My cousin is celiac and cannot have any gluten so we were concerned about her options for food. The staff was so kind and gave her many options as well as a gluten free bun with butter for a little appetizer. Super great staff and great food !

We felt rushed.. waiter didn't give ask as if we wanted drinks, we ordered a salad it wasn't not fresh. As we were eating our salad, the main dish was served, we had to rush to eat our salad in order for our meal not to get cold.. we felt rushed and the restaurant was even busy.. took along time for bill to come and again we felt rushed.. we spent 30 minutes in restaurant.. in at 4:30 and out by 5:00....

We really used to like coming to Milestones but I suppose like everywhere else the value for the food has gone south. I had the basil noodle dish which tasted pretty much bland and no basil to be found. Kids had steak - a very small piece at $42. Won't be back that soon and look for other option.

Ravina our server was amazing, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. She was a definite highlight of our evening. Mediterranean chicken was delicious. Busy as it was Valentine’s Day but service and food were flawless.

3 friends meeting up for dinner - it was a great spot, the hostesses were friendly, and the service was incredible - we were going to sit in the dining room but decided on a table in the bar area and it was a great spot. Definitely will go back to try other dishes, between the 3 of us we tried a veggie burger on lettuce, beet salad with chicken, and the Pesto penne with chicken - all very delicious. It was relaxing and comfortable - didn't feel rushed. Will definitely go back!

The waitress removed my food plate before asking if I was finished. I was still chewing my food and she kept asking me if I wanted coffee or dessert. I said I was chewing my food and Ashe asked again about coffee-dessert. It was clear she wanted to have the table cleared for more customers. I finally ordered coffee and dessert. The coffee came after 5 mins and the dessert took another 10! I wanted my coffee with my dessert but at that point it did not matter. Very disappointed

The food was good and our server efficient and pleasant. However we waited nearly an hour after our order was placed. Not the server’s fault probably…a “large order” went in at the same time as ours so apparently we were bumped to the back of the queue. If we go back, it won’t be on Saturday at 5:30.

Ordered a steak which comes with veggies. Not sure if the majority of people don’t eat veggies, but ours were cold and raw- not al dente, raw. Had to ask for some more, and even the second batch, they were warm, but still raw. So not sure if people don’t know how to cook veggies or how you’re supposed to eat them, but wasn’t super impressed with that fact. Server was lovely overall, however

Got seated in the bar although a dinner reservation was requested..wouldn’t move us to the dining room….pretty disappointing. Ordered a pilsner and when my husband tried it he tasted citrus. My husband brought it to the server’s attention who insisted it was the correct one. When the bill came we were charged for a Hazy IPA which is what we was served, not the Pilsner. Espresso Martini, Wham Bam Shrimp and Black Cod was delicious and the Lobster Ravioli was average.

Had reservation for 6.30 pm and they ran out of back ribs. As well as keylime pie for dessert. New years eve and and early dinner you would think they would have enough food for special occasions. Service was also slow.

It was NYE, so we were reminded twice about the time limit. We ordered an appetizer and an entrée for each of us. I asked if my salmon could have the skin taken off during cooking, but was told the kitchen was too busy. Our entrées were delivered by another server after a long wait, and she knew nothing about our appetizer. Our food was lukewarm after having been sitting out for a while. Our server came to see about the food and apologized about the appetizer - she and the kitchen were very busy after all. No offer to have an appetizer packed to go, or a free one next time. If we told her about the lukewarm food, would the kitchen be too busy for a re-fire? She came by before our entrées were done to ask if we wanted dessert/coffee and we just wanted to leave. We left 59 minutes after we arrived. I was a regular at this restaurant, but I'll be going to the one on Brant, or somewhere new from now on. We completely understand that they are busy on NYE. It's the service and food quality though that keep customers returning and since both were poor, we simply won't be.

I had fish tacos. Not very tasty and very sloppy. I have enjoyed better tacos at pubs so was disappointed at Milestones. I would not recommend this dish. Very dark, had to a flashlight out to read the menu.

Tried the spinach dip. No taste.Tried some,sent the rest back. Declined a doggie bag. Had the 1989 burger. Hot and juicy. Not sure about the bacon. The fries and gravy were nice and hot. My friend was treated to her favourite cheesecake courtesy of Milestone's. Very much appreciated. Not sure of server / table ratio. Slow service which was unusual for Milestone's.
