We were very disappointed and finally had to leave after 30 minutes of waiting to order. When we expressed our concern the manager, he was not even apologetic. The server was and you could see she was overwhelmed. I would choose another spot obviously they are having issues at this location.

Too many tables were sat for the amount of staff they had working. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks (group of 4). We ordered our meals before getting our drinks and ended up having to leave without eating as we had tickets to a concert. 1 hour 25 mins and all we had received was drinks. The manager blamed the kitchen staff instead of her own inability to manage. We won’t go back.

Went there before a show at the Leon’s centre. We had a 5:45pm reservation and did not have a server come to our table until 6:15pm. We ordered drinks and food at that time and did not get served until after 7:00pm. They need to know that hen there are shows on and staff accordingly or limit capacity so that people who booked ahead can get served.

We had a birthday reservation. From welcoming to leaving, they took great care of us. The staff were very mindful and accommodating of our allergies which we truly appreciated. Overall, they did everything they could to make our experience a memorable one. We’re definitely coming back again!

The Cheese and artichoke dip is amazing. My wife had the seafood with Spaghetti which was very tasty. I had the rib/ chicken combo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The ribs were well cooked and fell off the bone. Service was prompt and friendly and the ambience was just right. We have been to this restaurant several times and will return.

The place is beautiful and our server couldn’t have been nicer, but waiting almost an hour for luke warm food when the restaurant was not busy is not acceptable. We were offered complimentary dessert as compensation for the wait, which was delicious and a very nice gesture, but I’d be afraid to return and have the same thing happen.

We had a great date night! I haven't been since last summer and it was lovely. We loved the upgraded menu, great options. We were not rushed out and the waitress offered a dessert on the house for my boyfriends birthday! Thank you!

Ordered spinach dip appetizer and never came was issue with there dip that night, instead gave us complimentary Caesar salad which was good. Ordered steak my wife and I hers was to be well done and mine medium well. Hers came undercooked and mine was medium rare. They took her steak back and cooked it more, was fine when got back but was done my meal by time we got it. No charge for her meal. Also took over 15 mins to get my drink refilled. Waitress only check on us twice until we had some complaints. Food was good once all was settled. And got free desert for all the issues. It was my fist time there my wife’s second said her first experience was great so I would be willing to try again. Just not impressed with first time, and they were even that busy.

We went down with friends, it was so busy and it took 40 minutes to get our food, which was expected. We didn't mind, I had the Sweet Chili Chicken and Rice and my wife had the Portobello Chicken. Our friends had the burgers, we all loved our meals, also because our meals took so long, Lou or server gave us free dessert, which we didn't ask for. That was really nice, the Cheese Cake was awesome!! We talked in the car how nice the meals were and how we would definitely go back.

Very weird staff. Came twice on my own (the second after reserving on open table) and then suddenly one of the staff came and told me that I should get more sociable and have more friends and come back when I am in a better mood. It was told in a very friendly and non-offensive manner but still weird.

We both had been wanted to try out this place for a while and finally were able to make it happen. I pre booked online for my reservation for 5:30 and got seated right away to a nice quite booth. We did get served quickly and our food arrived quickly as well. It was nice and quiet and a good atmosphere. The only think I gues that might be a negative is that it was my partners birthday which I did check off when I made my resevation online and I was not asked about that the whole time that we were dining so i'm not sure why there was an option to mark certain special event on the online bookings? Other than that we both enjoyed the food the service and we both thought that the pricing was on par with the food and service. We will definatley be back again.

Unfortunately, Milestones Kingston did not reach our expectations. The food was poor, the service was extremely slow and there was very little management interaction when the food had to be returned. The last meal was given after everyone else had finished their dinners and their plates were picked up.

We went for brunch on Easter Saturday. The brunch menu was lovely and we all enjoyed our meals. My granddaughter had a really nice fruit bowl that she enjoyed a lot. The only thing was when my daughter asked if the Andoullie sausage was spicy, the waitress told her no. My daughter ordered it for her two year old daughter who loves sausage, but it was spicy, almost even too spicy for my daughter, much less a toddler. Also, I love how you have V and VG choices labelled, but there is an Egg Benedict dish that was vegetarian but not labelled V. If you are going to do V and VG, you should be doing it for all the V and VG meals. We were very pleased with our visit and the meals we chose were delicious.

Menu somewhat unclear about which items are Milestones specialties and what sides accompany the main dishes. Questions to our waitress cleared up our uncertainties. We appreciated, at our request, being moved to the round table near back of the restaurant as we find forward too noisy for conversation. Suggest that Milestones introduce ''Table de hôte' to the menu i.e. starter, main and dessert for a fixed price at an overall lower price. Perhaps a choice of three (not necessarily at same price e.g. Vegetarian, Meat and Fish/seafood main.) these could be changed weekly to adjust to produce/seasonal a availability). Fine restaurants usually offer such 'Table de hôte'.

We enjoyed our evening very much , this seems to be our go to place for quite a few of our special occasions. This particular night we were celebrating our son's birthday and our 8 yr Anniv. We have so far always had great servers and delicious food.

We were celebrating a birthday. Guests came from out of town. Dinner was very good. Grandson had the ribs and shrimp 👍🏻👍🏻. Two wagu burgers and two pasta dishes. Everyone was satisfied. Have to say the OMG carrot cake was out of this world.we will definitely be back.
