   The menu has changed over the years and it’s just not that good anymore. I ordered a pesto pasta and couldn’t taste pesto. It was very peppery. Other than the Bellinis, there’s really no draw for us to go back. Our server was excellent though!

   We waited 1.5 hours to get our food. With 2 kids waiting this was challenging. We were not give an update until about 10 minutes before our food arrived. And still charge for the entire meal.. this is the second time this has happened at this location.

    I love Milestones and come frequently however the service was very poor this particular visit. Found that since we didn’t order wine with dinner we suddenly got less attention. Server never checked to see how our meals were. Never refilled our water or soda. Offered coffee and dessert and again no refills on coffee until we had to flag her down to ask and then she brings a small teapot full of “decaf” coffee to fill our cups. Said a new pot was brewing but never refilled. When we were paying she looked at the tip as she tore off our receipt (to me this is pretty unusual). About 5 mins after paying she was back at the table and clearing glasses and cups and didn’t ask if we wanted more coffee. She then proceeded to hover over our table until we got the hint she wanted us to leave. This server obviously needs a lesson on customer service and it is unfortunate because we frequent Milestones and have always had great service and never any complaints about the food. I hope this was a one off but we will see at our next visit.

    Always a great time ! Foods always great but this time service was lacking .. the server was trying to push us out .. at one point she said “ do u want to order more food?” We said no we are full but will take more drinks .. she said “ good the kitchen is closed” very rude ! Why offer something that’s not avail? Will def return but hope for a different server

    Lovely interior and nice brunch menu. Service was great and compassionate. Unfortunately with a dairy intolerance, choices were very limited but the kitchen staff accommodated. Not even able to have a latte with a dairy alternative. Please Milestones: offer one or two choices for those who cannot tolerate dairy: i.e. those with arthritis. Dairy is a huge cause of inflammation. Will only recommend to those who can tolerate dairy.

    I eat there often, and never disappointed with food or Server. However, I would like to see sliders put back on the menu, or a beef dip, and a soup other than mushroom.

    I had made a reservation for two but three of us went - it was a busy time but staff rearranged things so that they were able to accommodate us. Thank you! The butternut squash ravioli, crispy chicken sandwich, and the black and blue burger were all excellent. Any dish I have had there has always been well prepared and tasty. If you could find a way to keep french fries as hot as possible, that would be great. Staff are always pleasant, attentive and are eager to fulfill requests. I like the semi-private seating arrangements, particularly in the downstairs area. It would be wonderful if the handicapped parking areas were closer to the door instead of behind the building and if there were a couple more of them seeing as the restaurant is so popular.

    The service was great… our server was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good. But the food was just ok. We ordered a few appetizers and the corn chips that came with the spinach & artichoke dip were on the stale side. The chicken bites were not really coated in much sauce and the fried won tons that came with them weren’t very crispy. So the food wasn’t as good as usual. My main comment, though, is that the mocktail / alcohol-free selections have so much room for improvement. There is only one alcohol-free beer available, and the mocktails on the menu are all really sugary. I think this chain should do more for guests who choose alcohol-free options. The demand for quality zero-proof options this is on the rise. There are many quality alcohol-free beers, spirits, and even premixed mocktails out there to stock your bar.
