    Very very slow service, restaurant was not busy at all but still waited 45 minutes for our food. Kept getting told it “wouldn’t be much longer”

    The food was good. We booked online and they did not have our reservation. I guess we were lucky that it had slowed down at the restaurant. This was annoying.

    When we go to the restaurant there was no table set up for us, we were seated though. Out of the appetizer that we wanted (it happens). Service was extremely slow, food was cold. There was very few people in the restaurant, so unsure why service and food was so bad.

    My kid steak was burnt along with my country chicken and chiros we ordered. Just couldn’t eat everything . Never will I go back there. Best part of the meal was the corn bread.

    Sandra our waitresse was excellent. However, we brought our daughter and son in law for all you can eat ribs. It was his birthday. They were out. We ordered steaks medium rare. They were blue. The baked potatoes were cold. My wife's potatoe had a black fungus in it. Our waitress was embarrassed that she served it. She ate part of the fungus part not realizing what she was eating. The manager was very good and took a percentage off our bill.

    Food was lukewarm when it got to the table. Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless. Even hot sauce didn't help. Only 2 servings of their special chicken skillet were left at 530pm. Corn bread was good.

    We dine at Montanas frequently. I must say that I was disappointed with my New Year’s Eve dinner. Sirloin steak wqtougher than what I normally have. Maybe the more expensive strip loin should have been my choice.

    We were very hopeful for a good experience but it was really mediocre. 6 adults squeezed into a booth - we asked to move to a table for more room, but never were. Took forever to get orders in (other tables were served way before us). The server forgot our appetizer all together, brought it later after we asked, told us we wouldn't be charged, but then we paid for them. Food was ok, some steaks overcooked, and my husband's was full of unchewable sinew. Not sure that we would visit again.

    We had an early reservation so it wasn't busy. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We all had different items and no one had any complaints. The waitress was friendly and attentive and we were not rushed.

    Our trip to Montana's for my husband's birthday was a disaster. Although the the server was good, the poor waitress couldn't have done anything to fix things. Reservations were for 7 on a Friday. We were seated, pop and iced tea ordered as well as our appetizers. They took a little while to come but we didn't worry....we should have!!! 8:30 rolls by and still no dinner, we're starving. We decide when the food comes we'll get to go containers as it was too late, by the time the food came,we wouldn't have been finished eating until approximately 10-10:30 pm. We tell the waitress to bring containers with the food....the man at the table opposite us says "here, we have some extra containers as we're also doing what you're doing, we have a baby with us and it's long past his bedtime, we couldn't wait anymore either (I wish we'd known what was happening at his table when we came in as they were there before us). His wife had taken the baby to the car while he waited and packed up!! Food comes, we pack it up and by 9:00 we are on the road home. Never once were we offered a free coffee & dessert or something to acknowledge waiting almost 2 hours for your food was unacceptable. Again, not the servers fault, she continued to apologize and kept checking on our dinner. We ended up eating the food for dinner at home the following night at a reasonable hour and we both felt the food itself was great......we'll just order take out next time.

    Ribs where cold and hot , some wear over cooked and burnt to a crisp .All ribs where smoked too long that’s all you can tasted is smoke . Could not taste the apple butter sauce on it . Beans where stone cold . Asked for a beer did not have coor slight in a bottle.

    Waitress was rushed and made a mess of our table and made a lackluster attempt to help us feel comfortable. After waiting a lengthy time, there was no follow up visit after dropping off our meals. My Medium well steak was cooler than luke warm and my poutine fries were hot but the cheese was not melted in. Seems there is a lack of co ordination in a couple areas. When discussed with the waitress, we were quickly derailed to think about how things had not gone well for her. (waitress) Our situation had seemed downplayed and excused, so it felt. And finally at the end we were told that things were a bit off because there was a party table... looked like about 16 people or so. Granted, that could elevate stress a bit I am sure but I would expect the interest level of our waitress should have been unwavering. We have received terrific service in the past. I am also from the service industry and expect better..

    the food was good but waitress was forgetfull,,,,had to ask 3 times for a water...had to find her to pay...she seemed to want to hang and chat in the kitchen instead of looking after anyone.....very disappointed

    Had a birthday lunch for my father in law at Montana's Bowmanville, he loved the ribs and cornbread. We all enjoyed our lunch and the friendly service. We will be back.

    They’ve improved their menu items while still keeping the classics. Was happy to have new delicious choices. It’s a new build, so the restaurant is really nice. Services was great and the beers were extra cold :)

    I was a little bit upset due to the fact the restaurant miss placed our reservation we had a party of nine and had to go inside at the bar area as where they try to accommodate us we were stuck out in the middle I am with two toddlers this was not an easy task I’ve never had a bad experience before this

    Dinner out with old work friends. I had firecracker burger and it was a bit dry and did have a hair in the middle of it. I didn’t mention to server as I was already full and didn’t plan to eat it. Didn’t want to make big deal out of it or get anyone involved. Half the fries were over cooked and the others cooked fine. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food other than another member also having the over cooked fries as well.

    Katrina is the best server here! Pair her with the delicious food and it's a great night out. The food is always hot and fresh and they take care to make all the food well. Highly recommend!!

    We had Katrina as our server on a busy Friday night and she was a delight! The food was quite delicious. I had the chipotle firecracker burger and it was cooked to perfection. No complaints at all and I will be returning again soon!

    The manager & our server were amazing! The customer service in response to a minor(nobody’s fault!) meal complaint was exactly what was needed to ensure our positive dining experience was quickly back on track! Definitely recommend & we will be back!
