My family and friends always like milestone in Park Royal. Last night we were a large group of 18 and the server could handle it very well with patience and nicely. Good food and good service. We definitely recommend it. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi there I’ve been going to Miles for years and I ordered the cute the lime Keylime pie and years ago it used to have fresh whip cream and I was very disappointed and didn’t eat it because it the cream on top is not fresh whip cream, but fake whipped cream

The food was great. I had the braised lamb shank and a bellini. My friend had ribs with Ceasar salad and a coke. We also had key lime pie and white chocolate cheesecake. The service was great also.

Kitchen grease small was an off putter last night. Unacceptable for a restaurant charging decent prices. I have been complaining about this for a month. I'll go there one more time and if I find the dining room smelly again, I will quit going there and tell my social networks about such terrible and disrespectful experience.

We sat outside and found the service to be friendly and efficient. Our server was excellent especially as we were a group of 6 older women who are wanting to talk and catchup. The food was tasty and well presented.

Food was tasty and our server was great! The server offered a great recommendation slightly off menu which was very appreciated. There was a really nice selection of choices including “shareables” on the menu which I find is lacking at so many other restaurants nowadays.

Excellent food. I got California salad and spinach artichoke dip. Service was also excellent. Live music at the perfect volume so we would still have a conversation. Family friendly, we brought our baby in a stroller.

The food was good, not spectacular. For the price worth it. The only thing that I didn't like was the auto gratuity 20% fee for a table over 8 persons. I think is too much and i didn't understand why was for exactly. I mean, if I knew from the beginning I would book 2 tables for 4 persons (when we reserve online won't know about these charge bit only the day we have the reservation will foind out because tehy will call yoi to confirm and will tell you avoit this fee. But still, to late to cancel and to book somewhere else). What is the difference if you serve or prepare food for 8 people that are sitting at 2 tables or for 8 people that are sitting at the same table?

The service from our server was very polite and friendly. I would say she was excellent. The food was mediocre, not great, and quite expensive. There was little atmosphere as there were not many diners. Overall it was ok, but I won't rush back. Milestones were once my favorite restaurant, but unfortunately not anymore.

Booked a large, multigenerational dinner here because thought it would be a safe bet for young kids and my elderly parents. Wrong. The service was slow and confused. It took over an hour to get our mains, at which point young children were melting down. When we finally got served, the food was borderline inedible. As my 7-year old said, "my burger tasted like cold, fried meat, but I ate it anyway, because I was so hungry". The manager failed to express remorse or remedy the situation. It will be remembered amongst my extended family as one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Avoid at all costs!
