Very disappointed that I had to ask the staff to sing our grandson happy birthday after I specifically asked for this on my reservation. It wasn’t till after we paid and were ready to leave that 3 staff came to sing. Not happy.

It was very busy but I understand because it was Mother’s Day. We waited a while for our food. The fries were a bit on the colder side. These were not major issues but only for your information. We were overall happy with the food and service. Elise was a very good server and checked in with us for refills and ask if our food was okay.

The quality of food across the board (we were 10 people) was excellent. Service was prompt and proactive. One of the best experiences we have had at this Montana's - and they have not always been this good (compared to 5/10 when we went New Years eve)

Service was slow..The place was understaffed, Not many customers, late evening, for dinner, but I only saw two servers for the whole place. Fajitas were very good, but portions are small, even with the extra plate ordered. $27.99 is expensive. Last few times this restaurant has deteriorated from previous glory days. I won't return.

The apitizers were good, the steaks were also good, however we found the ribs to be a bit tough, defenitely not as it was before (tender and falling off the bone). Emery provided exceptional service.

A group of us went to Montana’s for my birthday dinner and the service was excellent. I had a sirloin steak with a side of skillet mushrooms and they were both great. Two of my guests had the large beef rib and said they were awesome! Overall, a great experience!

Booked a table online. Had reservation code. Manager was receiving guests and she told me my name was not on the list. She would not even look at my reservation code and turned her head away from me to dismiss me again saying your name is not on here. A waitress was close by and she caught my name she said I believe the rest of your party is already here please come with me. She was fantastic. She apologized for her manager and said she’s like that to everyone. Extremely rude manager however our server was excellent as was the food!

We had a fantastic meal, with a wonderful server named Kayla. She was always near and checking what we needed and just so sweet and happy. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary so she asked her boss what to do and he let her and 3 other servers make up a little ditty and they sang to us. She actually shouted out it was our 50th so everyone clapped and comgratulated us. We got a cookie and icecream as well. Thank you for the great experience. <3

She stopped by after around 45 minutes to see if we wanted water but no explanation about where our food was. Sure enough, appies came out and then followed by the mains a few minutes later. They weren’t overly busy, so I chalk it up to newer, inexperienced staff.

I was really looking forward to some delicious ribs...but unfortunately was soo disappointed. The ribs were very dry and tough and super dry cornbread. For the $35 that I spent on my meal, I would have expected perfection. They were super busy that night, so maybe that had something to do with it. But I am really sad it wasn't up to par..

Our service was great, waited a while for our meal to come (restaurant was busy) and it was only warm, our waitress brought everyone fresh hot fries but the ribs and sandwiches were not hot. Drinks were good. The loaded baked potato lacked the loaded part.

We enjoyed our meal and time at Montana's. There were some pleasant young girls working there. Our fajitas were great. We'd go back, especially for the fajitas!

Very busy Friday evening, but thankfully we reserved a table. Reservation booking is very difficult as there is nothing on their website - eventually I found it on Open Table. I think your address throws off the Open Table search. This should be improved to have a link from your website. The food (ribs, soup, burger, fried pickles) were all tasty Our server (Courtney) was terrific and had tons of patience as we waited for one of our party for nearly an hour. Overall a top rating

Good service from Savannah right up until it was time for dessert and the bill which took a very long time to come. The food at this location is hit and miss. Food this time was nice and hot but was very sloppily put together.
