noisy with the tables jammed together. Took 1 hr to get our appies and almost 2 hrs for dinner to arrive. Then got told the server forgot to order 1 meal ! It arrived just as the rest of us were done and it was undercooked, so we boxed it up to eat at home. Only 1 dinner was compted...should have been more. Basically ruined my retirement dinner !

Waitress disappeared. Never came back to see how we were doing. Finished our first drink, never came back to ask if we would like another one. We ordered appetizers never showed up. We finally got the waitresses attention and asked about our appetizer and basically she forgot. Our appetizer arrived with our main entrée. Enough said!

Our server was wonderful and it's not her fault at all, but the food took quite a while. And waiting is definitely hard when you have kids. Maybe we won't go at peak times but we loved that the kids menu was size appropriate. Not some massive burger that the child can't hold. Will go back for sure.

My cousin is celiac and cannot have any gluten so we were concerned about her options for food. The staff was so kind and gave her many options as well as a gluten free bun with butter for a little appetizer. Super great staff and great food !

We felt rushed.. waiter didn't give ask as if we wanted drinks, we ordered a salad it wasn't not fresh. As we were eating our salad, the main dish was served, we had to rush to eat our salad in order for our meal not to get cold.. we felt rushed and the restaurant was even busy.. took along time for bill to come and again we felt rushed.. we spent 30 minutes in restaurant.. in at 4:30 and out by 5:00....

We really used to like coming to Milestones but I suppose like everywhere else the value for the food has gone south. I had the basil noodle dish which tasted pretty much bland and no basil to be found. Kids had steak - a very small piece at $42. Won't be back that soon and look for other option.

3 friends meeting up for dinner - it was a great spot, the hostesses were friendly, and the service was incredible - we were going to sit in the dining room but decided on a table in the bar area and it was a great spot. Definitely will go back to try other dishes, between the 3 of us we tried a veggie burger on lettuce, beet salad with chicken, and the Pesto penne with chicken - all very delicious. It was relaxing and comfortable - didn't feel rushed. Will definitely go back!
