Food was good. Service was good. Very loud and hard to have a conversation,
We Enjoy coming randomly throughout the week, always good food and always excellent service! just a nice night out for the two of us 🤗
Had a lovely evening with friends. We all enjoyed our food. I would like to see more options with less spice, especially the shrimp options.
It was good☺️
I was very impressed with the phone call I received before I arrived to see if I needed any high chairs or room for wheelchairs etc. Wow!
Our server was amazing! Always attentive and our orders were perfect!
The ambiance was great and server was awesome. She recognized that we were customers who hadn't seen each other in a while and had lots to catch up on so she didn't interrupt us much and let us know how we could flag her down if we needed anything. We both ordered the Mediterranean chicken it was an alright dish but could have used a bit more sauce/flavor. We ordered dessert too and it was great. One thing that was shocking was the price of the pop - $3.75!! - it costs cents to make pop (I know I used to own a restaurant) and to sell it for $3.75 is robbery. Anyway that was our experience, thanks for asking.
Great food and service
We made a reservation a large group to celebrate my birthday. We arrived on time and needed to wait for the table to be set up even though it wasn't busy. When I called to confirm the reservation I mentioned that there could be a few more people joining us but we needed to squeeze together when a couple of extra people arrived. The food was delicious, we needed to wait for it for quite a while, the servers were friendly and checked on us to make sure everything tasted great which it did! The prices were great since we came in during happy hour then enjoyed the Monday Bellini Special! We look forward to going back for our next went next month! Thank you to the Milestones Staff for making my birthday so memorable!
The food is good but we happened to get seated next to a very noisy table.
We had a table of 5, waitress took all our orders and 4 of the 5 orders were wrong. Two people ordered the Big Breakfast, I ordered white toast, the other ordered multi grain. I got his multi grain and he got my white toast. His order was missing the bacon and the ham si when he finally got the waitress he e asked for a new order rather than waiting for the bacon and ham because he didn't want to eat a cold meal. They took his order back and 5 minute later brought his original order back with the bacon and ham on it rather than giving him a new hot order. His order sat under a heat lamp waiting for the bacon and ham to be cooked so when he did get it the eggs were over cooked and the toast was all mushy.
Made resos for a 60th birthday and also for party of 6 plus a car seat. We were seated in a booth no room for car seat. Server saw and did not offer to re-seat us, we had to get a spare chair to place the car seat. Server did not acknowledge it was for a special occasion nor was a complimentary dessert offered.
Good food, good portions, friendly staff. Tasty/spicey.
It was a very busy night so food was slow getting to the table but our fabulous server made the difference.
On the day of our reservation there apparently a problem with Milestones phone service as I was repeatedly unable to connect with the restaurant. So I turned to Open Table. The online site stated that Milestones was not affiliated with Open Table. On googling Milestones there was a link on their website for Open Table so I made our reservations that way. When we arrived the restaurant had no record of our booking. However, they found us a table within about 10 minutes and we went on to have a very enjoyable experience with good food, good value for their special promotion for BCAA members, and excellent service.
Milestones never disappoints.
I took my girlfriend to Milestones for her Birthday. I went on a night when I could take advantage of the $50 meal for 2 people offer through BCAA. When I made the reservation it asked if there was a special occasion that we were dining out and I indicated we were celebrating a Birthday. I am not the kind of person that expects anything for free when dining out, but I at least expected the waitress to acknowledge the Birthday. Why did the computer even ask if there was a special occasion if it was not acknowledged at the table.
The table next to us had 2 lively 3-5 year old kids that spoiled the evening since they were loud and jumping up and down and drawling under the table. When I go out I don't want to go to a family restaurant again, when I am in the company of just adults.
I always thought of Milestones as a fun place to go, but was often reluctant because of the "no reservation" policy. With a reservation, it makes the experience soooooooo much better. We could eat when we wanted to, instead of having to come early to avoid the rush or come late so the kids would be gone.
