   We always enjoy the food at Mill St. The burgers, tacos and the falafel bowl excellent-not to mention the beer! It has a lovely patio, too. The servers are kind and efficient. A solid choice in the distillery district and TO in general!

   We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. French fries looked like leftovers fries all small and burnt. The wings and the chicken tenders were old. The outdoor patio was not prepared for the season, was dusty, the floors and the tables. We were sat at the table without utensils and when I asked from the male server who brought the food, he angrily growled: “give me a minute”. That was extremely unprofessional and our female waitress noticed and had to apologize for him. This was not experience I was looking forward to on my birthday. Won’t be coming backs sorry.

   The seating lady was very reluctant to accommodate a simple request re seating. The delay in service was longer than e or for the busyness at that time. The server always in a hurry. Two drinks ordered never came. Whoever served the plates was shouting loud- no smile or attentive talk.

   Had a table for 6 booked here to watch game 6 Leafs/Lightning. Great place to watch a game with friends. Food was good and the beers were even better. Side note: We were told upon arrival that we needed to specify our desire to be in view of TVs. A bit weird, as we DID specify a high table reservation (usually these are in the bar/tv area), but they were able to get us what we asked for anyways.

    Service was great and very fast. I had the tofu red curry which was very tasty. I was a bit disappointed the tofu didn't seem to be cooked. It still tasted fine, but it would have been better with crispy tofu.

    This place is pretty straight up. Nice staff. Pretty good beer, but not high craft. It gets the job done, but don’t go here expecting an elevated beer experience. Go here for a really good lager or amber ale and some decent nachos. You dig?

    Had a work team lunch. Unique atmosphere and location are both pluses. Wide range of food caters to everyone, and service was good. Would like to go back in the evening when it would be busier than at lunch.

    calamari was undercooked, as if it was cooked from frozen. falafel were not restaurant quality. cauliflower was undercooked. Burgers were great tasting and our server was fantastic. we have previously enjoyed the pub and its fare. we were quite disappointed and will not return.

    We had a great experience! We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed a delicious hamburger, salad and lager. Staff was super friendly and we didn't feel rushed. Can't beat the Distillery setting and will definitely go back.

    Overall, it was a great experience (service, ambiance, quality). my only criticism was that my fiance's fries came a bit luke warm; not as hot as mine. She had the fish & chips. I will definitely go back as it was still an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this to all my friends/family.

    First time here-my wife had the burger and I had the breakfast. Her fries were watery looking and soggy. My home fries and bacon were barely warmed up. My sausages and eggs were hot but there was a hair on my eggs. Service was good but they should have seen the disgusting looking fries so that’s why I rated service low. I’ve tried all the Distillery district restaurants but wouldn’t come to this place again.

    This is a big space so you can get a table on a Saturday night. Service was fast and friendly. Menu has fairly diverse offerings for everyone to find something. The salmon poke bowl I ordered was delicious. So was my mango sorbet!

    Great location to eat dinner before the theatre - excellent location and honest pub food, choices for all. I ate a good Poke bowl and my husband and daughter both had savoury burgers. Our server was attentive as well. We will go back for sure next time we go see a play, there is an underground public parking near.

    Had a wonderful time with friends here before going to a show at soulpepper. Terry our server was amazing. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals to arrive. Chicken and mushroom pie was perfect, love the flaky pastry on top, with a fresh garden salad. Also try the daily beer on draught. We enjoyed it so much we went next door and purchase a few different small batch brews. Moises behind the bar was very knowledgeable and fun

    Kind of an industrial vibe in the new section.Even though I booked the old pub section we were moved because of a “special event”??…..Service was very good for both food and beverages.The Lunch food was very good for all in our party of seven,pizza,fish and chips plus a sandwhich.We sampled the draft Tank house Ale and it had a nice full body and good flavour through out.I would without hesitation recommend this spot for lunch as a single,couple or group of friends when you are in the Distillery District .

    Our server, Riley was amazing! Continually followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was tasty and everything come out at the same time for a large group. Great restaurant. Definitely will return there.

    Overall we had a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back, and recommending to others. However, I never understand why going through to the effort to make a reservation lands you a spot in a dead spot of the restaurant, across from a service station and a bathroom.

    We arrived for our reservation- and were immediately seated in a back hall area behind a big pillar - felt like a basement. Waitress was good. But on a Saturday night - no pretzels. Only one type of white wine. Menu online wasn’t the same as in the restaurant. I had made mention I was taking a friend there for her birthday. Why do you ask on the app if the restaurant doesn’t care? And then afterward I was notified that I had not shown up for my reservation- via Open Table. Lots wrong here. Won’t be back to Mill St anytime soon.

    Very slow and sloppy service. We waited over 10 minutes for a server to come over after we were seated. Food overpriced, weirdly dark dining room. Brought the bills to us while we were still eating our meals (?!?!)

    After talking to two staff members (being seated by a hostess and our waitress let us know she would be bringing us menus) a different waiter brought us menus and rudely told us to check in with staff before "seating ourselves" which we had not done. He did not apologize for his assumption and just walked away. The restaurant was out of a few menu items we were hoping to order, and staff were quite slow throughout our visit. Unfortunate experience as we've eaten here before with 0 problems.

    Loved our server Jordan. She was awesome in every way. Wish the menu was a little more diverse with more choices. My rice dish was “meh”. Expensive. It was quiet and we were it rushed, meeting family there from Cape Breton we wanted time to visit. Overall a good time

    Great ambiance, ok service and mediocre food. For a casual meal at $50/person you can do much better. Beer was excellent as always. Hopefully the food gets better. It used to be quite good.
