Came for Wednesday jazz night and had cocktails and dessert. Cocktails were delicious and approachable, and the chocolate cake was a great texture with fresh cut strawberries on top that were delicious! The jazz gave the space a nice ambience and there were quite a few people there. I would definitely go back!

When you are dining with company the music would be better if it was in the background not so loud that you have to shout at your company so that they can hear you. I Would recommend Mister M. to a friend providing this changed

Marketing & hype for Mister M. far exceeded actual experience. Service was unprofessional. Server was unfamiliar with the menu & when asked for a recommendation for a wine pairing, nothing was discussed or offered, only the most expensive glass was brought to the table. Steak was incredibly over priced for such a poor quality of meat - very very tough & tasteless. We had original plans of having dessert after our mains but opted not to in the end to prevent spending additional money on poor quality food & experience. Disappointed as this place has potential.

Delicious food, however really poor service. We were not greeted at our table for about 10-15 minutes after we sat down, and it took over half an hour for us to receive our drink order. Additionally, our server was not attentive to providing side plates or dips that we requested, and the service was very slow in cleaning up dirty plates from our table. Great food but a lot of people walking around doing nothing it seemed. Would recommend the sweet potato spaghetti!

The food lacked taste, spices, cheesecake store bought. Drinks/happy is good value would go back for that. Main dishes need more attention, lacked taste or taste was overpowering. Cheesecake was terrible and tasted old and store bought.

Service was rather poor. Seated outside on the patio originally but requested to be sat inside shortly after arriving. We had to keep requesting another drink rather than being asked, had food missing from our order, and had 3 servers bring us wrong food orders. It wasn’t all that busy, but being seated by the door with a ton of empty tables inside the restaurant left us feeling undervalued. Great drinks, but otherwise the food and service wasn’t all the remarkable.

We wanted so badly to like Mister M. So much so that after our paltry first try, we came again. Sadly, it remains subpar and inferior. It relies heavily on its decor, ambience and “schtick” (DJ nights, dancers, live music), but pays poor attention to its quality of food. We tried the salmon, ribeye, fries, burrata, cheeseburger, fettuccine, strip loin and tres leches and all fell way below our expectations. Everything lacked in flavour and were mostly boring. Presentation was lacklustre and quality was uninspired. This place is ok if you’re looking for boring food but like splashiness in your surroundings.

The food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the wagyu beef. My first experience at this restaurant wasn’t great but their service has greatly improved since then. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting, and overall the experience was fine. The food was decent—nothing to rave about, but the portions are good for the price. There was live music the night we visited, and while the singer was very good, it was too loud. The live music would be better at a later hour than right through dinner. I also could have done without the last-minute sell of dessert being brought around in a very bright case and table-side cocktails. I get why it’s done, but even the staff seemed a little uncomfortable doing it and our group felt awkward declining.

The vibe was good, but the servers did not know how to wait when the other party was still eating. So you feel rushed finishing your first course because the mains are already served beside you. Rigattoni was dry, the salmon was not served with a green pea risotto, as noted on the menu; they served me a commercialized mashed potato without informing me about this change. Overall i’ll still give 2 stars for presentation and jazz vibe.

We had a great experience at Mister M. The food was delicious and flavourful. The service was really great. A drink spilled at our table (not the restaurant’s fault) and they immediately offered to comp and replace it. We sat on the patio so didn’t get the full inside vibe, but enjoyed the music outside. We’ll definitely be back!

We went for a birthday celebration and the restaurant remembered the event, was very enthusiastic and went out of their way to make the experience better. Food and service was great and the price range is reasonable as well. Really enjoyed the time there.

Pros: -Drinks were good, we’ll made. Appreciated the quality and options. - Carpaccio was good - Jazz band was great Cons: - Service was slow and inexperienced despite not being busy - Broccolini dish came out cold twice, eventually gave up. - Had to wave someone down for steak knives after sirloin was delivered - Had to wave someone down for spoon when creamy potatoes were delivered - When broccolini was brought to server attention no apologies, just skepticism - Had to ask 3 separate times them get manager attention to have extremely wobbly table fixed Overall - for prices being charged, service and food quality was lacking. Would come back here for cocktails before or after somewhere else.