Both date nights within a week we have received "perfect" service. I was a server in fancy Hotels and upper scale restaurants for about 20 years and love the service here. They do every step, even refilling waters which can be hard to voluntarily get. They always quality check system the appropriate time and make sure our my boyfriend's coffee is topped up and offer another virgin could cocktail to myself. They do the skip any of the service musts and I really appreciate that, as many restaurants servers often miss the quality check/&/or my boyfriend's coffee. Greeting is prompt and beverage delivery is within the desired three minute guidelines. The food portions are very generous, the chicken parmesan my boyfriend Chris actually had packed up which is very impressive, as that is the first time I've seen him get full enough to not clean his plate up. Thank you Milestones!
Steak was good. But late serve and little noisy.
Try to serve well but need more calm.
Ordered a kid’s menu and the pasta was a joke, it was just the cooked pasta with a bit of cheese and barely enough seasoning or sauce. Our Nan ordered a rare steak which came out very cold so had to send it back and they actually used the same steak to ‘heat it up’ and it came back cold again. The manager came by didn’t really apologize and there was actually nothing to compensate for all the trouble. Never going back, I now remember why it took me over 10 years to go back again and definitely won’t be going back ever
We have been to this restaurant many times., so no real surprises . The service was good. ambience is the same which we like. On the food, my wife had the mediteranean chicken which she really liked. she has had the prior and sat it is very good. I had the spicy Thai basil chicken bowl. this time I found the noodle over cooked and mushy. It tasted like every thing was prepared way in advance thrown together an heated on request. I know that is probably not the case but that was the impression on eating it was okay taste wise , not very spicy , but reminded Me of a stirfry I would reheat the second day. Still good but no wow.
The other item that may prevent me from returning was the cost, this is not fine dining, classy upscale perhaps, one appy calamari, two entree's one glass of wine 8 oz, one martini, one regular coffee. 100 before tip. wow!
My experience has always been great at M historically. The food prep definitely could have been better at this location
Every time me I go to milestones, something goes wrong. As always, the service was slow though this time was much worse than others despite it being a relatively quiet Tuesday night. Me and my friend ordered drinks, and the server forgot them until we reminded him about it the next time we saw him, which was a half hour later! Dairy free and vegetarian food options were limited which was a disappointment. My friend, who also needs to eat dairy-free, was offered free dessert for her birthday but the only dairy-free dessert was a fruit plate which ended up being incredibly small.
Milestones is always a good choice for brunch. Food is tasty, choice is varied.
I ordered a salad for my main, not a lot of vegetable and definitely over prized and salad dressing was lacking. Very disappointed.
Fantastic service and food.
I easily made the reservation online for 16, however, we had 20 arrive and were able to add to our table with no problem. Only one meal seemed to take extra time for serving, and the staff were attentive to our needs, refilling drinks and answering questions. I also appreciated that we did not seem to be disturbing other patrons as no one else was seated close by. This was a great venue for my goodbye lunch!
Good range of appys, good service and good prices for casual dining
Very disappointed in my meal, order a $25 "signature dish". It was a hard piece of white fish on rice. Over cooked no flavor and over priced. Kids sliders were a burger patty ripped in pieces. Loud swearing patron sitting behind kids. Asked management to take care of it but situation didn't change. Server was mediocre, asked if we need more drinks, but never once inquired about or meals! Will not go back!!
Milestones is stale. Boring menus. Overpriced and missing a vibrant feeling. Same milestones from 20 years ago. Needs an overhaul.
Service was great, our server was prompt, super-friendly and checked in several times. Food was very good, portions were generous. They have a creative cocktail menu with some very refreshing choices for a hot day.
Only thing was we dined out because it was a hot day and wanted to go to an air conditioned restaurant, and while the waiting area was very refreshing, the dining room was quite warm.
Huge parking lot, so no problem with finding a spot.
