    Antojitos appetizer was delicious - it was full of flavour and lots of toppings - was a little cool on the inside and not all of the cheese was melted, but still tasted good. Our children’s entrees were enjoyed - though they were brought out at the same time as the appetizer. My husband and I both ordered the smokehouse wrap. Both were mostly just rice and everything just tasted overcooked. I had a single piece of tiny chicken in the one half of my wrap and the bread was so dry from being baked too long - it could have used more sauce - I didn’t end up eating the other half. Sweet potato fries were incredible and seasoned to perfection. We were all still eating our meals when the server (I think she was in training) came over and asked what we wanted for dessert - it would have been nice if she waited for us to be done dinner first. My kids had the mini donuts - I tried one and they were amazing. They were out of the first 3 beers on tap that my husband asked for, so he settled on a domestic basic brand. I had the Long Island iced tea which was fantastic. Oh and it was my son’s birthday, which I indicated in the reservation and my son mentioned it to the hostess and it wasn’t acknowledged at all, so not sure what the point is of asking if your celebrating or not. All in all, a mostly mediocre experience. Won’t be rushing back, but will try again some day.

    Had the all you can eat ribs. The food was excellent. My friend had a steak, he was extremely happy with the quality. Not a big fan of the new tall booths, not as comfy to sit in as a nice cozy booth with cushioned benches.

    The pendant light over the table shines right in the eyes if you lean in a little bit to talk, booths are a great size but for someone 5'6" I had to sit closer to the edge of the bench to have my feet flat on the ground

    We took my Dad out for dinner for Father’s Day on Friday night. The patio was lovely & they have screens up to protect from the wind. Overall the experience was okay. Service was a little slow. There were a few order issues, one being that my husband ordered the nachos with extra cheese. The nachos had very little cheese on them so we asked about it, we were told that extra cheese was “rung up” … but that doesn’t mean it was actually given? No solution provided, we were shrugged off, the charge was on the bill & let me tell you the amount of cheese was so little I can’t even imagine what regular cheese looks like? Underwhelming. Hoping this can be fixed because we would like to return.

    45 minutes to get food from the time we ordered , our waitress took the order brought drinks and never saw her again till we managed to flag her down to get the bill. Not once were we asked how our food was or offer to top up our drinks . I would understand a little better if it was crazy busy , but that wasn't the case . I will not be rushing back and if I got Alice as my server I would leave ! This was an anniversary dinner and I was very disappointed .

    My wife and I and another couple dined for my birthday. Restaurant was busy (on a Sunday) : meant we got our orders one hour after seating. Meals were good but not hot enough for my taste. Young server did a good job. Wii revisit at a later date as my wife and I eat out frequently (retirees). Hope food will be hotter when brought to our table.

    Reserved outdoors, only to find out they had no tables. Slow service (45 minutes for an app), very loud, food was poor quality and luke warm. Server was kind enough but seemed annoyed and low patience for questions. Had to ask for bill twice so we could leave. Overall would not go back.

    Unfortunately we waited 1.5 hours to receive our food (sounds like an exaggeration, but I’m serious!) My sister’s meal was horrible, fajita shells were hard as rock and the ‘filling’ was not what was pictured in ‘special’ menu. Never in her 50 years has she ever sent food back, but she had to with this meal. The waitress was very nice and understanding and took the meal off our bill. But the whole experience dod not make for a nice family dinner.

    The server was fantastic! I am sorry I do not remember her name. Food was hot and delivered in a nice time frame. They gave a flower at the end to my wife which was lovely! Lovely meal and nice drinks also.

    Our experience was disappointing at best. Food took a very long time to come out, and when it finally arrived, a couple of the meals were cold...we brought this up to the server and then the GM...the GM argued with my mother about the ribs which were tough...he said that's the new recipe, "pull off the bone, not fall off"...my sisters meal was basically stone cold...she recieved 50%off her meal, but i feel it should have been totally comped...the GM proceeded to hide in the kitchen until we left...won't be back anytime soon

    The only issue I had was what I made my reservations online it asked if it was a special occasion and I said yes. Nothing was mentioned to me by the server or any kind of inquiry. Maybe lack of communication between host and server. Asking the customer if they're celebrating anything should be part of the steps of service...

    Vanessa was our server and she was awesome. We ordered chicken pot pie for both of us. Mini donuts and apple crumble for dessert. Food was great. Place was lined up and open table allowed us to the front of the line.

    Our party of 5 were getting together for our annual Christmas lunch. Four of us were happy with their choices of steak dinners, although one person had to send back her steak as it was too rare. The server took the steak and the kitchen put it on the broiler, and it was fine. My order of the brisket potato skins was overcooked, dry, and almost inedible. I was expecting flavourful marbled chunks of beef, was surprised to see tiny cubes of tough beef scattered over hard barely melted cheese. It tasted like it was reheated, and made with leftover potatoes. I ate it because I was hungry, but found it.very unappetizing. Doubt if I’ll be back. Also found the bare benches in the booths very uncomfortable.

    It was our first time visit in this location. The food was so so, the steak was too thick and not much flavour and the wings were too dried out. But what It was really got my husband down when he’s been told that they didn’t have enough beer glassware of Stella’s, cuz they were all ran out on the tables and not washed yet, that’s why they couldn’t served Stella after he’s been waiting for his beer over 15 mins. So he did try to order something else but there wasn’t too much other choices to pick. So, he ordered Stella with different glasses and requested the waitress to bring the clean one when the Stella beer glassware comes available. Oh well, She brought another new beer of Stella with the right beer glassware Instead bring a empty glassware to just replace the beer he’s just started drinking with wrong glassware, at the end, of course she charged it when we received the bill... We just paid and left. However, we will not ever go back there again, we paid $105, couldn’t even have a decent right beer glassware at a such big restaurant like this one. We’d rather go somewhere else in the future.

    Table was waiting for us. Service was good. We come there quite often and find the food great, unfortunately this visit the food was cold. The restaurant was not busy so not sure why food was not served hot.
