The people working there are very nice. My meal was ok but my meat was not to my liking, too tough. However, they were very accommodating and cooked me another one and it was better. Would I go back… no. Unfortunately not. The noice level was fine apart from the ill- mannered and unruly kids sitting at the table next to us.

It was me and family first time at this location and we had to wait two hours for your and we arrived at the restaurant at 7:20pm and we didn’t eat til 9: 20pm and when the food came it was cold . They took 20% of your bills. I also had to ask to talk to manager to ask about your food . We also had a 4 year eating with us and when a 4 year old day their hungry , as you may know it’s was really bad. My steak was cover cooked.

The service and food was great and made our family gathering a memorable one as we feasted on four appetizers and then enjoyed our own choices for the main course. Thank you Montana's for making our visit and gathering as pleasant as it was.

Server did not provide us with water or our drinks on time. She also did not ask if I had a CAA or Scene cards. She did not ask if we wanted dessert either I still tipped 18%.

We had a great birthday and anniversary dinner on Sunday. Our server was terrific. So friendly. The kids meal came very quickly which was much appreciated.

We've eaten at a few different Montana's locations before, and will not be returning to this one. Our waitress was not very attentive or knowledgeable; we had to ask multiple times for things like glasses of water, wet naps, napkins, etc. and she didn't have answers to numerous questions about the menu items. Service was slow, and the food quality was not nearly as good as we have experienced at other locations.

The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was ideal for a Friday evening. Our server Chelsea was attentive without being overbearing and provided us with excellent service. Thank you Chelsea. The food was grrrrreat.

I went out with friends for dinner! The server was lovely and food came out fast and fresh. I was extremely upset however with the tacos. I always order the chicken tacos and ask for no cilantro and my sauce on the side. When the tacos came out there was very visibly cilantro in the tacos. I immediately brought this up to the sever and she informed me there is no cilantro after pointing it out to her she claimed to go and go confirm with the kitchen. She then came back to tell me there was no cilantro. I asked to confirm as it was written on the menu and I ordered it all the time, she then repeated that it wasn’t there. I sorta sucked it up and packed up my tacos to go. They are my favourite menu item, but I left unhappy with my dinner.

Toni, our server, was fantastic! Friendly and engaging! The one negative was our food just took far too long to get to our table. It's one negative but it was an impactful one esp since it was well over an hour. Staff was wonderful though and definitely kept us in a great mood. Frequently checking in so we didn't feel forgotten or neglected and proactively apologizing for the delay.

Table was not ready for time booked, had to wait more than 20 mins. Some food was nice and hot but some was cold. Restaurant was busy and not enough staff. Overall it was good experience.

The steak was great which was important but we we seated in an uncomfortable booth that was not suitable for a big person so we had to move. My wifes wine was served in a water glass which was bizarre and her potato was cold she said. But as i said we went for the steak so that is more important than the negatives.

Our service was not good at all, first on the menu there was a drink on special for $4.00. When I asked our server said it’s a wrong print when even on TV they kept playing that special . Then we didn’t had no fork or knife on table ... we ate our appetizer with fingers .... she gave me steak and just a steak knife. I had to call her again to give the forks. Never had this terrible service . It was slow last time I went to this location but this time it was worse. This is the reason may be half the tables were empty. If the manger don’t do anything about the service , I won’t be surprised this location will close soon. I would like a refund or something as I went there because I saw the advertisement for the $4.00 drink. My wife’s sandwich was cold too and server said she will bring fresh. She comes back in 1 Min and have the sandwich back as she just microwaved it . We asked for sauce on the side , she just didn’t bring it even after asking.

not much customers and steal it took an hour for our order to get served. My wife's order of medium well stake had been back and forth into the kitchen 3 times to make the way she asked for. After 3 times the stake burnt and toasted. The stake just wasted.
