Chef Daniel Cancino curates a set menu for parties of 5 or more. The cost per person is $95 per person before tax and 20% auto gratuity. We also have a beverage pairing for $50 per person available. Great rendition of classic cuisines with a sophisticated, elevated level of flavours while still achieving the comfort feeling of humble dishes. Great attentive staff and service was on point.

Why this place doesn’t have a Michelin star, I don’t understand. The food was not only innovative, it was sublimely delicious. Service was super friendly, and our server was really knowledgeable and informative. Not inexpensive but worth every dollar in flavour, friendliness and ambiance. Every single dish was on point. Go with friends and orde the whole menu (every dish is shareable). And go on a weekend when the neighbourhood leaves for up north.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Mineral. I have Celiac disease and they easily accommodated my dietary restrictions. The cocktails were creative and delicious. We opted for the tasting menu and were not disappointed. Every dish was flavourful and exciting. We were truly impressed!

Excellent service. Very interesting menu and every dish was well-executed. Comfortable and stylish space. A bit pricey but I think thats understandable considering how much fresh seafood and hard-to-get ingredients are included. My new favourite restaurant for when I want to impress someone or a special occasion.

We did the 12-course Chef's Counter experience and it was fantastic. Every single bite was heaven. Our favorites were the salmon and toyomansi (like a carpaccio) served like a savory ice cream cone, the scallop inari pockets and the lobster chive dumpling. The ube leche flan was a stunning display and every bite was like pure happiness in my mouth. But honestly there wasn't one dish we didn't like. Everything was superb. The drinks were also delicious and beautiful, and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back - the Chef's Counter was a special occasion and treat, but we'd love to come back and order off the menu in the dining room.
