Unfortunately our experience was less than perfect. We had a great server Chelsea and that was the best part of the evening. I ordered salmon and it was so dried out I couldn’t eat it. My friend had a burger and it was burnt to charcoal and my second friend order portobello mushroom chicken which was cold and thrown on the plate not like its usual presentation. They compt our food but that is not what we go out for. We go out to enjoy good food with friends. Thank goodness for friends and a great server. Please do better this is not what Milestones’s used to be.

We had a reservation for 5:45pm, our table was ready and available. Our table of 4 ordered within about 15 minutes of being there but our meals did not show up until 7:15pm. When we asked where our dinners were (we had to leave at 7:30 to make a show we had tickets for) it was explained that there was a table of 20 that got there at 6:00pm that had priority. When our meals showed up, one pasta meal was cold with rubbery chicken, the curry bowl had spent a while under a heat lamp and was all dried and disgusting, the steak dish was over done and the gentleman who ordered the sushi ate about 25% of it and pushed it back. Nobody finished their plate, this meal ruined it for us and Milestones.

Front desk messed up our reservation and had to wait long and then they were in rush. Very Poor Service. Food was OK

Food was top notch. Server, Morgan, was extremely helpful re our diet restrictions. She was very friendly and made for a great experience.

The food is consistently great and the ambiance always delivers a beautiful mood. We had a nice server. This Kingston location is very conveniently located at the bottom of Princess Street close to all the major hotels.

We’ve loved Milestones for so long, but unfortunately the Kingston location is quickly going down hill. All of the aspects from the food quality, to service to washroom cleanliness. I hope it can pull it socks up and recover because it used to be a great place.
