   One of the most disappointing meals we’ve ever had. Every course was either bland and tasteless or outright bad. I didn’t think it was possible to make soup, spring rolls, dumplings and a stir fry taste bade, but they did it.

   Service was excellent. A little pricey based on portion size but the experience balances it out. Think one should forego noodles in the bowl since rice is provided.

    We had food allergies in our party instead of cooking on the community table .. they freshly cleaned a grill in the back and cooked it there. Nice touch!

    Our family has been a fan of Mongolian Village for years. It’s a great place to come if your children like to choose their own meals and if people have individual dietary restrictions as the restaurant is very accommodating. There are many protein, veggie, sauce and noodle options to choose from to make your own bowl. My only complaint is that the food does take time to grill and we were a family of 12, the grill started to cook our meals once all 12 bowls were made but the grill could only cook 8 meals at a time so 4 people had to wait longer for their meals. We expect to wait as a large group, perhaps the grill could have started a few meals ahead of time and the children’s meals could have come first for example. Again, only a small complaint/suggestion. Will be coming again for our next birthday celebration.

    Went On saint-valentine’s; place was packed with a shy distanciation. Overall, it took 2:15 to be served for soup and a plate. They forgot us at the beginning after being sit, we have to ask for having a server coming to us. Plates were good portion but no special taste nor distinctive for 20-25$ plate.

    Enjoyed our dining experience very much. 1st time for my partner and she was delighted with both the level of service and the care that staff took to ensure gloves were available and that all COVID requirements were met. Would highly recommend Mongolian Village for anyone looking for something a little different in a dining experience.

    I was interested in the vegan offerings, which the extensive menu claims. My spouse's noodle plate with chicken, had more carrots than meat, and was bland. The tofu in my sizzle plate was bland. I had to request a plate. The fajita wraps were small and not enough to accompany the vegetables. Entire meal was disappointing. Will not return.

    The food was mediocre quality and the stir-fry was way too much food. The combination of getting a pot of rice with a stir-fry that comes with a large portion of noodles made no sense. It’s too much food for one person.

    Both my friend and I had ordered from the lunch menu. She had the Curry Chicken which was quite dry and there was not enough sauce. I tried some of her dish. There was not much flavour to the dish, either. The rice was dry and hard at the outer edge. She was quite disappointed. I had the chicken and shrimp dish. This dish also lacked flavour and the chicken was dry. The TV screen facing the window was on but showing a very boring A&E trial. Unfortunately, I don’t think either of us will be back. This restaurant has such potential but failed to deliver on taste.

    The service we received was terrible. We were waiting for a third person to arrive and were still taking off our coats when our server (Kareem) rushed over to start asking us questions. When the other person arrived, he rushed over to ask us what kind of soup we wanted. He didn't ask about drinks. We had to flag him down for water. He told us to go ahead and get our food before he brought the soup. He did not clear the soup bowls off the table once done. He did not bring the rice or cutlery until after we had our food, which was cold by then. He brought us our bill the minute we were finished dessert. Had I not been there before, I would not return.

    We had the privilege of stopping by Mongolian village in bells corners for a company team meal and wow! I can't believe we haven't been sooner. It had so much variety and could accommodate what anyone was looking for. The flavors were tasty, the ingredients were fresh, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the spring rolls were amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to bring your team, have a business lunch or enjoy with your family, we"ll absolutely be back!

    Restaurant was great for the occasion. Waitress did not come back to offer more water or even a second drink or a different drink until deserts and asked re coffee. No wheat free soysauce which was disappointing (only a splash in bottle no additional) A few mix ups on bills (party of 10). The restaurant was accomodating as some how the reservation from open table did not reach the restaurant. We even received reminders regarding our reservation. Strange. Would definitely recommend restaurant but call for reservation not sure if I would use open table again.
