We were served by Matt F and were blown away by his over the top, impeccable service. He made our great meal an incredible experience and we were particularly impressed with the time he took not only to explain the menu and various options, but to engage with us in conversation. He even went out of his way to talk with our 9 year old daughter who loved the opportunity to by treated "like a gown up customer". This is a server who knows how to interact with his customers to ensure a truly excellent dining experience.

I had the taster of ribs, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and cornbread. The ribs were fall off the bone. I loved the mashed potatoes, they were so good. The other members of the party had the chicken pecan harvest salad, and they both enjoyed it and were surprised at the number of pecans in the salad.

We were seated at our table and after 15min my wife had to get up and asked if anyone was going to take our order. It was not busy and only one other table was occupied on the patio. We order two Canadian ceasers and they forgot the spicy beans. Food was good service not so good.

The young girl who served us was wonderful however the food took an hour and it came to our table cold plus missing our salad. My husband went to speak with the manager which the manager was understanding and gave us credits on our bill, greatly appreciated for understanding our frustration.

they gave the wrong bill, they didn’t congratulate them on their birthday, they didn’t clean the dishes on time, the cocktails are terrible, they don’t correspond to the traditional taste at all.

We went to Montana's on Wednesday, which is all-you-can-eat ribs night, and we decided to order a shared meal of chicken fajitas. Our server, Alex, was excellent and the food was great. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and nice portion size. Alex was very friendly, and also very consistent with coming by to see if everything was ok. I would say he is an excellent server, something you don't find often these days in restaurants.

One of our party had the advertised triple A grade sirloin. She found it very tough (rubbery to quote her) and told the waitress that it was the worst steak she had ever had. Two of us had the pork back wings and they were very tasty and tender. The other person had chicken wings and he was satisfied with them

The server was fantastic ..the food took a bit longer than usual but it was Valentines . My steak was fantastic , potatoes was good but no veggies with it . Our server was great and should get the tip that she deserved ..not sharing it . We will return again .

Warm welcome at the door. Had a table reserved for us. Server was prompt, cheerful and polite. Menu was well organized with description of choices. Portions were adequate size, not overwhelming with just piles of fries. Well seasoned flavourful food. We were three. Two of us had ribs with sides of fries coleslaw or beans and cornbread. I had Mac & cheese. So delicious. Server took our pictures for us.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, and everyone enjoyed their food. We had multiple servers, which was confusing, but they were all very nice, and we appreciated the manager checking in with us! I only wish there weren’t any TVs, our guests were distracted by them, making having a conversation very frustrating. It’s difficult to find a casual restaurant that doesn’t have TVs these days, and we’re not fans of them at all. People are disconnected enough with their phones without multiple TV screens. That’d be my only gripe, really. Your food is always amazing, and your location is so much better than either South Keys or Merivale. Thank you!

Service was great as always and it is a great place to go for a meal out The food is very well prepared but my only beef would be that the portion size, particularly steaks, is on the small size When you pay $30 for a steak and fries you expect a little more beef. I ordered the 10oz maybe I got the 5 by mistake if not then the 5 must be thimble sized

When the reservations where made it was for a birthday. we didn't get the singing or the slice of cake. I also mentioned to our waitress when we arrive, never received it. the service was fast and some of the items were missed.

I was there before great we had good service. First out food took a long time then me and my friend steak was cold then the forgot the salads that came with my streak and forgot my friends sour cream she took a long time to come back We wanted a refill on our drinks. Not sure if it was because we sat right near the door. She didn't even off us dessert we had to mention it didn't even off his a coffee. Not impressed
