Food was so amazing it was just dissapointing that the service was lacking. Soon as we saw that the waiter didnt write down orders.. instead he tried to memorize everything and as we thought it caused him to mess up. Put the hard eggs on my friends food and the soft eggs on mine causing us to have to switch it ourselves since every server was walking past without helping us. Never came to check in until we paid .

I like Mira Mira. I do have a bit of a problem with their inflexibility. You can’t add or do any substitutes even if you’re willing to pay for it.

Great ambiance and service. Eggs benedict was amazing with 2 types of bacon. Spritz made perfectly. Only complaint is the number of yellow jackets flying around. They had catchers in the trees but they needed to be emptied and refilled. Otherwise a great brunch.

Having recently moved to the neighbourhood this was our first time at Mira Mira! We started dinner with the broccolini and pickled chillies. The broccolini was simply prepared but perfectly seasoned with garlic, a slight char and lemon zest. To follow we had the lamb ragu and mushroom cream sauce pasta. Both pastas were cooked well - rich in flavour and the pasta was the perfect texture. For dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding. The actual cake was delicious - a crispy caramel crust enveloped a tender interior. However, I found the dessert overly sweet. This was primarily driven by the lack of balance between the ice cream and the cake. The service was disappointing. We were often left without water and the spacing between courses was quite long. Even getting the bill and paying were challenges. I am not sure if I would come again - maybe the pastas might lure me one more time.

Came here based on a recommendation and I can now pass that recommendation on. Mira Mira Diner takes the concept of the familiar comfort food at executes with excellence. Our table shared the devil eggs (tender and flavourful), burrata and buttermilk fried oyster mushrooms. The mushrooms were a hit. Well prepared and not oily at all. For the mains our party had a wide variety from steak, seafood, pasta. All orders were prepared perfectly and everything came out together, No one was left waiting. The desert offerings had a nice blend of tart, sweet and classic flavours to meet everyone needs. The Key Lime Trifle was excellent.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed. From making our reservation on Open Table to the table service during our meal, we did not find fault. We were seated courteously and Paige, our server saw to it that we were well attended to. Our meals were thoroughly enjoyed and of sufficient quantity. We would return.

Been coming here for years and recommmend it all the time. That said, what happened last night is baffling. We had a group of 6 celebrating a birthday dinner. A kid with us is allergic to cheese, something we told the hostess upon walking in and the waiter when we sat down. He asked for a burger without the cheese and was told it cannot be accommodated. We paid for our drinks and left. Then Mira Mira cancelled our OpenTable points despite having spent 20-30 mins there enjoying our drinks and having spent $65. The waiter was lovely and put in a difficult spot. To the owner(s): please don’t forget that you exist to serve the community you’re in. Choosing to be this inflexible is both bad for business and the culture you are setting. Read your reviews and look at the empty tables starting to creep up every time we’re there. Bring back the love and care for your patrons and it will be mutual. We all want to support you but this kind of treatment makes it incredibly difficult.

I have been to Mira Mira a number of times but this was my first time for brunch. This review is specific to brunch only. 3 adults and 1 baby. I requested a high chair via OpenTable and the table was already set up upon arrival which was nice. Unfortunately, you cannot bring strollers into the restaurant even if folded up (they do take up a lot of space). The hostess let us know she could keep it on the back patio which is covered (it was raining). Husband and I shared blueberry pancakes and deviled eggs. Our friend had the smoked salmon benny and took half to go as the portions were large! Orange chai creamsicle and mimosas were all delicious to drink. Servers were lovely and attentive. Would definitely come back for brunch!

This place was a pleasant surprise for us! A friend recommended and we are happy we checked it out. We were sat inside since the patio was full for brunch. There were two other groups and with the music, this made for a louder than normal setting, despite the music and groups not being overly loud; acoustics maybe aren’t the best. However, the friendliness of the wait staff made up for this, we got served but two servers and a manager, all very nice and helpful. We ordered the maple bacon French toast and the country breakfast. The country breakfast was a standard breakfast, tasted good, but the French toast was by far the star of the show- it blew our minds! Plus we were given free breakfast potatoes with a delicious homemade ketchup, so that was a major plus! Overall, really good experience if you’re willing to pay a bit more for an interesting brunch.

The food was very good. Nicely prepared and presented. Think classy diner with a sophisticated twist. The service was just “ok”. Drinks took a long time to arrive and, worst of all, sat a good 10-15 minutes with dirty plates sitting in front of us. We were finished our meal and it was ages before someone came to clear and ask about desert. It didn’t ruin the night by a long shot, but it’s stuff like that that turns a great experience - professional and well executed - to just an ok experience - a little sloppy and not as good. Overall, I’d recommend and will go again.

Mira Mira was delicious. We had lunch there and the patio was busy but not full. The food was incredible and came quickly. We each had different amazing cocktails. The servers were lovely and the owner checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was good. Couldn’t ask for better food or service.

The food was delicious, a bit high in price for what it was, but good quality. The server was not attentive at all and took 5 minutes to return to get a drink order. We ended up asking the expediter instead who was quick and prompt in getting our orders and assisting us. The service soured our experience even though the food was good. Maybe just order things for pick up so you don't have to deal with the staff?
