Service was slow and provided by untrained staff. Some food was substituted due to shortages without prior consultation. No one bothered to ask if we enjoyed the meal. A reservation was made and the booking site asked if this was a special occasion. It was for an anniversary but that was not acknowledged upon arrival of throughout the meal. We have celebrated anniversaries for many years at this location. But this experience was very disappointing.

Reservations were made for 2, one arrived 10 min early informed hostess of second guest coming. Second guest was seated at a different table despite mentioning she was meeting someone. California spring salads ordered by both. One missing avocado the other missing goat cheese. Server offered free dessert to compensate, we declined dessert in favour of cappuccino instead. Were charged for cappuccino anyway. I have been to other Milestones that were better.

Party of 5, early dinner, Appetizers and main dishes arrived at the same time, we order 2 same dishes some modification eg no specific ingredients, person bringing them from the kitchen was confused and were not able to properly identify them and tell us, which one was correct one. Overall Ok, but not sure if we going to repeat at this location.

Our experiences at Milestones are usually quite positive. This was a first time at this location and the service was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get our drink order and so we put our food in at the same time. We didn't get our food for another hour and no one came to acknowledge that it was taking a long time or to get another drink order. When the food finally came, it was good, but the portions for the kids French toast and waffles was pathetic. 12$ for 1 piece of bread dipped in egg and a bit of maple syrup? The kids were starving! The manager did comp us some fries. Someone finally came to ask if we wanted more drinks when the meal was done and we were getting ready to leave. A little late for that. I then had to chase someone down to pay. I won't be going to this location again.

Had a wonderful lunch on the patio at Milestones Erin Mills this week. Lovely server and the food was great. Had the chicken lettuce wraps and the beet salad and it was great size for sharing.

My friend and I have been having lunch at this location - 3 to 4 times a year - for over 10 years. This time we took our partners. The service was slow, although the restaurant only had a few patrons. Waited a while for our drinks. Plates for both our partners were cold. When they advised the server, the food was taken away and, obviously reheated in a microwave. They had the wagyu meatloaf with seasonal vegetables - vegetables were returned to the table rubbery and shrivelled. The 4 of us spent over $244 without tip. When we complained, the Day Manager offered us 2 complimentary appetizers for future dining. Two appetizers! What happened to this place?

Went to this Milestones for a dinner with the family. They have the wrong location marked in their Directions on Open Table and Google maps navigated is to some location 6km away. It took another 15 mins to get to the restaurant. Food was quite average. My daughter’s kids meal was pretty bad with absolutely no salt or seasoning, green beans were under cooked, tough grilled chicken and no sauces offered either. Not sure how they expect kids to eat that. Adult entree portions were also small. Pretty bland experience overall. Won’t be returning.

I orders sea bass plate, since they are taking it out of the menus so the sea bass was replaced with salmon. The salmon was dry and fishy smell. Never again. The waitress was kind. But I will invest again there.

The evening was fine, and the food was good, but the service was beyond slow. Even getting a single slice of cake at the end of the evening took so long that we thought they might be baking it in the back. My hunch is that they were short-staffed. And in that case, the staff was very amicable.

Very disappointed with the service. We were extremely rushed during our dinner where by our appetizers came out at the same time as our dinner. Also our dessert came out while we were eating our main dishes. I asked our servers why we were being rushed and they said we only had 90 minutes to sit. No one mentioned this when I made the reservation nor when we arrived at the restaurant. Very terrible experience for me and my family on New Year’s Eve. I will not be going back to Milestones again. Our orders also got messed up where certain things were forgotten or totally missed. Bacon was missing on our burgers and no seafood on our steaks. Hugely disappointed in our experience at Milestones. Will not be returning in the future.

Went for my birthday and the food was average at best. Wanted to order the Sea Bass but they were out of stock. Ended up ordering the filet mignon that was dry and overcooked. The vegetables were previously frozen and tasteless. I didn’t want the mashed potatoes and ordered a Caesar salad but got a different salad instead and was charged extra for that feature. I didn’t want the free desert for my birthday because they all had to much sugar and carbs. Overall, it isn’t a restaurant we will be going back

The food is not like it used to be. The tuna bowl looked like cat food and was gross creamy and had no flavor. Everyone else said their food was just ok. The lighting it too harsh and right now. I don't like the layout either. We have come her for years but now sure if I will come back.

Reserved a table for 4 and were promptly greeted and seated upon arrival. Hostess was polite and professional as were the wait staff. Music and noise was very loud in the bar area and much carried over into the dinning room. Noise level did decrease as the evening progressed. Table service was very good and the selected meals well prepared and presented. All enjoyed their meal and later, dessert. Despite the early noise level we ended up spending an enjoyable 3 hours at the restaurant. Look forward to a return visit.
