   Went to this Milestones for a dinner with the family. They have the wrong location marked in their Directions on Open Table and Google maps navigated is to some location 6km away. It took another 15 mins to get to the restaurant. Food was quite average. My daughter’s kids meal was pretty bad with absolutely no salt or seasoning, green beans were under cooked, tough grilled chicken and no sauces offered either. Not sure how they expect kids to eat that. Adult entree portions were also small. Pretty bland experience overall. Won’t be returning.

   I orders sea bass plate, since they are taking it out of the menus so the sea bass was replaced with salmon. The salmon was dry and fishy smell. Never again. The waitress was kind. But I will invest again there.

   The evening was fine, and the food was good, but the service was beyond slow. Even getting a single slice of cake at the end of the evening took so long that we thought they might be baking it in the back. My hunch is that they were short-staffed. And in that case, the staff was very amicable.

   Food was good but the service was a bit disappointing. In addition, my partner and I wanted to sit at a booth. They told us they need to keep them for parties of 4. But literally 2 minutes they sat 2 people at the booth. They didn’t even bother explaining or apologizing.

    Food was cold when we received it after a very long wait even though thrre were hardly any other customers. Noodles became hard after short period of time. Waitress said she couldn't find our table hence the long delay in attending to us. Very small portions of food. Our table had dried food stains and cobwebs on our window. Poor service all around.

    Very disappointed with the service. We were extremely rushed during our dinner where by our appetizers came out at the same time as our dinner. Also our dessert came out while we were eating our main dishes. I asked our servers why we were being rushed and they said we only had 90 minutes to sit. No one mentioned this when I made the reservation nor when we arrived at the restaurant. Very terrible experience for me and my family on New Year’s Eve. I will not be going back to Milestones again. Our orders also got messed up where certain things were forgotten or totally missed. Bacon was missing on our burgers and no seafood on our steaks. Hugely disappointed in our experience at Milestones. Will not be returning in the future.

    Went for my birthday and the food was average at best. Wanted to order the Sea Bass but they were out of stock. Ended up ordering the filet mignon that was dry and overcooked. The vegetables were previously frozen and tasteless. I didn’t want the mashed potatoes and ordered a Caesar salad but got a different salad instead and was charged extra for that feature. I didn’t want the free desert for my birthday because they all had to much sugar and carbs. Overall, it isn’t a restaurant we will be going back

    The food is good and the service was great but I spent $75 on my meal alone, which was a salad with shrimp, a 6 oz glass of wine, a latte and slice of cake. Too expensive.

    The food is not like it used to be. The tuna bowl looked like cat food and was gross creamy and had no flavor. Everyone else said their food was just ok. The lighting it too harsh and right now. I don't like the layout either. We have come her for years but now sure if I will come back.

    Reserved a table for 4 and were promptly greeted and seated upon arrival. Hostess was polite and professional as were the wait staff. Music and noise was very loud in the bar area and much carried over into the dinning room. Noise level did decrease as the evening progressed. Table service was very good and the selected meals well prepared and presented. All enjoyed their meal and later, dessert. Despite the early noise level we ended up spending an enjoyable 3 hours at the restaurant. Look forward to a return visit.

    We came for a light lunch and I opted for the mushroom soup. I could only have two tablespoons before putting it away. The amount of salt was so high that I couldn't bring myself to swallow it.

    I was actually quite surprised because we have been there in the past for lunch on the patio which was fantastic service. For some reason it was awful service. We had a reservation (through open table) and we came 10 minutes early for a party of 7. The resturaunt was basically empty with maybe one or two other tables. They took about almost 15 minutes getting our table ready. When we arrived at our table I looked around and there were many tables set up and ready to go. Not sure why it took 15 minutes to seat us. We did have multiple people ask us if we needed help at reception but we kept stating we were waiting to be seated. We ordered and wanted a salad. They couldn't accommodate green salad due to the lettuce shortage but offered us ceasar instead. We asked if we could have the lettuce for the Ceasar for the green salad and they couldn't accommodate. It was frustrating. I think the server was knew because she never came back to check on us. We even had to get up to get a server to get us more water. Once again there was only one or two tables full in the whole resturuant. Pretty disappointing. Food was delicious but so disappointed in the service. Totally understand if it was a busy night but it was empty and we didn't get any attention.

    Our waitress was completely overwhelmed. We waited for drinks and extra plates for the children well after our meal was already served. She stated that the new corporate structure is to have as few servers and that there were only 3 for the night for the whole restaurant. She was lovely but clearly majorly stressed. Wouldn’t recommended returning until they get more help. Good food, but the lack of help kind of negated the food.

    Server was nice , food was cold and the vegetables were undercooked. My friend and I both ordered steaks, kind of a waste for the price. Next time we’ll stick to the keg.

    Was worst experience I’ve had at milestones …. Waited close to 15 mins for waitress to even acknowledge table . Had to ask another staff if we could order drinks . Then our apps were served and almost finished had to ask if we could order our mains . Then waitress didn’t come to table again to be told our food was not even warm so we just ate it . Our water was not even refilled and my drink was long done before I was asked if wanted another . Would hate to see service if restaurant had actually been busy . Horrible service and wow a free appetizer … the whole bill should of been covered .

    For some reason mid way in our meal in the dining room they turned the music up to nightclub levels. People come to a dining area to talk and connect not to yell at each other. We were going to have desert but we had to get out of there.

    Very few patrons. Service was incredibly slow. Waited for server at onset. Then waited 25 min for a beer. We were just a table of 4 for drinks and dessert. Desserts were just so-so. We ended up standing up and ready to leave when the beer appeared. It’s like we were forgotten. Server was pleasant and apologized and took cost off bill.
