   We reserved a booth for an upcoming dinner. The booth in question was beside a person who had a very disagreeable body odour. We requested another booth. The Hostess stated she could not give us this booth…without any explanation. We again asked for another booth, whereupon she turned around with an unfriendly look and said in a very unprofessional manner “J. Christ”. I heard the comments and said “excuse me…what did you just say to us?”, and asked to speak directly to the manager. She then stomped off in a foul mood towards the manager. I explained the problem and said that she was very unprofessional, unpleasant and that this type of behaviour was unacceptable! Manager apologized, but the Hostess did not. We then were ushered into another booth and another Server took our orders (Cathrine), who was indeed professional and with a genuine smile. We ordered a main course, and drinks…the drinks arrived after our meal, and we were not impressed to say the least.

   Table for our group of 7 business lunch reservation was ready and we were seated quickly. Water was delivered and poured while we browsed the menu. 3 of us ordered a Coke Zero to drink, but they only had 2 bottles. No fountain drink available. Appetizers arrived quickly - the pow-pow shrimp were delicious as was the spinach dip - pita bread would have been better for dipping the nacho chips. Next we ordered our meals. 2 of us ordered the Tuna Sushi Bowl and we were disappointed by how dry the rice was, and the lack of moisture/sauce. So we asked for some sauce and were brought Soya sauce in a little bowl. The soya sauce was overly salty and ruined the meal further. Perhaps a teriyaki sauce would have worked or moist rice. The server was kind enough to provide us two $10 vouchers to use next time. Overall, the other people enjoyed their meals, including the gnocchi with Cod on top, beet salad, and veggie burger. The portobello mushroom linguini was delicious. One person had the steak sandwich and commented that the sweet sauce did not go well with the overall flavor - should have been a BBQ sauce like HP. Would come back again, but hope the sushi bowl becomes a Poke bowl for a better experience.

   Late night meal. Husband enjoyed the rack of ribs with garlic parmesan fries upgrade. I ordered chicken lettuce wraps, which were a disappointment. The menu does not specify that the chicken is deep-fried. Was like eating a chicken nugget. Also, they should use bibbed or boston lettuce. The iceberg lettuce wedge provided only makes for a couple wraps before it ends up a mess to deal with. The flavour was good, though.

   Our sever Jazzy was great! The food was good value for date night. Conveniently located in eaton centre.

   Empty but slow service still. 15 minutes for a drink when there’s 10 people in the whole restaurant is crazy

   Was at the Milestones at the Eatons Centre Saturday March 22nd. Our very young female hostess has a lot to learn. When she showed us to our table it was this high table with high bar stool type chairs near the very noisy bar area. I explained this was not suitable to us ( we are seniors) and we preferred regular seating. She brought us back to front desk where I explained I had chosen the standard area not the bar area when I made a reservation where upon she says I did not leave any note - the main fellow at the front desk found us a table in the regular section and when she brought us to the table she tossed the menus on the table and walked away with a huff- very rude and full of attitude- not the type of hostess to be helping people here- she was too inexperienced and had no idea how to deal with customers. Aside from that, the servers were great , the food was good. The only negative was that once we received our meals we never saw our server again and we had run out of both our drinks and our waters. It took till the end of our meal for our server to appear and we asked her to bring us more water.

   Great location for where we stayed and going to a concert at Massey Hall. Ate early and were able to take advantage of Happy Hour before eating. Food was very good. Our server was friendly and efficient. I am sorry I cannot remember her name. Would highly recommend.
