   We enjoyed our dinner Saturday. Our only complaint is my husbands steak was ordered medium and came rare. Other than that everything was lovely. Staff was great.

   Had a great dinner before a Senators game. Nice atmosphere, good variety of food, reasonably priced, and good service. Get a booth away from the bar area for a quieter and more intimate meal.

   Check in lady was rude & wait staff were slow. Half of our table were served the wrong food (& then if was taken back and served to another table). My food came luke warm.

    The service was great… our server was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good. But the food was just ok. We ordered a few appetizers and the corn chips that came with the spinach & artichoke dip were on the stale side. The chicken bites were not really coated in much sauce and the fried won tons that came with them weren’t very crispy. So the food wasn’t as good as usual. My main comment, though, is that the mocktail / alcohol-free selections have so much room for improvement. There is only one alcohol-free beer available, and the mocktails on the menu are all really sugary. I think this chain should do more for guests who choose alcohol-free options. The demand for quality zero-proof options this is on the rise. There are many quality alcohol-free beers, spirits, and even premixed mocktails out there to stock your bar.

    it was meh. the hostesses didnt know what was going on. we had reservations and they forgot about us in the lobby. it was busy. we could have ordered more drinks and desert but she didnt come around enough to order. there was no appetizers that were gluten free or main dishes marked gluten free. it was dissappointing,

    When we checked into our reservation, they didn't seem to have a spot for us and they acted like they didn't know about the reservation. We were seated in the standard not the bar which was a bit disappointing. The waitress was nice but you could hardly hear her, and she seemed uncomfortable.

    Although the menu changed from the last time we visited Milestones, we found other delicious options and really enjoyed the meal. Our server was amazing and went out of his way to make us comfortable and ensure we were enjoying our meal. We look forward to our next visit.

    Attended with my husband and son, it was also his birthday, and we were immediately seated at the bar, which we did not reserve, service was fine. Food was very good noise level was unacceptable. In that area. We were given a valentine menu with a preset menu, while other tables were giving both, they were ordering appetizers from the regular dinner service menu. We were not offered the same. Very confusing.

    We had a window seat in a quiet area. My husband had the steak and they cooked it how he liked it. I had the California salad and the seafood cakes. Both were excellent, the flavours exploded in my mouth and the taste was incredible. We shared the double chocolate cookie, it was delicious! I wish we had a Milestones in Belleville.

    We ordered surf and turf and it didn’t look like how the dish had been previously served several times in the past. There was no sauce this time and looked thrown together. We asked one waitress if they had changed the recipe she played it off as that it was normal. As semi regular customers, we questioned this answer. Our waitress serving us melissa came back after this and we asked the same question if the recipe had changed and mentioned it looked different this time. She agreed and asked the manager for us if this was normal. She came back to us and was honest and handled the situation with grace, and had said the kitchen messed up the recipe due to having a lot of new staff. She offered to have a sauce sent out to us. Disappointed in the cook staff, we kindly asked instead to send it back and just have our appetizer and be done for the visit. She instead offered us a dessert to help satisfy us considering the situation which was great. Will definitely be coming back since Melissa saved the visit with her courtesy and honesty and respect for her customers hard earned money.

    Our steaks were cooked as requested, but were on the cool side of warm when brought to our table. It was like the plates might have sat too long after the chef was finished cooking the meal. The accompanying vegetables were also cool-ish. A request for steak sauce seemed to take quite a long time to be fulfilled. This was not our usual experience with Milestones.

    I asked for a large booth in a quiet area of the restaurant since one of the Ladies is immunocompromised, and this was done👍. We had a lovely visit. My friend always orders the Surfside Salad and was disappointed that it no longer Is served with grilled salmon, but Cajun shrimp. The lobster bisque is delicious, should stay on the menu, in lieu of the mushroom soup. I don’t know anyone who likes or orders this soup. Two out of 3 garlic toasts were properly toasted, the third was well undercooked. We love it there and the Service. I organize a movie group and we go often to this restaurant.

    I eat at Milestones regularly, and for the first time I was very disappointed. I ordered the lobster ravioli and for $36 I expected to have enough lobster to taste. There was barely more than a hint of lobster in the ravioli filling. It made me feel ripped off.

    Food service was good but service from the bar was almost non-existent. My dining companion ordered a glass of wine with her lunch, and she was nearly finished her meal before the wine arrived. We were told the bar was “backed up” but the wait was ridiculously long. It detracted from an otherwise great meal.

    Jake our waiter was a pleasure. Friendly and competent. Our food was delicious too. Holiday Menu item ordered was yummy. Milestones never disappoints!
