   Table was booked for 8:45 we were there at 8:40. We were told at the front desk that we have to order food immediately because kitchen closes at 8:50 then the waitress came & said you have to order now or we can’t serve you. I’m not sure why they have booking available until 9 pm on the website while the kitchen closes before nine so we had to leave we couldn’t stay there. We will never go back

   We had a reservation booked, we were still not seated for another 15 minutes after our reservation. Other people that walked in continued to get seated before us. When we asked the host when our table Would be ready she said they were just cleaning the table off for us. When we got the table there was a stain on the booth seat that looked like it was from the previous guests and floor underneath the table was disgusting it had the all the food from the last guests under there. When I asked them to clean, they literally brushed it to the side, so that it was still at our feet. There were little parts of order that the sever kept forgetting, like to bring us our ordered drink. The food was alright, I enjoyed the steak sandwich so that was good. But once we were done eating, we got out of there very quickly. The funny thing was for Mother's Day, it was that busy to experiencing service that poor. Probably won't be going back.

   Went on mothers day and there was no wait with reservations. We had a good server who was friendly. I took off stars for value as I asked for extra sauce and was shocked to be charged an extra gravy fee of $2! I needed the sauce as the salmon was dry and flavourless to be honest. The other food made up for that part however. Also for overall I would have given 5 stars if they offered some dessert or drink at even a discounted cost for mothers, there was nothing to celebrate mothers.

   Very slow service, took over 2 hours to order, eat, and pay. Table wasn’t ready when we got there - had to wait 15. Had to send drinks back - cesar was dark brown/black.

    Our waitresses name was Abby and she was amazing. She met our every needs and more. She made some great suggestions. The food and service was impeccable. It was our first time sitting on the patio, the breeze was wonderful. We will definitely be returning!!!

    Our server Cat (Catherine) was simply the best, we always want to just sit in her section. Her smile is genuine and contagious, she is attentive and on top of everything. We come back just for Cat now :)

    Server was excessive with carding my 22yr old who took a sip of my drink...I had her id but didn't want to fish it out of my purse for a sip she had. She came to say it more than once. Annoying and unnecessary.

    My food (Portabello Chicken) was cold upon arrival almost didn’t seem like it was made to order and so was my friend’s (Thai Chicken Bowl) . They took mine back, remade it and it was still like warm. They were very apologetic about it and gave us dessert on the house. Our server was lovely, very attentive and professional.

    everything was food, the cocktails were so good, the food too , i didn't expected that so that was a very nice surprise, we will come back. the only small negative point was the waitress, she was passing by our table with a lot of plates in her hand and asked if everything was alright and i got the feeling that she was in a rush to drop the plates, so i didn't want to asked for something else, other than that her service was good

    The only issue we had was the appetizers were a little cold. And our main dishes all came out at different times. We are a family that doesn’t start to eat until everyone’s food is in front of them so some of our dinners weren’t as warm as we’d of liked . But overall great place will be back for sure

    Steak sandwich incredible! Staff was exceptionally friendly from the waitstaff to the management who came around asking how things were. Entire staff engaged and friendly, and the food was incredible to boot! Highly recommend!

    The halal menu at milestones is suprisingly really good ! And they had dates for us to open our fast. Good experience overall. The music was a little too loud I had to raise my voice talking to my husband beside me but other than that 10/10

    I haven't been to this location in awhile. The food was not the greatest, which I was surprised by as the last time I was there 2022 the food was enjoyable. Service was ok. Our server was always in a rush and I was more concerned if she was just taking on more than she could handle. She was lovely when we could actually get her attention. I will probably stick to Moxies next time.

    The staff at milestone heartland were very helpful and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our meals. We had 6 ladies and each of us were very happy with the food and quality and taste. I will definitley come back here to try the other items on the menu. Really loved the shrimp appetizers .

    The experience was great, went there with my bf to celebrate his birthday. Food was great but food servicing time was longer than anticipated. The sweet chilli chicken bowl was amazing!!! Also I don’t remember the exact amount but they have fixed tip amount of $18 I believe
