    Always too cold in the restaurant. Kept my winter jacket on. Steak was stiff and overcooked, potato undercooked and food got cold before I could finish eating the parts that were eatable. Used to be my favourite place but since you took away the ribeye, it’s been going downhill since. Time to fix it is now

    Greeter welcomed us promptly and said our server would be around shortly. Marnia arrived, asked if it was a special occasion (it wasn't) and took our beverage orders which arrived in five minutes or so. Our party was fairly varied in entrees and we ordered the four-cheese spinach dip to start. (Was very good!) Meals arrived after appetizer was gone and were HOT and tasty. Marnia came by a couple of times to ask if everything was satisfactory. We assured her yes it was. Settled up, thanked her very much for terrific service and headed to the car. A terrific experience and we'll be back! Thank you!

    2 out of 3 plates arrived cold. Table was so darkly lit we had to use our phones to see the menu. Quality and portion sizes were nowhere near what they used to be.

    Steaks were all undercooked/raw. Sautéed mushrooms were raw. Grilled shrimps were served cold. Hair in the food. Terrible experience

    Everything about Montana's is great but remember weekend's are very busy and has a wait to be seated so think ahead and reserve a table.

    The service was excellent and reasonably quick. The ambiance and decor was pleasant and interesting. Most of the food was quite good as well. My steak was, unfortunately over done for my liking.

    My steak was dry, the baked potato was suppose to be loaded, it had a very small piece of bacon, a couple pieces of chives. The potato was only warm and had to ask for butter. The picture showed 2 nice size onion rings with the steak,actual was 2 tiny onion rings. Very disappointing. My friend who sat across the table from me in the booth could not hear me most of the time I had to shout

    Server was very attentive. Food was very tasty and hot. My only issue is that the Burrito bowl continually gets smaller each time I visit Montana's and the price has gone up. I find that disappointing.

    Our meals were not prepared to our satisfaction. One meal was ordered with the herb butter to put on steak. All that was on the plate was a small container which was assumed to be the butter. After putting it on the meal, it was noticed that it was actually sour cream. We asked the server for a new steak as it was now ruined. It was returned to us, the same steak with the butter now on it. Three of the meals had loaded baked potatoes, all which were served cold. When we told the waiter of our complaints, a manager came out and said that it should have been satisfactory for them to use the same steak after "washing off the sour cream with the butter". Completely unacceptable as we clearly asked for a NEW one. We will not be back to this business.

    The best part was our server. She was very helpful, attentive, and was 7 months pregnant. Kudos to her.

    They have only 3 steak choices now and were sold out of one on a holiday long weekend for Saturday at 5. The fries were stale and reheated. The spinach dip looked like it had been kept in a refrigerator uncovered and was dried out and not at all appetizing. Both steaks were underseasoned. It appears that the pared down menu that was adopted for COVID restrictions remains in place and makes Montana's a no repeat for our family, hope they bring back a bigger menu and more choices.

    Our starter order was brought to us 35 minutes after we ordered it and it was cold. Main course was brought about 10 minutes later and it was cool. Our previous experiences at Montana's various stores was pleasant but will explore other eateries.

    Usually we have a great dining experience at Montana’s. This time we found the food bland, chicken was rubbery and over cooked and my smokehouse wrap was nothing like it should be. Was more of soup in a wrap. I had two bites and that was enough for me. Our server was our best experience Cara I think her name was.

    We continue to try the ribs but they consistently show up at table barely warm or actually cool. Service was slow but that is ok. More disappointed that the food appeared to possibly have sat prior to being served and ribs were actually barely warm.
