Overall , a great experience!!! I went here for my birthday and Milestones dod not disappoint. We were greeted by front of house , very personable and warm..... I was wished a Happy Birthday right away. I ordered from there Winter menu, a 14 oz Prime Rib.... WOW,,, It was Sooooo Goood. The cocktails were professionally made, and the dessert was awesome ( which was free for my Birthday which was Super Nice! ) There was only 1 negative and that was our waitress..... I don't know if she was having a bad day ( it wasn't busy at this time ) but her demenour and attitude was less than charming.... somewhat cold. That said, it could have just been a bad day for her.... I don't know.... I do know that won't stop me from going here again!

Food was very good and our server was friendly and attentive. We were there for a date night, so the server was attentive enough to meet our needs and give us our space for good conversation. We'd definitely go back.

The service was very slow. No cutlery or plates. We had to flag down server for it. The food was very basic and cold. Taste and size was not complementary to the value of money. Will not be coming back.

Really enjoyed the food and ambience however the noise level was really loud. It was very difficult to hear due to the music in the background and the conversations around us. We were there with another couple catching up with each other and it very difficult to hear at times. Service and food was great!

We love Milestones but the staff let us down. The host was borderline rude after I asked to change the reservation from 4 to 6. He said that there was a waitlist and it would take almost 2 hours to accommodate the extra 2 people. I called 15 min before arrival. Not coming up with any options, he said you will have to cancel. I cancelled and looked on OpenTable and there was a TON of space. I rebooked for 6 and they had a table. As far as being served, the waitress only came around once and NOT ONCE offered to refill our drinks. We had to stop other waiters to get service. Overall a poor experience, but the food is always good. Time for HR to step in and clean up.

We went to Milestones for brunch, years ago my family and I would always go there and enjoyed their brunch very much. I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was very bland with very little flavour, it came with potatoes and the amount of potatoes was maybe a handful. We also found the music on the louder side and it was difficult to have a conversation over it. Services was great and the Caesar’s are delicious.

Staff friendly and prompt. Food was good, with good service. Only big disappointment is they would not accept a Gift Certificate as "too old" and franchise has changed so certificate was no longer accepted.

Thank you Milestones! What a great evening. We were celebrating my husbands 70th birthday and all the family was present (7 of us). Our seating arrangements were great, food was fabulous. Our server Tyler was great.

Nice night out! My partner loved the meatloaf and I thought the iceberg wedge, even as an entree, was fantastic thanks to the blue cheese crumble and bacon! Calamari was okay, but honestly still prefer a tzatziki dipping sauce rather than the very sweet sauce on offer. Exceptional server - Tyler was quick, efficient, and super friendly.

The food was ok. We sat for 20 minutes before our server came over. He took a very long time to get our first round of drinks. There were six in our party. They served three of us our meals while the others sat with no food for several minutes. We were served our food with no cutlery. Our food got cold as we waited for cutlery and condiments. We were rarely checked on. We made note that it was for a birthday. Nothing was done for that. It was not noted. No birthday greetings or a dessert. Nothing at all. Would not go back for a celebration. Or for decent service. Food is pricey for shabby service.

I did not like the fact that they put eight of us plus a baby in a booth. I questioned the ladies at the reception about it and I was assured that it would be find. It became very evident as the meal progressed that it was too crowded. Very disappointing.

Access to Milestones from our hotel, the Holiday Inn Express, was excellent and a much needed quick walk after a long day of sitting watching show jumping. The food was tasty enough but three tacos would have been appreciated instead of two. The buffalo cauliflower bites were sadly wandering on a serving plate and had absolutely no 'wow' factor. The carrot cake looked and tasted like it was a commercial production. My husband commented that the 'blue' in his black and blue burger appeared to have faded off into the sunset. The restaurant was very noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation. Our server was very friendly but not overly attentive and neither our jug of water or glasses were replenished. Despite this feedback, the food and atmosphere was what we would have expected from a busy chain restaurant. We would visit this Milestones again.

Very nice server but incredibly slow service! She was overwhelmed by her busy section and didn’t seem to have any support. Almost 30 minutes before we even all had drinks at our table. Half way through our meal we had to flag someone down just for water. Food was good and reasonably priced but unfortunately the lack of service was very disappointing. If my food is going to take time to come at least I need drinks- even water at my table as soon as I sit down.

We ordered the date night special. We were disappointed that we did not get charged the discounted price for the meal but did not feel like arguing about 4$. The date night special used to be a good deal but we were not impressed last night. Not much choice for the appetizers or the meals, the steak choice was very small. We both interpreted the menu as saying that we got coffee with our desert but were charged 8$ more. All in all it was a more expensive meal for less choice because we don't normally go for the appetizers or desert. We won't try that again. We're OK with Milestones at South Centre, just not impressed with the date night "bargain" Also, we don't really like the music. Kind of too much bangitty bang. Not very relaxing.
