My dinner companion's roast beef was awful, in his words. He has never returned food at a restaurant. The server was amazing. she promptly had him choose another item for the menu and it came very quickly. We also had a free dessert. Thank you for the service but this time, the food was not very good. I have been to your restaurant often. First time disappointed. But Milestones rectified the situation adequately, thanks

Tried the filet mignon, it was delicious! When making reservation online, asked if possible for a booth off on its own. They seated us in the perfect, quiet spot. Highly recommend!

The food was very, very good. The bartender does not make a proper cosmopolitan. We asked the waitress to be sure the second round was made with cranberry but it came the same. It took forever to get drinks and food.

I ordered the following from the lunch menu. SANDWICH TRIO 21 grilled chicken breast, sweet balsamic, bacon, mozzarella, provolone, red onion, avocado, scallion aloll, schlacciata bread. Served with a California salad and a roasted mushroom soup (1065 Cals) I opted for more salad as I do not care for mushroom soup. I was advised that I could a bigger salad or another side such as French fries, mashed potatoes. We were all satisfied with our meal. Very tasty and at the right temperature. The only complaint about is that the schacciata bread was not big enough to cover the grilled chicken breast. It very messy and hard to bite into, had to cut same in half. Other than that, the service was excellent. We had the waitress take a photo of myself and my two friends and in one of the photos, I believe is the Manager asked if he could be part of same.

3 of 4 chicken meals were overcooked. Sauce on one pasta side was quite thin and runny. Appetizers and service were very. Wine is horrendously over priced. Been there several times and it seems there is always some sort of little issue. Not sure if we’d try it again.

Service was good - quite attentive and prompt. The food was only so-so unfortunately. Steak was overdone for two of us, and fries were dry. Veggies were a little bland but our appetizer (spinach dip) was quite tasty, if rather small. Fish tacos were good but the scampi pasta was a little bland. Prices were high-ish

While there was nothing overtly wrong with our experience, we've all noticed a drop in overall food quality over our last few visits to this location. We waited nearly an hour to get our food and when it came, it was obvious that it had been sitting for a while, as all of our meals were only lukewarm. And running out of mashed potatoes at 1:00? Really? Our server was competent enough, but not very engaged, and almost indifferent. We've certainly had better experiences in the past. Is this the new Milestones?

We weren’t going to ever return to this Milestones location after a very upsetting experience with the shift supervisor on Saturday, September 30th (she was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic when we made a legitimate complaint and she should not be working with the public- her conduct should have been reported) but we decided to give it another try last night. The server we had last night was lovely and the food was delicious as usual. A much better experience this time.

My Mediterranean chicken was burnt tasting and the “sauce” was not at all as it normally is. It was just goat cheese. Very disappointing. The other two dishes were so so. We sat with our appetizer plate on the table for the entire meal and sat with our dinner plates for a good 15 minutes before having them cleared. The service wasn’t great and then the waitresses lingered at the table waiting for her tip from the person who paid cash. I tipped 18%, only because 15 wasn’t an option on the machine. I have always loved Milestones and have always had consistently good food … but not at this location.

We normally really enjoy Milestones but this last meal was not so great. Our server, Shae, was excellent but our mains were not up to their usual standards. My wife had the Pesto Chicken Penne Asiago and I had the Steak Sandwich. We had to send my wife's pasta back because it was barely even warm. They reheated it in the pan but was still not hot. At this point, she decided to just keep it because my steak sandwich was getting cold. My sandwich was also pretty grisly and the meat was not cut well as it came out in 1 bite. We didn't feel like complaining as we were on a date night but we are certainly not in a rush to go back. Too bad since Milestones used to be one of our favourite places.

Everything was great good. Service was a bit slow took a while to get a drink re-fill but it was a busy Saturday. My entree was the salmon and half the salmon was raw so it was not consumed. The waitress didn’t come by until it was time to collect the plates so I couldn’t tell her until then. I told her and she said sorry.

Server was very nice but it took 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive and then one was cold and had to be remade. We were heading to a concert so were on a bit of a time crunch. Just had time to quickly eat just our main and the dash out. Put a bit of a damper on the evening. Food however was very tasty when we got it. Manager did come and talk to us to try and make it right.

We had a nice table and great food. Good desserts and tacos,however..a little pricey. The waitress forgot our appetizer and the food was barely warm. We asked for the fries to be redone and what happened to our appetizer and they quickly brought new fries which were hot. There was no apology for our forgotten appetizer or "cold' food...I think that free coffee and tea could have been the least they could have done to help make for us missing out on our appetizers.
