Milestones Grill + Bar - Tsawwassen

Definitely impressed with the happy hour menu selection. I ordered the Thai chili chicken bites and the portion was a lot more than I expected! My server was pleasant and efficient. The food tasted great. And all Covid policies are put into practice. I felt very safe and comfortable dining here.

Our table was ready when we arrived, we had a friendly server and the meal was excellent. We came for the seafood pasta and were not disappointed.

The staff and meal were excellent. I found this location to be noisy and less formal than other locations. Much more casual atmosphere with small children running around and yelling at 8pm.

Went on New Years Eve, had a reservation for 6:30pm but ended up finishing in the mall at 5:30. Asked if we could come early and as the restaurant was still quiet they were very accomodating in allowing us in 1 hour early.
Food was very good, had the wonton nacho's - yummy! Mains and dessert was also good. Our server was on point and we the appies, meals and dessert flowed perfectly. Will definately return to this location. (Tsawwassen Mills)

Service was amazing. Normally not a fan of the food but this time everything was really impressive.

Overall, a very nice experience. Our server, Whitney, was exceptional.

I visited a few months ago and was highly disappointed. The manager reached out to me and sent me a gift card. I returned this last weekend and had a completely opposite experience this time. My waitress was the bartender. She was taking care of the entire dining area plus the bar and managed to efficiently attend to all of the guests while being very polite and friendly. My drinks were tasty. My appetizer was delicious. My main meal was cooked to perfection. Definitely glad I gave this location another chance.

We got to the restaurant for an early seating at 10:15 am on Saturday morning and were the first ones there at opening. Our server was Levi and he was outstanding. Talk about someone who made you feel like nothing else mattered but your satisfaction with the experience.

Even when he had to leave us as he was re-assigned to the bar, he still came by and checked on us. We had the Belgian waffles with strawberries and cream and the traditional breakfast - mimosas and coffees....DELISH!!!

I highly recommend this location at Tsawwassen Mills - you can't go wrong.

All good but music is a bit loud and noisy when you are trying to have a visit/conversation.

The music is quite loud, and quite noisy. But we can just hear the noise but can't the song.
There is no bread to serve for the starter. Not like The Keg, because we did not order the starter. And we need to wait for half an hour to have the dish. Even the kid meals, my son is little bit starving. The food is good and tasty. Overall, three stars

We had an overall good experience. Our waitress was a little non observant. She saw we had spilled wine but had to be promoted to get us more napkins. Forgot to bring our take away boxes, etc but she was friendly enough. Just not very attentive. The food was good as usual and the place was nice and quiet.

Absolutely delicious! I haven't been to Milestones in probably years and was blown away by the meal. Worth the amount of the bill.

Very enjoyable evening. The staff were pleasant. We were seated right away at the table we prefer. Our server arrived quickly and returned with our drinks promptly. Our appetizer was excellent as were our meals. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Amazing dinner at Milestone's on Saturday. Staff was attentive and friendly. Covid rules were in place and we felt very comfortable being there during this covid times!

Horrible service, overbaked burnt dessert, bland main meal not as described, and not a positive experience.

My friend and I came to celebrate his Birthday. Our server was very helpful with helping us find a table that would fit his power chair. He enjoyed his Calamari, it was very fresh and nicely cooked. I had an appetizer that was very tasty as well. My friend felt special with his Birthday dessert.
We both highly recommend this location of Milestones.

Overall we enjoyed our meal. Service was good. I ordered the salmon which unfortunately was overcooked and dry. Will not order again. My husbands steak was perfect. We will be back again. Have not been to a Milestones in decades. At that time everything had cilantro in it or on it. Not a favourite flavour.

Always great service at this location. The food has always been excellent.

Everything was fine, but the music was annoyingly loud. When we arrived, there was only one other table in use on the patio. The patrons at that table were also grey-haired. Eventually, quite a few more people came, but I would say that the average age was likely 50. I saw a lady approaching a table near us, but she looked up to see where the amplifier was and went looking for a quieter table.
Older people like to visit when they come to a restaurant. They do not like to have to raise their voices with their companions in order to be heard. (We have excellent hearing, but do not appreciate the distraction to good conversation.)

Even if the music itself is good, volume really interferes with conversation. It should not start out so loud that a patron has to ask for it to be turned down. Our waitress did comply and was quite nice about it and it made a difference.

There used to be a theory of restaurant management -- keep the music so high that people will get tired of it, eat quickly, leave and the table will be free to make money sooner. On the other hand, customer loyalty is not achievable if they leave in annoyance.

Of course, I would recommend this restaurant to a friend, but if I go back myself I will certainly find out in advance whether any part of the restaurant has a quiet corner where patrons can be assured that background music doesn't dominate the experience.

Covid Protocols are in place which made it easier for us to enjoy our lunch. The fish tacos were fabulous. I didn't want my fish battered and our server went the extra step and asked and I was able to have just grilled fish. We sat on the outside patio which was beautiful and the tables were physically distanced. I would recommend eating here.

We found Milestones to be very good overall, and their safety protocol regarding COVID-19 was satisfactory as well, although I think patrons should be wearing masks unless in their seats.

Best Caesar salad I ever had. The bacon in the salad was the best! I’m actually craving it right now!
