My steak was so tough there were mouthfuls I couldn't eat and I ordered it medium it came to me rare. My baked potatoe came wrong, and I ordered the garlic compound butter for my steak which was frozen and wouldn't melt on my steak. Our service was fairly good except our waiter took the order wrong. We went to order dessert only to find out they were sold out of all but 2 desserts. Very disappointed, it was our first NYE out together and we've been together 18 years.

Typical mid-level steakhouse. The have a nice menu with lots of choices. I had the steak special and my wife had the ribs. Both were done perfectly

The waitress came several times to tell us they were training in the kitchen and we were ok with that but the two dinners for the men were cold..We took our son & daughter-in-law for their 25th anniversary ,her birthday & our 54th anniversary it was their first time and only our 2nd..So needless to say we sure didn't feel we got the best for our $200.00 and a tip of $40.00 as it wasn't her fault.. Hopefully this will help this Montanas' in the future for others .........

Excellent service. We waited longer than expected for our food, but ut was a busy night for the kitchen. The potato was undercooked but our server took care of that right away, so it didn't take away from the amazing meal.

We had a great time the food was fantastic. Was my son's birthday and the waitresses did a real good job with the birthday celebration and they normally do. All staff was courteous and happy and we had a great time. We will definitely be doing it again

Our waitress Carrie was very absent. We were there for 1 hr. Ordered two appetizes and 2 entrees. She came over a total of 4 times, 1 was to take our order and 1 was for a drink we fill. She did not once ask how our meal was. When it came time for the bill, she saw that we had two gift cards and a debit card on the table and instead of using the merchant machine herself she left us unattended to use it. A customer should not be doing your job for you. This is why we did not leave a great tip - if the service was better, a larger tip would have been offered. In the future, I suggest the servers actually take care of their table from start to finish. Also, this would have been completely understandable if the place was packed, however it was VERY dead. We go to Montana's a lot, first time at the St. Catharine's location, so this was all a surprise as we are familiar with the service, atmosphere and food at your restaurant. Food was absolutely to die for - SHOUT OUT TO OUR CHEFS - great job!

Food tasted great and our server was very nice but when we got home and even the next day we quite sick. I think it was the Ka pow shrimp. I would suggest to anyone going to stick to the ribs and wings which were quite good

Made a reservation for 630 on Saturday. Arrived around then and was seated immediately. The lovely waitress came over to take our drink order as well get our order for food (app was spinach dip, then we got ribs and pulled pork for our main). Our 2 pepsis drinks arrived immediately. Our app took well over a half hour and they kept saying our order was coming “in a few minutes.” While the manager and the waitress would occasionally apologize, we sat there and watched order after order of Skip the Dishes get picked up while not a single table in the restaurant was served. I’m not sure if they intentionally get prioritized but it sure felt like it. We waited an hour before giving up and asking for our bill (they ended up comping our 2 Pepsis and app). There is something inherently wrong here. I guess it’s ok if you order via skip the dishes but if you are walking in and hoping to eat in any kind of quick fashion, you may want to double check or bring a snack ;)

We had to ask for everything from cutlery to wet naps. We had ribs and there was no bucket provided and like I said we had to ask for wet naps. Our server was very friendly but there was no attention to detail

The only that I could complain about was a child who was sitting on the opposite side of my bench and he was screaming at the top of his lungs and kicking his bench - otherwise, everything was great. The server was very polite and very efficient.

Food prep quality has declined. Veggie Burger patty was overdone. Fish & Chips too crispy outside and underdone inside. Coffee way too strong. Only 3 desserts offered. , I've visited Montana's frequently in the past. Was disappointed.

Went for the steak event and they had to bring my daughter and my husband's steak out twice as it was cooked incorrectly. My daughter's was Blue and my husband's was well-done. They ended up having to bring my daughter 3 steaks total, and it never ended up being cooked correctly. The garlic bread was doughy. The kids pizza was doughy. My buttermilk chicken wasn't bad. Not a place I'm ever going to go back to.

Nice and quiet with good social distancing. Food was good, drink menu was great (loved my caesar) and service was quick. We were there to celebrate my step daughters birthday (noted in the reservation & her birthday coupon was used) so a little disappointed as there was no attempt to make her feel special.
