    We had dinner and a drink at Milestones before attending a show at the Grand Theatre. It was date night for my husband and I so we were hoping for a great evening. The food was ok but the wine selection and service was underwhelming. We booked through OpenTable but the restaurant was almost empty so in retrospect we should have taken our chances at The Keg as the ambiance, food, wine choices and service there is reliably good. We tipped well in spite of our disappointment but as we left the restaurant the hostesses were so busy looking at their phones and talking to each other neither one of them said good-bye, thank you, have a nice evening,.. nothing. That was the tipping point. We have another two shows to see at the Grand this Fall so won’t make this mistake again. Too bad because we have had positive experiences at other Milestones locations.

    Milestones provides nice sized portions and good service. The food is very good and the ambience is okay. Highly recommended for anyone going to the Leon Centre or just hanging out downtown.

    We enjoyed a delicious late lunch along with a superb red blend from Italy. We highly recommend Milestones Grill when you’re in downtown Kingston.

    Service was great. Jordan was there to introduce himself and provided some great information about the meau/specials at the start. He then came to check on us. It was just the right amount of service that we felt important but didn't feel rushed. He did a great job and he was very friendly. Well done!

    Alessia was a friendly and fantastic server attentive to our needs. She was efficient and considerate to ask if anyone in our party had any allergies. The food was amazing as always and was impressed with how quickly every thing came out. One of our favourite places so we will be back !

    Great food, great ambiance. Made reservations with Open Table...super easy. A huge shout out to Olyvia (our server). Very friendly, kind and makes great recommendations with drinks. Beer and Gin...who would have thought? Delicious!!!

    Made reservation online which was simple and easy! Was taken to our table quickly when we arrived. There was an event in town that night and we didn’t get our food until atleast an hour later. We weren’t upset but I’m hoping there is some way they can move things quicker in the future when they are expecting it to be busier. Our waiter was fabulous- Justin and the manager and chef all apologized for our wait. Pre-schooler got a free ice cream sandwich!

    We had reservations on a Saturday night. Made them only a few days before. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. The wait for our dinner was alittle longer. But absolutely delicious when we got it. It's not posted on their website, forgot to take a picture but they do have a children's menu with quite a few options as well.

    We were a party of 4 who were celebrating a graduation. We sat on the patio which we found to be quite quiet, despite being on a main road. The service was friendly and well-paced between drinks, app's and main. They offered free desserts for our graduates which was a lovely surprise at the end of our meal. Loved the vegan stuffed mushroom cap. Only dish we weren't a fan of was the calamari. Not very well battered and pieces were very large. That aside all other food was fabulous!

    Despite reservation and rather empty premises table not ready when we arrived. Ordered appetizers and then main courses. No sooner had appetizers arrived so did main course. Need to get act together

    My meal and daughters meal, very good. Wife’s meal the Gael park fries were very cold, however, they graciously gave her a free piece of carrot cake to compensate. Oh their good, so very good. Overall enjoyable meal and we’ll be back

    Our server was fantastic, very friendly. I have a cheese allergy so she made sure that the kitchen knew about it . It was very much appreciated! She made conversation with us which was also great! Food was 10/10 for all of our meals! Can’t wait to come back!!

    This has been way too many times that we have gone there and short staffed! We had a business lunch and didn’t eat for over an hour. Unacceptable and won’t be back. Very disappointing again!
