My dinner was very tasty. I had the rib/ wing combo and was very satisfied. There was more than enough food. My husband had the chicken fajitas and enjoyed them but said he preferred the taste of Moose Winooski’s better. Once again, there was more than enough food in his order. We were checked on by our server in enough time to state if we needed anything further. She looked after us quite well.

We had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Taylor was the best! She made our experience absolutely wonderful. In fact, everyone we came into contact with were wonderful. We will definitely eat there again.

The hostess didn’t acknowledge people standing in line. The food was cold when we got it an hour after we ordered. We watched bags and bags of take out being sent out of the kitchen before sitting patrons were served The food was good the waitress was friendly and they tried to make it right be reducing our bill. Might be a management issue??

When we arrived we were seated right away. Did not see our server for 15 minutes. She was in the back and when came out she was very overwhelmed. Order was placed and we waited over and hour for our food . The inside of restaurant was not swamped. The food was good and waitress friendly just the wait time for food was hard to digest.

service was great....food was yummy....we were disappointed though...we made a reservation a week earlier....requesting a high table for four....upon arrival...we were told that there was a large group and that they had to give our reserved high table to other patrons....put a little dent in the usual great customer service

Service was slow. Reservations were made. Were there and seated on time. 15 minutes to get a drink. Another 15 minutes to order. Got food 1 1/2 hours after ordering. Waitress brought first order, gave it to wrong person and ended up spilling 2 drinks and couldn't be bothered to help us clean it up. Had to be asked for cloth/napkins twice. Waitress never asked how our food was and had to be reminded for the dessert that came with our meal. Very disappointing!!

I've had Montana's a few times just as take out and the food is always incredibly delicious. Yesterday was the first time I'd been in a restaurant in two years and it was for a big date night. We got our appetizers and drinks, so good, I recommend the spinach dip with pita. Unfortunately the kitchen was a bit of a mess and we were almost late to something else, so we had to cut our date short and take the food to go as soon as it arrived. The waitress was very, very kind and apologetic. We could tell she was trying to remain chipper but was stressed and felt really bad. They also offered a discount or free dessert because of the issues with waiting times. We're planning to go again today without any time restraints

Hi. Julie our server was fantastic! Dinner was excellent. My constructive feedback would be the drink my daughter ordered. A rhubarb and strawberry puree mocktails. She asked for no rhubarb puree just strawberry. The drink was no appealing to the eye it was the colour of beer and tasted very cinnamony. We didn't say anything to the server and maybe should have. It was my daughters birthday and she is 9 months pregnant so she didnt want to cause waves. Thanks for a wonderful evening. And please give Julie my feedback. Also I use a wheelchair. I booked the reservation online, i believe i chose a regular table. We were given a high table in the bar but were quickly changed to a booth. The restaurant is great for people with disabilities! The restaurant informed us they were not taking reservations, so even though we reserved with Open Table, we were turned away and forced to go home to make dinner ourselves. There should be better communication between the restaurant and the app, because the entire experience was awful
