Spectacular service and food. From the reservation booking to the genuine goodbyes form the staff as we were leaving it was a first class experience. Food was creative and fresh. Made with great pride.

We had the tasting menu. It was the best tasting menu we have had. The food was delicious, the food came out at a good pace, we didn’t feel rushed. The service all around was great.

Such a beautiful evening - the food was beyond amazing, staff incredibly sweet, and the space warm and inviting. I tried the tasting menu and have never had anything like it - it was exquisite. Each dish had beautiful textures, tasted amazing (honestly, it hard to describe given how many flavours there were throughout) and was visually gorgeous. Bruce and Greg were such lovely hosts. I'd recommend going in an instant!

Mineral never disappoints. I always have the best time here. The food is INCREDIBLE gorgeous presentation delicious flavors. Expertly balanced and satisfying. The drinks are also OUT OF THIS WORLD. Inventive and magical. Don’t miss out!

The tasting menu was outstanding. If you’re in the mood for some elevated Philippine fare you can’t go wrong with Mineral. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service everything you could ask for.

What an amazing gem! It was our first time here and it’s now my favourite restaurant ! Every course was delicious and beautifully presented and the wine pairings were perfect. Service was exceptional and ambiance was relaxing - it felt like we were having a personal tasting at our own home with view of a pretty bar and active kitchen. We’ve never had Filipino food but everything was yummy !

SO delicious- the staff is amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable and personable. Really like the size of the restaurant, it is a great experience overall. We did the tasting menu and WOW every dish was amazing. So many amazing flavours, presentations and unique dishes. The cocktails were FABULOUS. It was our first time here, and we know we will be back!

I love Mineral I love the food, I love the cocktails, I had a mango and rum concoction yummeeee ,I love the servers ,I love the atmsosphere . we usually sit at the bar but this nite we got a table that was super cosy we could talk and hear each other, we had an amuse bouche to start with truffle in it, we hate truffle oil but this was not an oil ,and was not horrible,was soooo delicious and a niice surprise Cauliflower, coconut and truffle amuse-bouche we then had Oysters (6pc)asian pear mignonette, house hot sauce which melted in our mouths , next up Crispy Broccolini, coconut crème fraîche, sichuan pepper oil, toasted sesame, toyomansi then i love this dish crispy and delicious super toasty and crisp not greasy joining the crispy broccolini was Scallop Inari Pockets 2 cute little pockets like in a pillow pocket of sweet tofu fabulousness equisite taste i cant properly explain just mindblowingkombu garlic rice, red stripe shrimp, wasabi roe, kohlrabi slaw, scallop bottarga following this was the super tasty med rare steak Filet Mignon Caldareta Rioja jus, olive, manchego cheese, crispy sunchoke I died and went to heaven but came back to life when greeted with a most excellent desert of Miso Bibingka coconut + pandan sorbet, rum dulce de leche I will come back here again and again and definetly dance with the Chef!!!! Mineral has quickly risen to my list of top restaurants in Toronto. The service is impeccable, and given the quality of the food, it’s surprisingly affordable. Presentation is A+ Give these guys a Michelin star already.

Amazing service backed up by incredible food. We went for an all-seafood dinner and absolutely loved it. The food was fresh and the flavours were next level. The butterflied lobster tail was ridiculous.

We arrived later than our reservation because of traffic. But we were still accommodated. Service was quick, there was no dull moment. We ordered the tasting menu with suggested cocktails and drinks. All of the food served was superb, beyond expectations. Some are infused with Filipino ingredients, others are typical Filipino in name only, but elevated to another level. Superb experience. Thank you to the chefs, sommelier, and wait team. We had a wonderful night.

If you don’t know where to go for dinner - just go here. Everything is fantastic, the flavours and textures are so unique. Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is calm and approachable. This is my second home.

We had the tasting menu for two and we loved every course. The portions were just right and the timing of courses was just right. We love this restaurant, have been many times and are already looking forward to our next meal there. The service is professional, friendly and perfectly timed. Highly recommend.

We’ve been here a few times before for drinks and light snacking but tried the tasting menu last night and we were blown away! From their amuse-bouche and opening plates right to their mains and desserts they featured some of the freshest and elegant seafood I’ve had in the city. They take some delicious Filipino flavours and elevate it right up there: bright, balanced and rich - they’ve got it all. Cocktails were incredible too - we tried all of the Mineral specials and they do not disappoint! Definitely wanted to flag for everyone too (which I didn’t know before): when booking via OpenTable, they automatically place parties of 2 at the bar… but that does not mean that’s where you’ll end up! Just give them a call and they’ll set you up with a table if there’s availability :) Had an absolutely amazing time celebrating my partner’s birthday here.

I don't even know where to start. Even from booking the chefs table experience I was already greeted with kindness. The food, the ambience, the service, the whole experience was just top tier. Everyone was friendly, from the chefs to servers. One of the rare occasions where I liked everything single item that came out. Mineral really made the evening memorable and special.

My favourite restaurant in Toronto. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. This evening was a special visit from an old friend from out of town. Chef Daniel is always en point tonight was no exception. Me and my friends left very happy we will definitely be back.
