    Food was great. Had the lunch trio. Soup was excellent! Upgraded to beef brisket and that was very good. Salad was great too. Waitress was excellent. Checked in for drink refills regularly. We were meeting someone we hadn’t seen in a long time. They were great at giving us the time to meet with our rushing us out.

    Worst service ever. Sat on the patio and the ‘bartender’ was apparently our server. Never even checked on us. Didn’t even tip it was so bad. Wings were ok.

    Reservations were required - place was not busy for diners, but lots of takeout action Waiter was ok - nothing outstanding & he didn’t check on us for anything - I had to nab him on his way by Nothing great but acceptable

    Our steaks were over cook and the meals were served Luke warm. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the service was really slow. We won’t be in a hurry to return.

    I ordered the ribs and they were excellent..however my wife order the steak special...steak was not cooked as she ordered and very gristle and the smashed potatoes came out cold, so very disappointing for her

    Longe wait for food. My order was burnt, advised server, after another person no wait, still no better. They forgot an order. We had to remind them and we’re told they were out it manager said it would be a few minutes,no. Poor service and quality.

    If only, after booking and confirming a table for 6 appx two hours before dining time, we showed up and restaurant was closed for dining.. not good...Boston Pizza in lieu was excellent. Maybe not Montanas again..

    Montanas was closed due to a technical issue. The staff didn't even bother to call in advance to let us know of the situation. I had made a reservation and showed up with 7 hungry guests and no where to eat. Dissapointing.

    We waited an hour for our meals. Had to go find server twice. Once to ask how much longer for meals and the second time to get the checks. Steaks were tough

    It was OK. But just OK. Service was slow and food was not exceptional. Steak was cooked to the right temperature but extremely tough. Loaded baked potatoes were loaded with potato but not much else.

    Have always had consistently well done foods here. They can cook a steak correctly and there were a lot of staff helping to get food out while it was fresh. They made a slight error on one meal and it was corrected really fast. Service was friendly, fun and quick.

    We have been coming to Montana’s for every special occasions in our family such as birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s and Father’s Days. We love the food, the prices and of course the location. We would recommend Montana’s to everyone for any celebrations.

    Birthday The food cane fast The server was very polite and was great with our table I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was warm but the rice dish underneath was warm not hot. Everyone else’s dishes were the right temperature

    If you’re looking for a “neighbourhood bar” with all the noise and screens that entails then Montana's Alliston is the place for you. The food is fairly typical bar grub, and the servers are very friendly. Not fine dining, but a good place to meet and grab a bite.

    Our first visit to a Montana's certainly didn't disappoint. Line ups at the door were quickly bypassed due to my having made a reservation ahead of time. Had a nice table and was quickly served by our waitress, Sarah, who was very friendly and welcoming. Food came quickly and was very tasty. Prompt service when asking for anything. Very, very, friendly staff. A couple of birthdays were celebrated which were fun to watch. Loved the whole experience and would definitely return and/or recommend this location to anyone in the area. By the looks of how busy it was, people in Alliston already know all this since it's a very popular place and we never saw an empty table the whole time we were there.

    Quick to get seated which was nice. Took a long time to get our food, and again a long time for desserts and coffee. The dinner we understood but by dessert time the tables were emptying.

    Over all, a pleasant event. We had a table where the video screens were not fully in our face. In our opinion, if you can't get away from the TV's the restaurant is not worth visiting. Dinner for a lot of us means conversation and visiting, which can't be done with one or more in the party constantly distracted by the idiot box. It's programmed rudeness and disrespect! The food was very tasty, although the steak was not very tender. Had the ribs and grilled chicken combo. Both were excellent and there was enough to take it home to enjoy a second time! Our waiter was friendly and helpful, with one minor omission. We were not asked whether we would like coffee or tea with the dessert ordered.

    My wife and I went to Montana's for a Valentine's dinner. We were expecting it to be a little busier than normal and it was. So it wasn't bad based on that; however a couple of things that I would comment on would be that they didn't seem to have adequate staff on for the busier night as it was a long time between visits from our waitress. Our order was not exactly as ordered. I ordered a glass of water with no ice part way through dinner and received a glass of ice water when we were done eating. We were seated at a very small table and ended up being immediately beside people on both sides of us about 14 to 16 inches away. I expect normally these tables are pushed together but were split up in anticipation of a busier night with couples. Overall; the food was good. I'm not in a rush to go back.

    We were there for my daughter's birthday. 2 dinners came to the table 10 mins after everyone else's. My dish ordered was the skillet with shrimp and sausage. It was cold when it came to the table 10 mins after everyone else. Asked to have it warmed up. Came back like warm. Dish was supposed to have shrimp, sausage, rice, corn and black beans mixed in cajun sauce. Had tonnes of green peppers, 1 shrimp, some sausage no beans or corn. Sauce was a thick tomato sauce that was dumped on top not mixed in. It was Terrible. I would never recommend or order again.

    Good food, but be prepared to wait a long time for it. Our waitress was great at keeping one drink refilled, but would leave the drink before you knew what was happening and gone before you could asked her anything or even say thank you. The service rating is reflective of the long time it took for the food, not just the waitress.

    Made a reservation on OpenTable, but when we got there we had to wait over 20 minutes for a table. Kinda defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Wife couldn't climb the tall chairs so the walk-ins behind us sat down before us. When we did get seated, had to wait another 20 minutes before our drinks came. Waitress was struggling to keep up, but the food was good so we were on the fence. The owner, Kareem, did apologize personally, but needs to work on this a bit. He tossed in a few appetizers to patch things up. A clean sports bar atmosphere - but not too loud. Probably go again with crossed fingers.
