Booked a reservation for 12. Hostess had no record of the reservation. We were looked after as it was still early in the evening
Terrible service. Terrible food. Will not be returning to this location.
The experience was ok but I think the quality of food and experience has been decreasing every time we go. Food wasn’t that warm, and our waitress did not come back regularly to see if we needed refills or to order any other drinks.
Kids noodles was missing sause.
The steak in the steak and salad order might have been graded triple A but if the cut is inside round it's not worth eating.
The server forgot cutlery, forgot to ask if we wanted drinks, didnt ask if we wanted refills.
The server didnt bring vinegar untill we asked twice, service was very slow, food order took a long time
The restaurant was great this app was of no use since the restaurant never got the reservation so we had to wait as if we had no reservation. The restaurant food their best to get is in quickly though.
Service was terrible. We were there at 1145. Only 3 other tables and the service was terrible. We have to ask where our meal was. A table came in after us, received their meal and were paying before we got our meal. We will not get there again
I got a kick out of the song and the fact that they had birthday hats on. It was just a wonderful experience for my granddaughter. My sister took me there for my birthday and the staff were wonderful as well.
The overall experience was good. The server and the rest of the staff were attentive to our dining experience. Although the salad requested was ordered with dressing on the side but was served with full dressing on. It was corrected when it was mentioned that dressing on the side was initially requested.
Holla provided good service in detail, a lot of good recommendations. So my family had pork rib and beef rib tonight and they are tasty.
It would be if the sound system is turned down a bit. It's too loud inside the restaurant. Some people around us have complined about the volume of the
Good food got it quickly a little pricey...had to wait for a seat with online booking doesnt ask for lounge or not(had kids).
It was my daughters birthday and while we sat there had 5 other bdays but nothing was done for her, she was given icecream sandwhich which was tiny in comparison to meal and the bill....also had no cups to take drink home( kidd cooler didnt want her to have the whole sugary drink)

I understand that it's casual dining. It's an open concept restaurant that has alot of crowd noise. That being said don't offer quite booth or area that doesn't exist. We were seated at the front door literally around where a large crowd of people were gathered for a child's birthday party. This city needs a chucky cheese that would cater to families for such events.
The waitress kept coming to check on us a little bit much. We felt rushed to leave so a table could open even though there were people starting to leave. I'd go back but properly choose the lounge instead.
A good place to have dinner with kids.
Definitely too loud to have a visit, basically eat and ran to get out of there. Had to shout to be heard.
The restaurant, food, service was great although they did not have a record of my online reservation. Could of been frustrating but they made it work.
Not sure I will use app again for uncertainty.
They did not have my reservation when our party arrived....the waitress must have been new because she was committing SEVERAL don'ts while she served us...my food was badly prepared over sauced and messy...the tables were horribly crowded and jammed together...my husband was eating and the table next to us was leaving and they backed right into his arm as he was going to take a bite...we waited 15 to 20 minutes after our table was cleared to receive our bill so we could pay...not happy at all
The food was great. Server was excellent.
My complaint is with the Hostess. I informed her we were a reservation. She seemed surprised. After we were done our meal, I had to inform our waitress it was my son's birthday. She was not informed by the Hostess. The waitress did go to the back and the staff did come out and sing Happy Birthday. All was very good except for the Hostess dropping the ball.
If you are going to offer online bookings, my suggestion is to have a staff member oversee the online bookings and ensure the staff are notified of a special event table. Or, once the Hostess/Host is told it was an online booking to check it over and see if there was anything as to why there was a reservation being made in the first place.
Seven of us used Open Table to book a reservation on a Saturday night. When we arrived there was a lineup and no record of our reservation. The greeter then groaned and said, “Oh we didn’t check the Open Table bookings.” She went away and then returned more unhappy. She asked how many kids and when I told her “three” she groaned again, rolled her eyes and muttered “three kids - greeeaaat”.
We ultimately squeezed into a booth (I asked about nearby vacant tables and was told “oh those are reserved”). The food was fine (the waitress didn’t bring plates for our big shared nachos and seemed flummoxed but was pleasant enough) and the price is reasonable.
But frankly I don’t need the hassle. And I don’t need to have our kids being made to feel like awkward problems for the busy restaurant.
We made a reservation for the restaurant, but ended up being put into the lounge area. It seemed the restaurant was already filled, even though we were on time. So overall service was just OK, (fair) and we had to wait a fair bit between main course and a chance to order desert. Also had a long table for our group and with the loud background noise it was really hard to hear our server. She took all of our orders from one end of the table.
We've eaten at other Montana restaurants previously and found service to be much better.
Usually the ribs are very good, this time they were very fatty. The steak was full of grizzle.
Excellent service for cost. Ribs were superb. Much improvement over the past. Better quality cost a bit more but much better value. The on-line reservation worked perfectly. Really a great feature for us. Will try it again to see if it works as well twice in a row. Good web page.
Hostess was unaware that Montana's was accepting OPENTABLE reservations. Because the hostesses demeanor towards our party, it made a birthday celebration kind blah!!!!
