Had a lovely dinner with my mom. We enjoyed the spring mix salad with grilled shrimp. It was exactly what we wanted and very tasty. I just felt that 4 grilled shrimp for $11.00 was overpriced.

Horrible service last night. Waited an hour for food. Came out Luke warm. Manager came over said he would take care of us. Never saw him again. Free desert doesn’t add up to the extremely slow and bad service and cold food.

Went for lunch. It was quiet, and the restaurant was about half full. Very good food for excellent value. Service was very attentive without being annoying. This was a business lunch, so not only did we eat well, we also got all of our work accomplished.

Have been to this location before; patio is well planned out tables well spaced. Because of the overhead canopy, voices do echo, so noise level a bit high for conversation, but acceptable. Meals were good and servings plentiful. Two of us brought our leftovers as takeout; good for another meal. Service was somewhat slow at first. Once our orders were taken it did pick up. I would recommend this Milestones location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich for myself. The chicken tasted like rubber. I was then offered an alternative - chicken Thai bites and those were much better. My friend ordered the breakfast and was very dissatisfied - cold eggs and not so delicious. Good service just not so tasty food. I would like to mention I have been to this establishment in past and ordered various items and was happy with the taste and experience. This time poor food resulted in poor experience.

Disappointed to be told no Heineken Zero or any other Zero alcohol beer available. Supplier did not deliver any. If I was manager there is a Beer Store in the same plaza. I would have gone there and bought some to have on hand until the usual supplier could deliver. It is on the menu so there should not be a time when it is not available. When I made the reservation special occasions were shown and I selected Birthday since it was my wife’s Birthday. Nothing happened as a result. Why set up expectations when nothing is going to happen?

Food was amazing! Had the sweet chili chicken bowl. Had lots of flavour but yes spicy! Enjoyed it very much. My friend had the steak sandwich which she said was amazing too.

I love Milestones because of their salads. Last night was no exception. The air conditioning was really cold. My friend asked them to adjust it. But we had sweaters so we were fine.

Food service was extremely slow. Pastas were served approximately 10 minutes before steak sandwich and burger. Additional cheese for pasta took approximately 12 minutes and by then pasta was either consumed by one in or party or cold. Soup was served too cold when supposed to be hot. I could go on but I’m sure you have the picture.

Ronny was a kind and tried to meet our needs. Our food tasted great. I recommend Sunday brunch after church at Milestones. Try the ultimate breakfast. The French toast is soft.

Usually good service and food. This time, not so good. My 2 companions were served on time and enjoyed their meals. The servers forgot about me. About an hour later they apologized and eventually prepared and served me. As always the food when I eventually received it was good. Service and attentiveness couldn't have been worse.

Food was pretty good (burger, crispy chicken sandwich and Cali-salads). Waiter was nice but ignored us. Frustrating. Overall took over 2 hours to get bill with no desert. Had to chase him down for bill. No idea why. Other waiters seemed more attentive.

It was a shame because our food was good. I loved my fish tacos. The server was lovely and kept checking in with us and giving us information but they had a few big tables and it tied the kitchen up so that we did not receive our food for an hour and a half after arriving at 6:30. Perhaps they should have told us this when we arrived. At least now that I think of it they should have compensated us in some way.

What a difference a week makes. We decided to give this restaurant another try after the disastrous experience we had with a server on our last visit. We absolutely loved Lauren who took excellent care of us. She truly made our lunch meeting next level. The food was excellent as well. Thank you Lauren for being so great!!
