   We had a very inattentive server. My glass of water had a piece of paper in it. She rarely came to the table, even after our meals were done and we wanted to pay. My meal was not done well. I had this meal at other Milestone locations many time and at this location it didn’t taste right. It was bland and didn’t have the sauces in it that it was supposed to. Then when we got the bill, the Happy Hour appetizer that we had ordered was higher on the bill than on the menu we ordered from. The server argued for us to have to pay the higher price. We asked to speak to the manager who conceded their menus had not been updated yet and we of course only had to pay the menu price. The manager gave us a couple of appetizer coupons after and a discount off our bill for compensation. Not sure I’d go again.

   I think the burger was way over cooked. It is written on the menu Wagyu beef, but honestly, I’ve had better supermarket burgers than this. It was hard beef. Wasn’t impressed with my order at all.

   Milestone Dundas/young Waitress very good. Carrot cake amazing. Other meals with friends also looked amazing. Meatloaf gravy too strong. Will go again and will recommend.

   We went for a late lunch so there was no one in the restaurant when we got there but as we left close to 5 it was filling up. Service was fantastic and the food delish!!!! The Wagu meatloaf was outstanding, and the chicken pesto was what my husband enjoyed immensely. Next time I am in Toronto that will be my first stop!

   This restaurant is permanently closed a so I couldn't even enjoy my reservation. Why would it accept my reservation when in fact it's closed? My partner and I wanted to have a nice date night and we traveled out there just to be disappointed. Please update your website, I wouldn't want this happening to others.

   I booked this table for 3 as a celebration and traveled from quite far away to get there only to find the restaurant CLOSED! I looked it up on Googla and it clearly stated it was open even as I was standing outside of the closed restaurant. This area is a huge tourist attraction and it was a long weekend. This is the downfall of relying on an app for reservations these days. The app will still take reservations because the computer thinks the restaurant is open. Our plans were ruined and it was too late to dine elsewhere as you need a reservation for anywhere. We went home extremely disappointed. Please update thr Google page with the proper business hours. Didn't understand how a place like this could be closed on a Sunday of a long weekend in a prime tourist destination in the first place. I spent so much money and time just to get there...

   Our server was very nice however the service was dreadfully slow and inefficient. It probably took at least twenty minutes to get our drinks, and another twenty to get the bill. When it came time to pay our bill, their systems/machines were down. We offered to pay cash and then still had to wait for change even though I had mentioned a number of times that we were in a hurry. He was carrying the change around while trying to help another table. We would have ordered more drinks, appetizers, and even desserts but quite frankly we did not have any more time to wait around. It was well over two hours for dinner, and the place was not busy at all. We asked for a table that was not near any other people (we are in high risk groups for COVID) and then they sat another table right next to us even though the place was not busy at all. The female washroom was a big mess and had not been checked in the time we were there. Food was delicious and hot but not worth the wait or the hassle unfortunately.

    It was great to have dinner at Milestones. We took advantage of the Happy Hour deal which was great value. The restaurant was well spaced out and quiet, which is perfect when catching up with a friend.

    The server helped and was nice. The food was good (a steak claiming 8oz). Not too many people were on the schedule chosen (on purpose -to avoid crowds) so it was clean, the place did NOT stink like a kitchen and the overall experience was good and so would go there again.

    The food was lukewarm upon arrival. The server, while nice and polite, Interrupted far too often and was slightly overbearing. After telling my wife that the beer taps were not working properly, she was pressuring my wife to order a beer. And it would be nice to either or have a sign informing patrons that Milestones no longer participates in the Scene program or have the servers advise patrons once seated.

    Happy Hour Menu items are very well priced. We enjoyed perfectly cooked and tender Calamari, Sweet chili chicken had some cucumber and some crunchy toppings which felt like a treat, and Baja Fish Tacos were very tasty and the breading made it wonderfully crunchy. The best drink that paired well with all that food was the Bellini! It was a wonderful venue to celebrate a friend's birthday!

    The restaurant was closed when we showed up with our reservation ... we drove 45 minutes to the restaurant to find out it wasn’t even open. I got 3 reminders for my reservation as well as a follow up on how my meal was. Meanwhile the place was open. We paid for parking. What a waste of time. Completely ridiculous.

    This restaurant was NOT open. We booked the patio through open table and when we got there it wasn't even open. It said it had been booked multiple times so I am sure tons of people went and were equally frusterated to find out it was closed. Please do not have closed restaurants available to book on your platform. Seems like a no brainer...
