Seems food was up and waiting for a while Wings came warm...not out of the fryer sauced and taken out temperature. Same with the fries...that's my first impression is based on...They were not freshly out of the fryer.warmish Orings could have sat at least another 2 minutes in the fryer...soggy and ..yes...warmish again. It was my wife's 65th birthday which I mentioned when booking reservation. My son and wife were already through the front door when he was calling after me about my wife's birthday. You already took my money and said have a good evening...what am I suppose to think? Left him there holding his triangle. Supervisors, kitchen manager dining room manager?...Where were they? Perhaps all of this would have painted out a different picture

Meal was fabulous. They need more info on how Open Table cheques work though. Had to basically argue with the owner about taking our $26 cheque. Hopefully the next person to use one won't have to educate them on the system like we did.

The ribs were lukewarm, tough and dry. The baked potato tasted old and barely had any toppings for a “loaded” baked potato. The kids pizza was soggy and went largely uneaten. The service was great though which is the only reason i gave 3 stars. Won’t be going back anytime soon

I go to Montanas for the ribs. this location didn't have any ribs. And the service wasn't that great.

Ribs and wings combo offers a good price for a large amount of food. However, some of the food was a bit too salty for us. Otherwise, Montana has a great overall atmosphere! It’s a good place to go to watch sport games.

No frill regular chain restaurant. Food is average and steak is priced a bit higher. Did it try the rib so can’t comment on that. Overall it is an okay place to get weekday food. But not a place for great food

terrible food and service. The burger arrived cold and with virtually no sauces. I ordered two beers and lemonade with my friends, the waiter forgot about one drink. I don’t recommend that place.

Great meal. Outdoor dining on a chilly October night was great. Covered area with propane heaters. As a person with celiac disease I was so happy to get a safe delicious meal with the ribs, shrimp skewers and mashed potatoes. My first time at Montana's was the previous weekend and I was so happy with the outdoor dining and great food I returned again.

my friend and i were seated right away, place was clean and designated tables for physical distancing. Mondays is half price wings! Wings were cooked perfectly, I had fish and Chips which was ok too much batter not enough fish and waitress did not serve vinegar I had to ask halfway thru my meal as she waz busy. I'll be back again with family one day perhaps at another location

The wait was very long to get our food. The waitress spilled a whole Pepsi down a friends back into her purse, on the two people sitting on either side of her. Came back to clean it up with only napkins. Never really apologized to any one that got splashed. I had to ask for a discount for my friend but her bill should have been comped. She was also rude when we were paying. Would never go there or recommend again.

It was amazing. I got the beef ribs and my family some got steak and some got beef ribs and it was all delicious. The seating was very convenient. The atmosphere was relaxing. The waiter was nice. The food was so good, I just hoped it was little hotter. It was all perfect. I enjoyed it.

Service was terrible. Make a reservation, no table on arrival. Sit for 30 minutes before a waitress shows up. We insist on ordering food with our drinks. Order came some time later but items missing. Finally waitress comes back to ask if all is okay and then disappears to get the missing items. Finish dinner and wait an eternity to be asked if we want coffee. Three coffees and one hot chocolate arrive as 4 coffees. No offer of desert. Had to chase down another waitress to get the bill. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

We chose the Dixie Rd location because of its proximity to Pearson airport. Our guests had an overnight layover, staying close to the restaurant. We had a separate table for our party of nine, including three children. The children's menu was very good. We all had delicious meals that were served quickly, and hot. The only negative to our experience was the background music was louder than we like and interfered with conversation. We will select this location again if we are meeting travelling friends who are needing to stay near the airport.
