Very disappointed: the lobster bisque was lukewarm, steak knives were not available for prime rib, the carrots and green beans were undercooked. Service was reasonable but could not make up for the lack of food quality.

Our lunch was delicious. I had never tried a portabello mushroom. Service was friendly and attentive and we were allowed to stay as long as we liked after we paid. Overall a fantastic experience!

Good and quiet atmosphere with excellent and friendly service. Washroom doors needed repair as well as the wall where our booth is being attached to. Food was fresh but wasn't very flavorful. I ordered a tuna sushi bowl. I don't think they used sushi rice. The dressing was lacking taste and was not enough.

Great dinner last night at Milestone’s Markham. Food was outstanding and delicious. Our server Cat was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. We’ll definitely be back!

Our first impression was being rudely greeted at the front. We said hello to the host who blankly looked at us and didn’t say a word. Followed by the most terrible service. Waited over half hour for our bill before we went to seek it out. No offer of coffee or dessert. Overall lack of attention (and this was a business meeting with a guest we were hosting, very embarrassing). Unfortunate, as the food was delicious.

There's dairy in the coconut milk, and gluten in the quinoa. It's pretty embarrassing to have two of my family members not be able to access 90% of the menu, when that includes abominated food items. Half the world uses coconut milk without cow's milk. And why would you pre-mix jasmine rice into quinoa? Gettin' that everything's-from-a-bag feeling.

What really stood out for me was the excellent service. Our waitress was amazing at giving us lots of time to chat and choose and then had to hurry everything through for us so that we could make our movie!! She was really outstanding! I wish I could remember her name - she is a keeper.

Food was pretty good - calamari good and cauliflower appetizers excellent, main dishes were ok (steak sandwich, ahi tuna bowl and tequila steak). Mocktail menu is uninspired. Well made martini. Desserts were basic/standard fare and good. Server was great. Women's bathroom needed attention (not a particularly busy time) - one stall didn't lock properly, 2 of the 4 stalls were filthy, countertops for the sinks were flooded...

The gentleman maître d’ at the entrance door, was beyond amazing! Found us a place to sit outside when it was very busy, very accommodating. Will definitely be back.!

Service was slow, with a long wait for food. The waitress was very good- apologized and got us a free dessert. Outdoor patio is nice. Food was very good, white chocolate cheesecake was great!

I had California salad. I had a grilled chicken. It was very good. The only problem was it didn’t come with avocados that was supposed to be on it and I wasn’t offered any substitution for it or compensation for it.

We went for our anniversary. Nice location. Noone was at the front desk so had to wait for a bit. Upon seating sever was okay. Checked in us for apps but not mains. Didn't ask if we wanted refills we had to request it. Second mojito did not taste anything like the first was more like club soda and mint. We had dessert. Server didn't ask us if we wanted a refill if coffee or tea just gave us the bill and that was it. Would if liked another coffee or tea but took that as a sign we had stayed too long. Total of an hour in to our booking by the time we had dessert. Might be back if we need to eat before a movie or something, as it's conveniently close.

Food was hit and miss, surf and turf steak was overcooked and beans were raw, Thai curry seafood was spot on as was the salmon dish, but the kids salmon lacked any flavour. The mushroom soup was good as was the cookie dessert. Service was a little slow as we were tucked away from the rest of the diners.

We ordered two cocktails, two apps, two mains, and a bottle of wine. The mains came 10-15 min after our apps came out … we were only halfway done our apps and are not slow eaters. The server then said it was our fault for ordering everything together, and next time we should order the apps first, and the mains later. She took no accountability for the fact that this was a timing mistake and so we ate our mains cold. We come here often after work, unfortunately not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to many other customers, we dine out every week and never run into this issue. This is the second time it happens here, except this time, the server was not pleasant about it.

We made a reservation for 8:30 on open table and we were sat but when the waitresses came over, they informed us that they had already done last call. They told us that because we had been sat, they could maybe quickly punch in a drink and food order but they made it sound like it would inconvenience everyone if we did order. It seemed like we were being encouraged to leave so we pretty much left after just getting sat down. I'm not upset with the servers as I'm sure they were tired after a long day and wanted to go home but I don't understand why management would make that reservation time available if they wouldn't want to serve us. They also turned away a family behind us who had also made a reservation for the same time as us. Not a great experience and I don't think I'll be coming back.

We had a great dinner before our movie. Only issue was my Irish coffee which didn’t have whip cream and was very strong. Not made like I typically get. But our server was so helpful and ended up refunding the coffee. So sweet of her. She was great. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. We will be back. Just no Irish coffee. Lol. Thanks. 😄
