    We used to love Milestones. We haven’t been back since before Covid. Our server was slow and inattentive. Food was average other than my very soggy California Spring Salad which also had rotting lettuce in it. I would say it was just ok.

    We really enjoyed our experience at Milestones Pinecrest. The menu has a wide variety of great choices, a mix of new items and favourites from earlier visits, and our selections were all delicious. Our server was top notch, from helping us choose from the menu, to making sure our food arrived promptly, and checking often to make sure we had everything we needed. He was very helpful and courteous, and unfailingly patient. (He also has a great sense of humour!) We really enjoyed our visit. The only downside for us was probably the noise level, which made conversation a bit challenging as the restaurant filled up. (One person's "energetic", the top rating for noise level in the questionnaire, is another's "too loud", and for us that was often the case on this visit.)

    Great service from our server(Abel?). Was nice to be able to chat with the person I was having my meal without having to scream due to music being too loud like some other places. Something I appreciated.

    The table lighting for a booth of 6 people was not sufficient to read the menu. I’m a long time customer of Milestones and the service was slightly off and food though not cold could have been warmer. I will continue to visit as in the past Milestones is consistently very good.

    If you love Meatloaf, you must savor the dish offered here. I've had it a few times already, but last night was the best ever. What I really like about Milestones is that you can always count on the quality of the great tasting meals and fantastic service. It's my go-to restaurant!!!

    Food was very good, server was very pleasant and helpful and service was fairly fast, always a bit noisy there but can't be helped given design of restaurant. Overall, we were quite happy with the restaurant.

    Milestone’s was a good as ever. Very consistent service and food. Great place to stop in for a Saturday night dinner. Easy to reserve a table. The Wednesday night date night looks great.

    Lots of variety on the menu. Service is slow. Took me about 30 min to get a glass of wine and at most other restaurants, they are very quick to bring alcoholic drinks.

    Disappointed. We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. I thought they would acknowledge it in some way as I mentioned it on my reservation but there was nothing. Also the service was not very good. No one came to ask how our meal was, no one came to see if my husband wanted more coffee until near the end of our meal, and we had to wait quite awhile for our bill. On the positive side, the food was good.

    Yesterday at Milestones Pinecrest my guests and I experienced the level of professionalism and customer care that was common pre-COVID, and almost disappeared afterwards. I know waitresses/waiters have many legitimate horror stories (patrons too), but in a world where everybody expects a 18% tip for barely showing up, it was nice to find a waitress who was attentive, and didn't act as if she were too good to be there. Great birthday dinner.

    I met my friend for lunch on a Saturday - it was fairly busy but we were greeted promptly. The waiter was friendly and did not rush us. The food was delicious and nicely presented. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon!

    The food is always great. You know what to expect and you're never disappointed. Last evening I had the Lamb Shanks which were a real treat. Even though some restaurants have raised their prices quite substantially, I find that Milestones has kept very affordable prices. It definitely is my favorite restaurant, my "go-to " when I want a good meal, whether brunch, lunch or diner.

    Our server ,Maggie was very sweet and helpful. My friend has a serious Gluten intolerance issue and Maggie was well informed on what to recommend. She was friendly but professional and took just the right amount of time to make us feel welcome . The food was very good. We had the Trio and all 3 items were exceptional.

    As per usual, my recent experience at Milestones is favourable. We chose off of the Wednesday night date menu and the shared appetizer/meal (2)/shared dessert and hot beverage did not disappoint and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

    Our server was Lucas and he was fantastic. He explained items on the menu and answered any questions we had. He was very attentive to our needs and his service was outstanding. The food was delicious and well presented. All in all a wonderful lunch with my girlfriend!
