Our restaurants are founded upon a passion for craft and we are dedicated to mastering the craft of food, drink, and merrymaking…with Aloha! Our menu features fresh island fish, hand tossed pizzas from our kiawe wood burning oven, and homemade pies made from scratch.

Thirty-six craft beers served at twenty-nine degrees are on tap, representing the coldest beer and best selection of microbrews on the island. Beware of extra fees! It is possible they post a sign or have a note in the menu, but no one told me before ordering, and I was caught completely by surprise to have a 4% kitchen service fee. I just looked at the online menu again and I don't see anything about additional fees. I had heard about this trend on the local news about resteraunts slipping in fees, but this is the first place I have been to that has done it. It is not much money, but there prices are already very high for what you get and it sours the experience when the menu prices are not accurate and you get surprised by the bill. I am local resident and will not be coming back, but most of the patrons here are visitors so maybe they are not worried about repeat business.

This was our 33rd Anniversary. We noted such in our reservation. They seated us at the back of the restaurant between a post and the kitchen back door. Probably the worst table in the place. They were not crowded and had at least a dozen empty tables. The fish and chips was good. The Margherita pizza was terrible. The sauce was almost non existent. Looked like it had been brushed on with a paint brush. Very little cheese. The pizza had no flavor. The server was attentive and very good.

Our server was fantastic! The food was excellent. Highly recommend the Mai tais, bartenders special (passion fruit juice mix with gin, lime and some other ingredients) and mango smoothie (nonalcoholic but would be great with some rum too - we don’t see it on the menu, wasn’t the mango magic but that sounds fabulous). Fantastic experience. We were there for Happy Hour and the specials are great.

We live opposite side of the island ( Kalama Valley) Sandy Beach. Had friends visiting and staying at The Four Seasons Hotel. We suggested Monkeypod since it was close to their Hotel. It's been few years since we made the drive this way, BUT.....Sure glad we did. Jus as Beautiful as Always and the food was so" ONO". Mahalo to the Entire Staff for a Great afternoon🤙

We went for Thanksgiving. Service was a bit slow and we had to ask about the specials when ordering as the server didn’t advise us. There was no menu insert about a Thanksgiving special,which was what I wanted for dinner. Food was delicious but only got a small spoonful of stuffing. We started with the garlic truffle oil fries that came with catsup and a delicious feta dipping sauce. Loved it! Drinks were excellent.

It’s hard to beat the beautiful setting of this restaurant! Thanksgiving meal was fine, food was served in a very timely manner. Overall service was a little slower than usual, but they were pretty crowded. We especially appreciated that their regular menu was also available, for our picky kiddos. We will definitely be back!

Great food and atmosphere. We went for a special occasion (Thanksgiving in Hawaii) and had a very memorable meal. We had drinks, apps (pizza and salad), 3 entrees and 2 desserts. The kale salad was great and we liked the pork/pineapple pizza. The turkey dinner was super good. I ordered the burger (got full on apps) and it was super tasty.

We dined here for Thanksgiving dinner and appreciated the quiet and cozy ambiance provided as opposed to some restaurants that value the bottom line more than patron comfort. The service was excellent - Kawika was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the offerings. The dinner itself was well-prepared. The only thing we didn’t care for was the cranberry pineapple chutney. The overall portion size was perfect - not too much, not too little. I would have appreciated being offered white or dark meat vs the automatic combo, the ability to remove items I don’t eat (stuffing) in exchange for additional portion of something I do, and more equivalent portions of the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Flavors were excellent overall. My daughter appreciated being able to order from the regular menu also. Will definitely return.

We had the Thanksgiving turkey lunch and it was wonderful. The turkey was perfectly seasoned and cooked (not dry!) and all the fixin’s were excellent complements. It was a Perfect time for when you want to take a break from thanksgiving and just enjoy food, company, and the day. I regret I didn’t get our server’s name but she was phenomenal and genuine. The live music was also very nice and relaxing. Overall a great experience. We’re thinking of coming for their Christmas dinner too!

Great food. However, I asked in advance for a table that wasn't near the kitchen or in a back corner. They gave us a table in the upstairs back corner.

My family celebrated my daughter and my birthdays at Monkeypod Kitchen and had a wonderful dinner and evening! Our server, Ashton, was gracious and attentive all evening, even comping our dessert strawberry pie (which was amazing!). The appetizers--poke tacos and potstickers were delicious! Everyone loved their entrees: gnocchi, mahi, and fish and lobster pasta! Thank you, Monkeypod Kitchen for helping make our birthdays memorable!

The service was excellent ! I visit Monkey Pod a few times a year. Always good although some times their menu changes. It was a huge disappointment their corn chowder was no longer on the menu.

The menu is very limited and expensive. The location offers a captive audience for high prices, and they can get away with it as other dining options are limited. .

ハッピーアワーでお得に楽しめた。クラフトビールを堪能しました。ピザとタコスポキが美味しい。西日の日差しが強かったが、日除けの扇を持ってきてくれて心づかいが嬉しかったです。

Great live music, although the volume could have been slightly lower. Had the Saimin and unfortunately it was so salty I was unable to eat it, even after my server brought a second “less salty” one. This ended up being removed from the bill. Had garlic chicken wings and the Parmesan truffle fries which were both fantastic.

Everything was just perfect. We had a table on the patio and really enjoyed listening to the singers. Our food was all very delicious. And the Mai Tai’s are the best we have had. Our server made our evening very enjoyable.
