Milestones is one of our favorite restaurants. Food is always good, service is always great. Tonight, we were served by Mikayla. Attentive but not overly. She made sure we had everything we needed. The sweet chili chicken bowl was perfect and surprisingly a bit spicy. Very nice. Thanks for making it a great evening out.

It was awful experience. I called in advance when they book a table and mention my son has very hard allergy for ANY, seafood and nuts. Then when we arrived, we confirmed that with waitress. we particular asked is a steak may contain any seafood or nuts and the answer was it is not contain any of those. After a first small bite, my son had very strong allergy spent half an hour in washroom and we went without Finishing eating. Zero attention to customers warnings. They cook fish on the same grill as steak without telling you.

My meal was good. My wife's wasn't. Prices have sky rocketed but that is the case everywhere. Service was good at the beginning but was a bit spotty later on Overall I would recommend it if you've never been there and are looking for a new place to try. Then you can decide if it meets your expectations.

First time in a long time going here for a dine-in since it opened up again for in person dining after Covid. I remember coming here for my birthday many years ago, the patio experience was amazing. This time it was for an anniversary. Everyone, from greeters to servers to management were amazing. Professional and friendly service as well as GREAT food... Some of the best... They have amazing cooks/chefs and we've been to outstanding restaurants which are very highly rated so we have high standards. The drinks were Amazing too. Everything here is 10/10. Options for EVERYONE and no skimping on anything and GREAT portions. Very nice seating as well. Thank you for making our night special.

Met with a friend so we could exchange stories of our separate great European trips in September. We were 3 hours and had perfect attention when needed, and left us to gab the rest of the time. We had to ask for the bill, in other words, no one rushed us out! It was great.

The food was quite good. It was a bit expensive considering what was ordered but it was in keeping with all the restaurants that have raised their prices significantly. The service was excellent.

Veggie burger crumbled when picked up. Fries should have been on a separate plate or at least an extra plate should have been supplied so customer could have moved them. Mustard was asked for, never delivered. Very disappointing indeed!

Our experience at Milestones on High Tech Road last Thursday afternoon was exceptional. I don't know the name of our server but she was exceptional. She anticipated and attended to our every need. Here's an example: I mentioned in passing of observing my friend's birthday. It wasn't a deliberate inclusion but in reference to something associated with the occasion. To our delight, our server emerged from the kitchen with a dessert featuring a sparkler. These special touches make diners feel like they matter - which is exactly what ours did.

We found the appetizers quite good albeit they obviously come frozen in a bag. The calamari is more like strips not rings which is odd but they were decent. The “crispy “ shrimp are not that crispy but quite tasty. Neither were particularly hot in temp and we found the amount served is quite small given the price. I had the mushroom chicken which was quite tasty but again not that warm and somewhat pricey for the one chicken breast and the simple spaghetti. They did sub out the pesto for regular tomato sauce. Pasta not over cooked so that’s pretty good. One son had the fish tacos which he liked. Fries were again not that hot and frozen bag quality . Another son had the chicken bowl which had a generous amount of chicken but mostly rice . If they made the apps bigger or less expensive I’d go back but likely not for the calamari pieces just the shrimp. Decent food but a bit pricey. Decent service and nice bar area. Good but not great.

We were a party of 2 couples. The food was exceptional.....California salad followed by the 7oz steak dinner....for 3 of us, and the 4th person had a hamburg dinner. Our waiter was Harris and he was outstanding.....helpful with explaining our orders, polite, engaging, and most accommodating. We informed him upon arrival that we were attending the R. Hill Theatre afterwards and asked for his assistance in completing our dinner and final billing by 7:15pm. His attention to this request was perfect. We were 3 friends who haven’t been together in months and wanted a nice evening to chat, drink and eat a good meal. We were lucky that the restaurant wasn’t too busy and we stayed over 3 hours. Our server, Olga was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. She heard that we were celebrating a birthday and presented us with a dessert and sparkler at the end of the meal. Food was great, the Bellinis were delicious and the atmosphere was calming and relaxing.

We had a reservation at 5:30, and showed up at 5pm. We were seated early as the restaurant was very quiet. 20 minutes went by and we still did not have a waiter. My wife went up to the hostess and informed her. The hostess stated that the waiter probably did not know he had an additional table to serve, but apologized. The manager (forgot his name)came and took our order. We ordered the chicken bites, 2x steak sandwiches (1 salad, and 1 Sweet potato fries). both of the orders came with salads, so i told the manager this was a mistake. He apologized and brought our the fries. The manager was the only pleasant thing about our experience, as he gave us a discount because the fries came late. It was upsetting as we come to this location all the time, and have never had an issue. It was shocking since the dinning room was quiet, maybe only 5 other tables had people seated. We even noticed a couple that showed up after us, received their entire order before we even got our water (that's how long we had waited before being served).

Had a lovely dinner with my mom. We enjoyed the spring mix salad with grilled shrimp. It was exactly what we wanted and very tasty. I just felt that 4 grilled shrimp for $11.00 was overpriced.

Horrible service last night. Waited an hour for food. Came out Luke warm. Manager came over said he would take care of us. Never saw him again. Free desert doesn’t add up to the extremely slow and bad service and cold food.

Went for lunch. It was quiet, and the restaurant was about half full. Very good food for excellent value. Service was very attentive without being annoying. This was a business lunch, so not only did we eat well, we also got all of our work accomplished.

Have been to this location before; patio is well planned out tables well spaced. Because of the overhead canopy, voices do echo, so noise level a bit high for conversation, but acceptable. Meals were good and servings plentiful. Two of us brought our leftovers as takeout; good for another meal. Service was somewhat slow at first. Once our orders were taken it did pick up. I would recommend this Milestones location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich for myself. The chicken tasted like rubber. I was then offered an alternative - chicken Thai bites and those were much better. My friend ordered the breakfast and was very dissatisfied - cold eggs and not so delicious. Good service just not so tasty food. I would like to mention I have been to this establishment in past and ordered various items and was happy with the taste and experience. This time poor food resulted in poor experience.

Disappointed to be told no Heineken Zero or any other Zero alcohol beer available. Supplier did not deliver any. If I was manager there is a Beer Store in the same plaza. I would have gone there and bought some to have on hand until the usual supplier could deliver. It is on the menu so there should not be a time when it is not available. When I made the reservation special occasions were shown and I selected Birthday since it was my wife’s Birthday. Nothing happened as a result. Why set up expectations when nothing is going to happen?
