We tried Montana’s in Fredericton quite a few years ago and we’re very disappointed. I ordered a steak and it was tiny and a little dab of mashed potatoes. At that time we swore that we’d never go back. This February a family member had a family birthday dinner at Montana’s and my wife and I went. We were apprehensive but we ended up being very pleased. The portions were much bigger, staff were very efficient and friendly and our meals were delicious. Since then we have been back three times. Montana’s is now our go to restaurant for family get togethers and Montana’s is the best restaurant for a steak dinner anywhere.

Perfect steak, the onion rings were a bit oily….the dessert was perfect. Love those mini doughnuts with sugar and cinnamon. Montana’s is our go to place for an unhurried meal.

We had a workplace Christmas luncheon with a small group. Montana's was the restaurant of choice and it certainly lived up to our expectations based on previous visits. We had a lovely time; the service was excellent, with the perfect balance of ensuring we did not need anything without being disruptive. Food was delicious, as usual and large portions. Despite the noontime visit, the noise level was low.

Disappointed in the meal Buttermilk chicken with garlic mash,the chicken was smaller than usual very little sauce and regular mash I did not complain but was given no reason why they were not garlic.

We had an excellent dining experience with great ambiance and outstanding service. One food portion was slightly below average and our attentive and skilled server sorted out very quickly. We like Montana’s in any case and we will definitely return to this restaurant. PK
