Mirela's used to be one of our favourite restaurants. Unfortunately, recently the menu has significantly downsized to only a handful of options (3 pasta choices for an Italian restaurant?) and the prices have increased excessively. Don't get too thirsty if you're eating at Mirela's - you'll have to pay for your water. I'm not kidding - they charge $5 per bottle of still water. While the food was admittedly good, its quality does not justify its price. PS: the sides are not included, so you'll have to pay an extra $18 if you'd like a SIDE of macaroni & cheese, or $16 for a loaded baked potato. There was also a loud country band playing live music. While live music is usually a welcome surprise, my wife & I couldn't hear a word the other was saying. We had to go elsewhere to get dessert because of this. The musicians were talented, but in my opinion the choice of band did not fit the setting. Positives: The food was good, the service was great & the restaurant is gorgeously renovated. Without the loud music, Mirela's usually provides a great ambiance. Overall, Mirela's has good food and the restaurant is beautiful, but has a disappointingly small menu & the value just isn't there.

My husband and I eat at many restaurants. And we enjoy trying new places. What makes it fun is when we have friends and family who want to eat out, they call us now for recommendations. Mirelas is a little pricey but the staff is friendly and the food is incredible. I have never had a bad meal.

From the appetizer to the dessert absolute perfection! The crab cake is a must, best I have ever had. The Rib Steak was delicious and the baked potato was so good that we fought over the last bite. Being of Italian origin I am not usually impressed with pasta in any resto but the Lobster Pappardelle was TO DIE FOR, a party of flavors for the mouth. Always an excellent dinner, can't wait to go back :)

Waiter was not welcoming at all this time, stern looking, no smile at all. As if doing us a favor to serve us! Not sure because we are of colored skin that’s why his approach is different. Never had such an awkward experience with a waiter like this at Mirela’s in the past. Despite waiter’s attitude we tipped very well because we liked the foods. At the end he proposed if we would like to have coffee and we said yes but he completely forgot, and when asked after 15 min he denied that we asked for the coffee! Omg!

Greatest restaurant with excellent service. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We were there for our daughter’s birthday and she enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Mirela’s.

Had reservations for 7 and 6 showed however we had a booth and they were going to add a chair to the end so good thing they we only had 6 since there would be no room. Service was not very good. Besides the fact it was slow service, our server kept forgetting some of your cocktails and they did not put the correct salads in our sport so some of us were eating the other peoples food. One of the guys made a complaint with the waiter that they should be more careful when putting down the food as he could have spilled the sauce and the waiter said it wasn’t him and they just fired that guy. We actually now felt bad. I presume the man who brought the food was not fired but WHY would our server tell us that. It ruined the entire evening and we I left after dinner and didn’t even stay to play as I usually do. Overall not a good experience and will not go back for a while. Very disappointing since we always have a good time there.

Not a warm welcome, Receptionist made us wait although we had this reservation, she mentioned there’s a long wait, after asking how long was the wait, with nobody else at the reception, I mentioned again our reservations, she then seemed to realize that we were not walk-ins, we then realized that we were neglected. The rest was positive , The service with Sarah was great and very professional. Food was very good as well. Nice ambience.
