   Air conditioning was blasting high- issue with system and they couldn’t turn it down. Ordered steak and it was horribly overdone. Got a new steak and wasn’t much better. Food was terrible but server and manager were lovely.

   The hostess took long time to welcome us. There was a long lineup waiting for the hostess. The sound level was so loud we asked to be moved to the patio which was much quieter. Our server was excellent, especially since one of our guests had allergies. She was thorough to ensure there was no pepper in her meal. My surf and turf was excellent, Caesars were excellent. The seafood pasta was a dish my guests said they could have made at home. The server had the manager turn on the heaters for us which was so welcome.

   Portions are getting smaller while their cost climbs considerable. Milestones has removed all the nice perks they had a few years ago. Poor value for the money.

   The restaurant was very cold, & I asked for the air conditioning to be reduced but it wasn’t. We left early due to it being so cold 🥶.

    The meals presentation was very lackluster. I was charged $11.00 for three small shrimp with my salad. Just nothing special about the food or the atmosphere. I don’t think will be coming back.

    I will never return. The food was excellent which is a shame cause it was FREEZING in the restaurant and when asked if we could move somewhere warmer we were told there is no where warmer. There are places in the city with much better service and ambiance.

    Was disappointed with the food. We all ordered off the brunch menu. My sons eggs were undercooked. Our potatoes were undercooked. I didn’t get any maple syrup with my waffle as the menu stated. Server did not refill our water. I usually love Milestones but was very disappointed this time. Was too bad as it was Easter Sunday and we were looking forward to a nice meal. Would not go back for brunch

    We found the booths very uncomfortable. The tables are too high and very awkward for shorter people. Your arms are up so high to cut your food.

    Our server was great, visited tge table just the right amount. Drinks were refilled when needed and quickly. Food came quickly and was very good. Would definitely recommend.

    Always love going to Milestones. I ordered the flambe burger, which was actually flambeed at the table. It was delicious. I just wish that Milestones would bring back Girls Night Out. It was a favourite of mine and such a great deal

    I went for the first time for a date night and it was so nice. The food was amazing and our server was so nice and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long for our food at all. I also loved the ambience, the lighting was so atmospheric.

    Confusion about seating as requested a table as one of my guests has mobility concerns and is heavy....ended up in a booth. Not enough regular table seating for seniors - booths not always comfortable.

    We enjoyed our visit and the special Valentine’s menu. Our server, Jade, was lovely. She was very personable, efficient and helpful. We enjoyed our time with her. The food came fairly out at a good pace. We weren’t rushed and had just the right amount of time between courses. The presentation of the food was lovely and it was very tasty. My only criticism is that the sauces and the soup were too thick. It was like soup was made in advance (which am sure it was) but allowed to thicken as it sat. Prior to serving a little stock added would have been perfect, it didn’t need much just a bit. I felt the same just looking at the bearnaise on my husbands steak. My scampi dish was the same. It was delicious, very rich but much too thick, a little pasta water to thin it before tossing with the pasta would have been perfect. The pasta should not all stick together when lifted with my fork. The pasta itself was cooked perfectly and the shrimp and scallops were excellent. All in all it was an excellent evening and tonight I will once again enjoy the scampi but I will add a bit of white wine to thin it when it is heating on the stove.

    We arrived early for our reservation but were able to be seated in the lounge while we waited for our table. The bar tender in the lounge was very friendly and accommodating … the wine that he served us was excellent! When we were seated in the restaurant we received excellent service we opted for the 3 course “around town menu” the food was incredible… thank you Milestones for making our birthday dinner experience so enjoyable… we will be back 😀
