Very cool ambiance and food

Amazing food and great ambiance. Perfect for a date or any occasion. We had oysters, scallops, risotto and mussels. All perfectly cooked and presented, with a great Riesling wine. I would totally recommend this restaurant.

Overall experience was very good. Food was excellent. We had the bison tataki that is addictive and oysters that were exceptionally fresh. I had the lamb loin that was done to perfection and husband had Fluke filet that was very nice. One waitress handling everything and deserves an award. Service was great. Manager could have jumped in to help, but basically did nothing. Despite this she exceeded expectations. I will return.

I was very disappointed with both the service and the food on Saturday night. This was not my first time visiting this restaurant and it was a favorite, however, after Saturday, I will not be going back. The waiter lacked personality and experience. Getting any information on the wine or the dishes, ingredients, preparation and geographic origins was like pulling teeth. The presentation of the food was unappealing. It looked as though things had been thrown onto the plate; simply a hot mess! The duck was well prepared but lacked flavour. The lamb had a weird spice which ruined the taste of the dish and the risotto was bland. The cheese burger (a favorite) was removed from the menu but the menu on their site and on OpenTable has not been updated. Overall, the experience was not a pleasant one. There are too many good restaurants in Montreal to settle for mediocre food.

Server could have offered dessert menu but did not. Could have offered cream or milk with coffee but did not. Food was good though. Interesting flavour and texture

Nice restaurant close to our hotel. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone who enjoys bistro style dining.

We visited during a recent stay in Montreal. It is away from the touristy area, but was an easy walk. It seemed to be frequented by many locals. I had the lamb loin, my wife had the duck, and my son had the salmon. All dishes were prepared flawlessly and tasted great! The prices were very reasonable, representing a great value for the quality provided. Service was very good. We would go again on our next visit for sure!

C'est un restaurant qui fait bien ce qu'il propose . Le menu n'est pas étendu mais c'est bien comme cela pour des aliments ultra frais . Les huitres étaient fraiches et exquises . le service très courtois et à l'écoute de nos requêtes .

Fantastic meal. Friendly attentive service. Sweet place.

Place was great - able to get a table for four quickly and everyone had the best meal of the weekend there! They offer a diverse spread of food options that will please a variety of dietary needs and restrictions. Each person ordered something quite different and the quality was consistent throughout the table - something I wasn't expecting!

Only issues were low on the water, a little loud, and the space is small so it fills up quickly. If you don't like tight spaces, it may not be the place for you (currently).

The food was delicious artfully presented. Wine by-the-glass selections were excellent, with muscadet complementing the oysters perfectly and a nice chianti classico that went perfectly with the duck. Friendly, appropriately attentive,m professional service.

We have visited Montreal (from the US) twice and eaten here both times. The food is amazing. The presentation is also a work of art...almost too good looking to eat. We wouldn't hesitate to eat here again and on every visit to Montreal.

One of my favourite places to dine. The food is consistently terrific, but it’s the mature serving staff that really sets them apart from others. Just the right balance of friendliness and attentiveness, combined with making sure everything is exactly as you expect. Every time.

They were Wonderful! I made an open table for 12 on a Sunday when they were closed and called on Monday to increase the party size to 18. They got right back to me, they even helped me create a prefix menu within a few hours and allowed me to pay for everything before our group dinner on Wednesday night as it was an event related to a meeting at the Congress center.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the meal was absolutely amazing (they specifically catered to several guests that had dietary restrictions), and the manager on duty that evening made sure everything was perfect for our group.

Food service and ambiance were wonderful

The food is exceptional for the price point, I recommend strongly if you want to have a cozy night out and your crew are foodies, you'll definitely impress them.

We ended up here because it was pouring rain and this was across the street from our hotel. Excellent food! Never would have guessed from outside appearance. Intimate, cozy and very inventive menu.

J'ai fait ma réservation sur Opentable. Une fois sur place, on m'informe que tout le resto est réservé pour une soirée privée. Très déçu.

Deuxièmes expérience rient a dire le service la nourriture les drinks ect était 10/10 et même plus on a adoré notre soirée s’était pour la fête de la soeur mes on a pas eu le temps pour le dessert du qui fallait qu’on parte pour rentre

We visited this restaurant on our first night in Montreal; it happened to be near our hotel. It’s quaint. The service was good. Sophia was lovely. The food was delicious. We had rose cava, grilled octopus with chorizo, scallops risotto, filet mignon & créeme brûlée. Overall, everything good. The service does deteriorate a bit once the place gets full. But, we enjoyed our first meal in town.

I was actually not feeling well after we had ordered so I went back to our hotel that happened to be right across the street and they packed everything up for my husband and kept him company and happy with drinks and snacks while he waited. The food was absolutely delicious (even to go) and the service was amazing!
