I came for a birthday meal to celebrate and they were to distracted and forgot about my birthday dessert. So we paid the bill and left. No worries it was just a bonus if we were to get it but never did.

Made a reservation, but didn't seem like they were prepared for the reservation because I requested a high chair, but there was no hair chair at the table when we got there. Food and service was good. Only thing is that I ordered a sprite, but when I got a refill and I wanted coke. The waiter said it had to be sprite again because it has the be the exact same drink. Pop is pop, so should be able to get a different flavor of pop because that is how it is listed on the menu. Really didn't like this part of the service.

Overall the experience was great, I was just a little upset when I ordered the Filet Mignon. I asked for Medium Rare and the first few bites were good. Towards the end it was getting rarer and rarer… the crust got harder and harder. I was chewing more towards the end of meal… It wasn’t evenly cooked. But, i was happy that the service was fast. My partner enjoyed his meal and his meat was cooked just fine. Maybe just look into how the mignon’s are being cooked but overall everything else was good! I enjoyed the appetizers. The dessert was amazing. I will come back but would like that the Fillet Mignon is cooked better. Thats it.

Nice ambiance - good food and service. For my elderly ears .. at least at lunch when you probably have mostly seniors the background music could be a bit lower. As it is there is noise from the mall as the restaurant opens up to Market Mall.

Thank you Alex for the great service, and thank you to the bartender Brittany for stopping by! We had the crispy chicken sandwich, the black n blue burger, and the fish tacos, and everything was so incredibly delicious! We also had the Miami Ice nonalcoholic drink which is my all-time favorite! Always a great time at this location!

The food is tasty and service is good. Don't go if you're looking for a quiet place to visit with friends. It's crowded and very noisy so hard to carry on a conversation.

We went for a birthday celebration to the Market Mall outlet, just 2 of us. The restaurant was spotless, quiet and beautiful. Our waiter, James A was outstanding! Hw in fact was the high point of the evening. Our appy arrives well ahead of our meal, as requested.They were out of the Riesling we requested, but James suggested an alternate which was wonderful. Now starts the big trouble. Our food arrives and was well presented. HOWEVER, it was cold, not cool, but out of the fridge cold!! James took it back to the kitchen to be warmed. When it was returned, it was warmed, not hot. My caesar salad was chopped lettuce, and soggy in a small oval bowl, as was the first one. My steak sandwich was presented like a taco, however it was so tough that I couldn't eat it like one. Good flavor, but only warm and tough. My husbands sirloin surf and turf was also only warm,and not enticing. Showing our disgust, the manager, Trish, can and apologized stating she would 'take care of some of the cost. We did get a free slice of amazing white chocolate cheese cake because it was a birthday. At the end of he night, our bill was $170.00. Trish taking care of some of the cost ment she took off $28.00.!!!! If it weren't for James, we would have just left with the first meal presentation, but he kept it together for us, and really tried to make our evening pleasant. He and the cheese cake were the highlight of our dismal birthday dinner. That is the last visit we will ever make to this place. If you do go, hopefully you get Jmaes A, waiter of the century.

First time really disappointed with their Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese salad. Complained to the server Alex about the spiced pecans that was hard as a rock - almost thought I broke a tooth. He said he’d talk to manager about it but 🤷🏻‍♀️ - no feedback. The dressing has also changed - the quality of this favourite dish has slipped from a 10 to a 1 for me.

My food was good despite my order being wrong, but service was atrocious. After taking our order our server did not return to the table for 50 minutes. Yes, other servers brought our drinks and food and I had to clear our wine glasses myself after placing them on the edge of the table to be removed, to no avail. My dinner was wrong but without our server returning until our last few bites, I wasn't able to say anything. The restaurant was moderately busy but nothing crazy and I do frequent this location and usually have good service, but I had a hard time justifying my tip and I wanted it to go to the people who actually served us during this visit.

You an always count on Milestones for very good food and excellent service. A mix-up in our reservation date was handled quickly & happily by phone before we arrived. The text reminders were a big help. My favourite place for a lovely lunch with friends.
