   The staff at milestone heartland were very helpful and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our meals. We had 6 ladies and each of us were very happy with the food and quality and taste. I will definitley come back here to try the other items on the menu. Really loved the shrimp appetizers .

   The experience was great, went there with my bf to celebrate his birthday. Food was great but food servicing time was longer than anticipated. The sweet chilli chicken bowl was amazing!!! Also I don’t remember the exact amount but they have fixed tip amount of $18 I believe

    The food was delicious and the service was great but overall the noise was too much. We have been to other Milestones locations and never found it overly noisy but this one is different. Maybe they need some sound dampening changes.

    Everything is wonderful. Food is very tasty with generous portion. Calamari is a must try. The best Calamari we’ve ever had. Other favorites: Steak Sandwich, Baja Fish Tacos, Pesto Chicken Penne Asiago. Caesar salad is good too. Very good service (thank you, Diana!) Great dining experience. Recommend this location.

    My wife’s entree was great. Our spinach dip appetizer was very good. My lobster bisque soup had a skin on top of it. Should have been mixed. Not quality of Milestones that I’m used too sea bass entree was undercooked and tough. Not the best Milestones experience.

    The main dish for myself and one of the other ladies at my table were cold, had to ask for them to be reheated. For our troubles we were told we could have a free dessert, however waitress said only one dessert for the whole table. I feel to make it right, both of us who's main entree was cold should have been given the free dessert. I've never experienced a cold meal before, so I have to say we were disappointed. However, the service was friendly.

    Last night was an absolute pleasure and I am so glad I hosted my buisness turning 1 celebration here at milestones! The staff were fantastic, our waitress Catherine was so sweet and made our night so special. The host (I believe his name was Anthony) was great too! The food was fantastic, I have celiac so they were able to accommodate my needs and recommend gluten friendly alternatives that tasted so good! Will definitely come back again to celebrate more milestones in my life! PS. The Ganache Torte is a MUST TRY.

    All the food was good except for the chicken.The chicken was warm outside and cold inside.I thought this restaurant was fresh food but I think some of the food is frozen.I would expect this from a lower end Restaurant

    The food was hot and all the guests received their food at the same time. The server was outstanding. She was efficient and very pleasant. She checked in with us regularly but didn’t hover. Perfect service and delicious meal! Lovely evening!

    Delicious food. Great service. Our waitress made us feel welcome. However they asked what the occasion was when making a reservation and I selected the anniversary option which made me think there would be something special if that was an option however there was no mention of our anniversary when we got there. Was a bit let down.

    Milestones is always a treat and this visit was no exception. Our waitress was amazing, recommending delicious items on the menu and always checking on our rambunctious party (ex co-workers who hadn't seen each other in a while, hopefully we didn't disturb the other guests too much with our laughter and crazy stories!) Was a little disappointed steak frites was no longer on the menu, but it was great to try something different, too.

    It’s been a while since we’ve been to Milestone’s but I have to say, the food, ambiance, and most importantly, the service was incredible. It was New Year’s Eve, so we expected it to be very busy. Leah was a fantastic server. She was polite, friendly, accommodating, and checked on us regularly. The food tasted great. One hiccup was that my wife was given the wrong dish. That’s ok, though. It was corrected in no time. As mentioned, it was quite busy, so the chance of a hiccup is high. The correct dish (filet mignon) came and looked fantastic! What was more impressive was that the Manager (can’t remember her name), came by within 5 minutes, literally and apologized. She offered us a complementary dessert for the hiccup. That was very nice and not expected. So I have to say, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Well done staff at Heartland Milestone’s!!! That’s the model of service that everyone restaurant should have. We’ll be back. No question! Thank you, so, so much. 😊

    We went with high hopes after receiving great reviews for my daughters birthday. Ordered starters, 2 steaks, chicken penne and couple of other items. The chicken lettuce wraps were way too sweet, steaks were done right but came out cold which really killed the experience as we were starving, chicken penne was good and the caesar salad was drenched with too much dressing. I don’t like writing a negative review but honestly after spending close to $300, with everyone hungry and celebrating my daughters birthday we were really disappointed. I hope to see a change and hopefully we’ll go again someday soon. I’m writing the review so these items can be rectified and the restaurant prospers. I haven’t visited Milestones in a while as we only eat Halal but the last time we dined at Milestones it was great!

    Another enjoyable dining experience at Milestones. Our only critique pertains to the fact our Server forgot to enter our Order for Appetisers so these were never received. However, to be fair, the Manager "comp'd" our Desserts in recognition of this oversight. Our Server was extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. My meal (I can't speak for the others in our group) could have been warmer; not sure whether it had been sitting under the warming lights a bit too long. Outside of these two critiques, our luncheon was very enjoyable and we will certainly return to Milestone's in the future.

    Water glasses were covered in lips marks when we sat down. We Ordered an appetizer that never came, when I inquired about it I was told she forgot and could place the order for it now though when our main would be put in a few minutes. Ordered a drink got the wrong drink when I inquired I was told the drink I ordered didn’t exist, so I pointed it out on the menu. Unfortunate this was the expletive for our Christmas lunch.

    Overal great experience - food came fast and the waitress checked up on us just enough and made memorable meaningful conversations. Stuffed mushroom cap was delish and will definitely be ordering next time! The ravioli portions could be slightly bigger to make the meal more satisfying.

    All 3 people in our party enjoyed their meals very much. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were meeting up for the first time since before COVID and wanted to relax and catch up. At no time did our server rush us which we very much appreciated. A lovely evening out.
