    We arrived having a reservation and nothing was ready. The appetizer came out cold but we let the server know and they took it off our bill. We got a dirty cup and a couple cups with chipped plastic. For the birthday all of the servers came out and sang happy birthday.

    My rate steak was overdone dry and tough. Very poor quality. No horse radish for our company whom had wings. No legs all wings !!!!! Ceiling was pouring water inside dining area ??? Will be notifying health department Tuesday morning.

    Basically no service during the meal, we had reserved a table for 7. Original server was not enthusiastic in any way. Asked for jug of water got one glass, never got the jug. We had to stop staff member and ask for a second round of drinks. Only one stop off by staff when we had the food to check in. No refills were offered. Before that we had to go to the bar ourselves as one of the drinks was just soda, the syrup had run out, but this employee was helpful and friendly. After nearly 2 hours had to go and find a staff member to get the kids meal dessert and ask for the bill. Nearly 2 hours for one course!

    We were all disappointed. Wait staff very slow. About half an hour just to get fountain pop. Food was cold because waitress was very slow to pick it up. Everything was cold, including appetizers and entrees. Even took half an hour to get the bill, even when the restaurant was almost empty.

    Had a group of 6 that turned into a group of seven. We’re told by the hostess that 7 adults at a table was a safety issue. We were asked to either sit at different places in the restaurant or wait over an hour for another table. The fact that they turned away 7 people is a little strange but it happens. However the manner in which they dealt with the issue was unacceptable. The manager of this location should be embarrassed sending a hostess to a table of 7 people to essentially ask them to leave instead of dealing with the issue themselves.

    Service started out well. Asked for appetizers to be sent out with the meals and was sent out ahead, no sauce for my deep fried pickles, asked 2 different servers then I got fed up and starting eating them as later two dips arrived. My son had no condiments for his hamburger had to ask and ask again. Ketchup served in little cups is ridiculous should just have a bottle like the mustard less waste and less having to flag a server for more. My breaded chicken along with my other son was so tough I had to use my husband's steak knife to cut it. Seemed busy in the restaurant but that shouldn't mean poor service and food quality. I booked a table online and under occasion said birthday but no one seems to read that part. Very disappointed and not sure if we will return as a group.

    We went for a birthday party and it was great. Although our server was run off her feet, she stayed very positive and engaged with us. Food was good and we had a great time.

    Two people at our table didn’t receive our food, one being a child. Our food didn’t come out until everyone else was done eating. Service was slow, and when they received our food it was cold. Wasn’t a good experience, will not be returning. We had a reservation for 12 people and booked it two days ahead of time.

    The food was absolutely terrible , we took our daughter for her graduation there was 9 of us and not one of us could walk away saying we enjoyed our meal. We actually had them remove my sons meal from the bill it was burnt and charred on the ends of all his meat (Pulled Pork) . Food was missing and then when asked to get it we were told of yes and then forgot about again. The ribs were terrible and dry not enjoyable, very slow service and the coleslaw had very little to no sauce on the cabbage. Not what it used to be I paid $320 for the dinner still tipping the waitress cause it’s not her fault and she has to make a living but will not recommend or come back. $320 on a meal that was not enjoyable very disappointed and Daughter was very upset as this was a favourite restaurant!!!!

    Our server Ken was amazing, she was polite, friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious as always and temperature was great when it arrived at table. We were not rushed or made to feel like we had to leave after pur meal which was nice as we were catching up with old friends.

    Our wait staff was excellent, but considering that half the restaurant was closed off, service was relatively slow. Food was good, served hot . The Buttermilk Fried Chicken that was ordered was burnt, but still edible. Ribs were , as always, delicious. Four cheese spinach dip was a solid choice for appetizer.

    We had no issues but I made the reservation online and when we got there they seated us in the bar section which was loud and in a corner and dark . The blender at the bar was extremely disruptive to our conversation with friends we came with hoping to chat and catch up. The waitress was good, the food was decent but our seating area wasn’t ideal . Would rather have sat at a table near a window. Booth was dark and we sat facing the wall . Apparently there were no other tables !!??

    We are visiting from Ottawa. This is probably the best Montana's we have ever eaten at. We were 7 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. The service was excellent as well. Washrooms were spotless and very much appreciated. Thank you, 5 star for sure.

    Was quiet for a Saturday night until door dash driver showed up waiting for order talking loud at door with caller on speaker phone for 10 min food was good other then not removing membrain from back of ribs before cooking Ken our server was great to deal with

    We celebrated my husbands 60th and we’re joined by 6 other people… food was awesome our server was outstanding( I forget her name) … she set up the birthday dessert and song which was very appreciated… love the North Bay Montanas. One of our fave places to eat

    Had reservations for 4:30, didn't get table until 4:45. No waitress assigned to us. Manager on duty took our drink order at 5:00. Sat there until 5:12 then I went and found manager to ask if anyone intended to take our order. Needed to be out of there by 6pm for another occasion. By the time we got our food and ate, we got out of there at 6:20. Worst experience ever. Wont be going back.

    It was empty, so we had a choice of seats, very quiet. I ordered the apple pecan chicken salad and was informed that the salad was ready but there were no apples! Asked if I’d like to make a different choice but I settled for adding more cranberries & red peppers. The restaurant is in need of a make over. Table cloths and seating is worn out. Not impressed with the overall appearance of this place. The server was good.

    The fish was overcooked, the steak was cold and dry. We received our appetizers but had to ask and waited a while to get cutlery. We know it was busy , but this is not the first time we've experienced poor food quality and substandard service.

    Hostess and waitress Annabell was nice. Brunette lady who help bring meal to the table had an attitude when I reminded her we were doing the kids $2 special on Tuesday which I confirmed with the manager Adrian/Rob ahead of time & was written in OpenTable reservation a week ago. She told me manager should not have said that. Because is the stern respond I am hesitant to go back as it spoiled the mood of our dinner.

    Unfortunately, staff could not find my reservation despite my having proof on my phone. Luckily, they handled it with aplomb and were able to seat us anyway. There was a large bus group there so I was a bit concerned about noise but it was perfectly fine.

    Table was ready but requested booster seat in reservation and was not there. Very slow food was delivered warm and served 3 and ten minutes later served other 3. Waitresses seemed overwhelmed by people coming in the door. Very disappointed as I stated in reservation was my husband's birthday. Were not even offered dessert. Will not go back.

    I went for my birthday the week before and had a great experience. So I invited 8 more friends to come to dinner the next week. Our server forgot our order, then when she served us it came out cold. Our table received our plates in bursts of two to three plates two of the table of ten had their orders forgot. When I asked to speak to the manager I received comments that we treated the server aggressively. Our table patiently waited for over 2 hours to get our meals but the server not serving our dinners together and the management treating us like it was our fault for the bad service and cold dinner's makes it hard to think of ever going into this Montana's is slim to none. I do not recommend eating here.

    NothBay restaurant never received our reservation. We we’re 2 groups of 10 (hockey team) so we we’re not able to get any tables! Not impressed on Saturday night when you are a full hockey team with no place to eat when you make reservations and you show up and they have nothing.
