It was a lovely experience at Monsoon and is a perfect place for family gatherings. I was craving for good Indian food from such a long time and now I have found it here. Honestly, I’m in live with their Monsoon ki Dal-Makhni 😍 #musttry

First visit - will be back for sure! Food was excellent. Owner helped us select various dishes for a group of 4. The owner and her adult children were present serving, assisting customers. Restaurant was full with a waiting lineup on Wednesday evening. The restaurant was lovely but one table of 10 were especially noisy. Several guests were on their cell phones. I would have preferred people to step outside to take a phone call.

Quality food at a level higher than strip mall Indian. Superior service from servers that know their stuff and don’t hate their jobs. A welcome addition to the Edmonton dining scene that should be considered fine dining

I had been wanting to go there for sometime. I am glad we went and it’s my new favourite Indian restaurant. The food and drinks both were really good and quantity was great. The Gulab jamuns were great not like other restaurants where they get the ones from the market. Chai really hit the spot. We are definitely going back with more friends.

Our first time here, for sure not the last. The food was delicious! What we had was not too spicy. Best papadam I’ve ever had. The best part was the service. We were exceptionally taken care of by Vivek. I can’t remember ever having better service. Pleasant, friendly, helpful with the menu, attentive, even gave me some extra papadam to take home. He was the best. Nice restaurant, good parking. We will go back.

Extremely poor service and bad main iteams, server was very rude to us and did not even have us enough plates. We were 6 and he only gave 5 plates and cutlery. One of us has to share cutlery even as he kept forgetting things. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Please add more items to food menu and drinks, otherwise our experience has always been great with monsoon. It’s our go to place for every occasion because of sumptuous food and ambience. Keep up the good work and add buffet also to your menu so that we can experience everything.

It was our first time dining in the restaurant. It was more of a family event. Our request to move into the bar was helped and arranged with perfectness. The food was good. Would appreciate if the service got a bit quick and the servers can be around more.

If you're heading in for lunch, it might not be an extremely quick in/out option, but I'd highly recommend it. The food has been excellent every time I've been, and the service is always good. No complaints, just lots of praise.

We love, monsoon, bistro. It is by far the best Indian food we have ever had. The service from Sara has been outstanding both times we were there. We also want to thank Goldie for hosting a winetasting along with William Bincolletto a couple of months ago. The food was wonderful and the pairings were fabulous. We have recommended the restaurant to many of our friends.

Tandoori Salmon was burnt and we reported it to the server but he did not care. Neither they offered a replacement meal or refund. The Salad had too much lime that went completely waste. Never expected such a bad experience from a fine dine restaurant like Monsoon Bistro & Bar.
